Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island has garnered mixed reviews, with guests enjoying its clean, comfortable rooms and the lively, family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel's beachfront location is popular, although some visitors find it too removed from urban conveniences.
While the value for money receives varied feedback due to hidden costs, many guests are satisfied with the amenities despite service speed and renovation concerns. However, noise from construction and less-than-ideal soundproofing have been noted as detractors from an otherwise relaxing experience.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Our first visit was in April 2023. Over the past six months, there have actually been some minor changes. I'll start with the positives: 1. construction near the hotel has ended, there are no more noisy excavators, and the neighboring beach is open for use, the sand on which is white and very soft and pleasant. 2. There are more sunbeds on the beach, there are always free places. 3. A lot of water entertainment has appeared: hydro scooters, subs, and I don’t know what the correct name is, a board on which you rise above the water due to the strong pressure of the water. Among the minor (for me personally) disadvantages: 1. There is no more red fish for breakfast. But there is no frantic queue for her. On our last visit, people lined up, cursed, and when the fish was brought, everyone piled a mountain of fish on their plate (as if they had never eaten red fish), which naturally was not eaten, and then the fish went into the trash (blood from the eyes from this spectacle). 2. Beach towels are not always available, but personally we have never been upset about this, because you can always take a towel from your room or just dry off in the sun in 5 minutes. 3. Evening animation is now held from Thursday to Sunday, and last time it was on all days except Sunday. Now I’ll tell you about the general impression: we arrived at the hotel at 9 in the morning, we were supposed to be checked in at 15:00, but they made us a favor and not only gave us a room right away, but also a two-room one, with a private terrace of 50 meters, for which we thank you very much. About cleanliness and cleaning: everything is perfect. And for people who, when coming on vacation, wear white gloves and climb around the floor and corners, I sincerely sympathize with you. We don't suffer from such things. The food here is excellent and there is always a choice. The alcohol is very high quality, whiskey is always only teachers, rum is Captain Morgan, beer is Becks. In bars from 13 to 15 they offer Hagendax ice cream - awesome. French fries are also offered - also very tasty, moderately salty, fresh, crispy. I definitely recommend visiting the hotel. We plan to come back here again.

We rested in late January. Construction on all sides, but the pilings are already done, so the noise from the machinery. Upon arrival, they settled immediately, asked for a view of the pool (quieter from the counter) gave without problems, on departure had time to dine no one threw out. The staff was friendly and friendly (read the reviews that complained, but maybe we caught such a shift loyal to everything), something asked no one refused. Cleaning the room every day, (no one begged for tips) The beach is nice, but they build a new bar on it, if you still get used to the noise of the construction on the second day, then the construction of the bar is right under the nose, the beach itself is closed in the evening that you can't go to it. By food, in a week everything got bored, everything is the same (once in a week outside the grill was liked there) fruit only for breakfast (up to 11), the spread in time was that you will not stay hungry. I didn't see any animation, in the evening in the bar discotheque from 10 p.m. to noon, everything turns off, children are not allowed in the evening in the bar, and the bar gives drinks from 11 a.m. to 10:40 p.m. then pays (time is strict), drinks two in hand, but you can go several times, the line was not particularly large because it was not the season to people a little, (Becks beer in the can which will be opened anyway, Wine norms to wife, the rest of the alcohol local spillage but you can drink) for the weekend stop by for rest local residents and workers. There is no transport in the area, so to go by local taxi, if in Dubai it is 300-350AED, we rented a car but with Dubai delivery 300, at the hotels parking is free and parking the car itself, a couple of km away at the nearby hotel was a supermarket with normal prices, there is nowhere else to walk. So overall the experience remained positive for that kind of money, the biggest minus the noises from the construction but we weren't particularly stressed

We are currently relaxing in this hotel. Despite the negative attitude (“thank you” to the negative reviews), everything is very good. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 am. They asked for $50 for early check-in and checked in at 6 am. Immediately received the bracelets, immediately, at 6:30 we went for breakfast. The hotel is small but very cozy. Our room is standard. As far as I understand, all rooms are in a building by the sea with balconies overlooking the sea. We have a view of the children's pool and the sea, on the other side of the building there is a view of the beach, and, again, the sea. In another building the rooms do not have balconies and they are family rooms, a little larger than the standards. Our fire alarm has gone off once so far, but this was a training exercise and we were warned about this in writing. But the infection worked at three in the morning. We jumped up, but the child didn’t even wake up. The children's cribs are very small, my daughter is 3.5 years old and cannot stretch her legs in the crib. There are three swimming pools, many bars) the food in the restaurant is quite decent, you won’t go hungry. My daughter loves buckwheat, we took the cereal with us and boiled it with boiling water (there is a kettle in the room) overnight in a container. There is a children's table with rice, pasta, nuggets. The staff deserves special attention. Everyone is very kind, they try very hard. In restaurants and bars, the main thing is to make a person smile - and then everything will be done) We communicate with the room cleaner (we have a very sociable Ram) using notes, everything is always in abundance. They wash the floors, spin the swans, everything is clean and beautiful. No need to demand, just smile and everything will work out) For me, one minus is that the children's pool is not heated. At the end of December it’s +28 outside, but the water in the children’s pool is icy.

A real vacation in October 2024. A week. Family of 4 people. Check-in's not at 2 p.m. Really checked in at 5 p.m. Nobody's in a hurry. Check-in is subject to a charge of Dh 15 per room per night (State Vacation Package) , for 7 days Dh 105. In the room, freakingly, there's a coffee machine and a scale. The room is two-bedroom. But the room without balcony, there is no possibility to dry clothes, nothing is provided in the room; on request provided drying, but clothes do not dry as the windows do not open and the room is not ventilated. You get 2 towels for 4 people. The food is excellent, according to the restaurant I will note only the absence of tablecloths and crumbs are swept directly onto chairs (look where you sit). Drinks are handed out by one bartender, working slowly, so there's always a long line and the desire at the restaurant for a cocktail, wine or beer goes away. There are 5 coffee machines, but 2 give out half a mug or cold coffee or break constantly. There's no separate pool bar for the kids, it's in the building and it's open from 11 a.m. There is no urn on the grounds of the bar or children's pool. Trash or cups need to be taken with you or many are thrown on the floor. The beach is large, the waistcoats are sufficient, the entrance to the water is gentle, for children is great. Cons of the beach: bar on dirty pallets, near garbage cans, one bartender for cocktails, very long line, generally do everything not to take drinks. The hotel offers in advertising and at the reception a trip to Think Mall for 75 dirhams on Saturdays, but when approached to pay required 38 dollars (140 dirhams) per person, motivated by the fact that there is no bus, few recruits and the price doubles. It's not a good fact. I should also note that on the island and around the hotel (on three sides) there is a massive construction around the clock. Be prepared for constant noise and vibration, even at night, as well as the strong smell of chemicals on the beach. Considering all that said, the price of a holiday for a week of 300,000 in Radisson per family is very high, it was possible to choose another area and another hotel.

Me and my partner have just stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and we were pretty disappointed with the experience. Firstly the hotel is quite literally in the middle of a construction site, we booked through Expedia and there was nothing mentioned about any disruption to the hotel but there are building works happening either side of the hotel and behind where the new Wynn casino resort is being built. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but it was pretty noisy throughout the day when you’re sat trying to relax on the beach and not very nice to look at. There were also some works happening on the hotels own beachfront as they were installing some new showers so this also added to the unpleasant noise.
Secondly the reception area was a shambles, so busy to check in, people and screaming kids everywhere. Next complaint was the fact that our room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels provided, we had to call up at 6pm to get someone to clean the room. Also the shower in our room was either scorching hot or freezing, we asked at reception on our first day if they could send someone to fix but they never came. Staff were friendly enough but I wouldn’t say the service was amazing. Dining was ok, the Italian restaurant was nice, we ate at the seafood restaurant for lunch one day but there was loads of bird poo all over the outdoor chairs and tables which could have been cleaned up. Another thing we found is that the WiFi connection was pretty bad.
The hotel was relatively cheaply priced compared to other hotels on Marjan Island which I’m guessing is due to the scale of the works going on around it. I’m sure it will be great in a few years once all the construction is finished but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway I’d advise to spend a bit more for one of the other properties further away from the works.

My wife and I vacationed in January from the 10th to the 20th. The hotel is quite consistent with its category and price. Our meals were all inclusive. The breakfasts are very varied, and I liked them even more than the dinners and lunches; for dinner and lunch, the food does not have a strong variety of flavors and delicacies. The meat is not always tasty and soft, neither is the fish, once the fish was turned into charcoal, but you can dine in two additional ala carte restaurants; in one, dinner will cost about $30 for one, and in the second you can do it for free, the main thing is to replace one dinner in the restaurant mainly for this. I recommend you definitely visit! In general, we didn’t go hungry, there was a choice, everything was edible and fresh, but there were better times! Alcohol and drinks are of very decent quality!
I’ll say right away that I don’t recommend going here with children, firstly, they have no entertainment here at all, just a couple of slides, and a children’s club, which, as I understand it, was closed during our stay, because all the children in the world were running around, made noise and killed all the comfort of rest. Secondly, there is also very little food in the restaurant for children, especially for little ones, so I would like to appeal to the management, my proposal is to make the hotel 16+, and it simply won’t be priced! And believe me, it will change, there are other larger hotels on this island, and with more varied amenities for children.
The hotel does not have a territory as such, but everything is very clean, stylish and modern, you can take a walk, but I advise you to go to the embankment along the entire island, especially at sunset, the views are amazing. Of course, the island is still under construction, there are many ongoing construction projects, but they didn’t interfere in any way!
The hotel is new, a couple of years old, the furniture in both the rooms and the lobby is of quite good quality! Everything is intact, working and stylishly decorated! But once in the room the fire alarm went off loudly, most likely a glitch, but unpleasant!
I want to say about the service that it is very good, everyone is polite and sociable, there are Russian-speaking staff, but everyone understands English! I would especially like to thank the housekeepers and cleaners Faheem and Srikanth. The guys were very friendly and the cleaning was done to the highest standard, with the room decorated and replenishing the room with everything necessary! The room has everything you need, and what is missing, you can ask and it will be provided to you right away!
The beach is a bit dirty, I would like to see better beach cleaning! The sea in January is cool, but you can swim, the water is clean, the sun is warm, what else do you need! The weather was amazing, warm, the only thing is that there is wind in the evening, and therefore it is better to take a warm jacket, for example.
In general, I can recommend the hotel to families without children, or with adult children, and young and older couples will also find it quite comfortable to relax here!

My husband and I have just returned from a 12 day stay at this hotel. We had booked a Standard Room with balcony but were upgraded to a Junior Suite. However, this room did not have a balcony but was very spacious with separate bedroom and sitting area. At first I was a bit put out without a balcony but as the balconies were very small we probably wouldn't have used it much. We never saw anyone sitting out on theirs. The room was serviced every day and our bathroom towels changed every day even though we would have used them again. However, we were often left without toilet paper and we constantly had to go and ask for some. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with lots to choose from. Our only complaint was it could have been a lot warmer. The hot plates needed turning up! There was a dress code for entering the restaurant but far too many people were wearing beach shorts and flip flops in the evening! No one seemed to be bothered, except us, and nothing was said by management. This definitely lowered the tone of a 4 star hotel. All the staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming from waiters and waitresses to bartenders and lifeguards. The policy of not allowing reservations of sunloungers was great. You didn't have to rush and there were always plenty available especially on the private beach. Around the pools did get busier put people were coming and going all the time. In my holiday information when I booked, it stated there was an Adult Only pool. This was not the case as children were in all of them. This was very unfair as there was a very well equipped Children's pool. There was lots of building work going on around the hotel which we had been notified of when booking. We decided just to go ahead and book anyway. On the whole we weren't disturbed by the noise and we didn't let it spoil our holiday. We enjoyed our time there and found the hotel in a perfect spot. The beach and pools were facing south so it was perfect for a sun worshiper. Our holiday was good value for money and we made the most of it.

A great place for a family vacation! The room was booked in All inclusive Superior class, but at the reception we chose Family, neat and comfortable, the room has a partition for children and adults and a total area of 38 m². The cuisine is excellent, greens, fruits, salads, hot dishes and pastry treats - for every taste! The staff is friendly - always open to dialogue, maintaining cleanliness and order. The guides will advise and organize a program of excursions, and will advise you on the best price and route. Separately, I would like to note the positive feedback from the attentive employees of the bar and rbg restaurant - Anand, Ronan, Elizabeth & Ravi, they will never leave you without attention, they will give you advice, recommend everything, the kids immediately said, “Dad, everyone here is so nice, they smile, they help, they give.” five". In general, I won’t write much, it’s better to visit - rating Excellent to all the hotel staff! I recommend it.

The location is excellent!!! The first line by the sea is gorgeous!!!! The food is varied for both children and adults, delicious♡ The entertainment program is fun from Thursday to Sunday, excellent location next to shopping malls, 15-25 minutes by taxi, I recommend visiting Manara Mall with a beautiful embankment with swings and a walking terrace. We checked in immediately with an additional payment, which is normal, at 09.30 in the morning, in room 503 superior with a sea view on the fifth floor! The area is small but functional for children, a cool pool and a cool entrance to the sea, everything is very calm, safe, delicious and most importantly, the room is very clean thanks to Arif, an excellent cleaning specialist. The restaurant has great guys who try to help with drinks and seating empty tables, especially the waiter William👍, friendly and diligent. We were met at the reception at check-in by a gorgeous girl Lakshika 🫶 and a Russian-speaking guy Bakhiyor 🫶 and they also saw off on the day of departure, as if they were their relatives with warmth and pleasing, that again you want to come back to your home ❤️ You feel the service with care ❤️

The exterior of the hotel is good, good furniture, modern interior, clean everywhere, normal food. That's where the upside ends. The hotel has no grounds, three palm trees by the children's pool-the whole grounds. The beach is small. There is construction around the hotel on all sides (walking without a male escort is fraught). Animation only Thursday to Sunday for a maximum of 1.5 hours. 30, 40 minutes for kids and 30, 40 minutes just music. To get bed linen for a paid third guest you need to go to the reception with a request and more than once. In the end, I never got a complete kit (I took it myself the next day from the cleaners), the same with other supplies. There's no help, not even emergency or simple human intervention. A four-year-old boy fell on his leg with a glass countertop because of the hotel. When applying to the reception they sent to a separate guide, which is not available at 9 p.m. Solved the problem ourselves. Lunch boxes are also not available. We had a late check-in, went to bed early. The lunch box was also refused when travelling on the tour. Check-out is also by the side, because lunch on the day of check-out is not provided at this hotel 😧 On the first night the fire alarm went off 3 times. The third time, her husband just unscrewed her, so she didn't have the strength anymore. Ice cream is given to children strictly one ball per hand and strictly in children's sleep from 13 to 15😂😂😂 generally not rest, but one continuous nuance. I highly recommend this hotel!
