Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island has garnered mixed reviews, with guests enjoying its clean, comfortable rooms and the lively, family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel's beachfront location is popular, although some visitors find it too removed from urban conveniences.
While the value for money receives varied feedback due to hidden costs, many guests are satisfied with the amenities despite service speed and renovation concerns. However, noise from construction and less-than-ideal soundproofing have been noted as detractors from an otherwise relaxing experience.

We rested in late January. Construction on all sides, but the pilings are already done, so the noise from the machinery. Upon arrival, they settled immediately, asked for a view of the pool (quieter from the counter) gave without problems, on departure had time to dine no one threw out. The staff was friendly and friendly (read the reviews that complained, but maybe we caught such a shift loyal to everything), something asked no one refused. Cleaning the room every day, (no one begged for tips) The beach is nice, but they build a new bar on it, if you still get used to the noise of the construction on the second day, then the construction of the bar is right under the nose, the beach itself is closed in the evening that you can't go to it. By food, in a week everything got bored, everything is the same (once in a week outside the grill was liked there) fruit only for breakfast (up to 11), the spread in time was that you will not stay hungry. I didn't see any animation, in the evening in the bar discotheque from 10 p.m. to noon, everything turns off, children are not allowed in the evening in the bar, and the bar gives drinks from 11 a.m. to 10:40 p.m. then pays (time is strict), drinks two in hand, but you can go several times, the line was not particularly large because it was not the season to people a little, (Becks beer in the can which will be opened anyway, Wine norms to wife, the rest of the alcohol local spillage but you can drink) for the weekend stop by for rest local residents and workers. There is no transport in the area, so to go by local taxi, if in Dubai it is 300-350AED, we rented a car but with Dubai delivery 300, at the hotels parking is free and parking the car itself, a couple of km away at the nearby hotel was a supermarket with normal prices, there is nowhere else to walk. So overall the experience remained positive for that kind of money, the biggest minus the noises from the construction but we weren't particularly stressed

My husband and I have just returned from a 12 day stay at this hotel. We had booked a Standard Room with balcony but were upgraded to a Junior Suite. However, this room did not have a balcony but was very spacious with separate bedroom and sitting area. At first I was a bit put out without a balcony but as the balconies were very small we probably wouldn't have used it much. We never saw anyone sitting out on theirs. The room was serviced every day and our bathroom towels changed every day even though we would have used them again. However, we were often left without toilet paper and we constantly had to go and ask for some. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with lots to choose from. Our only complaint was it could have been a lot warmer. The hot plates needed turning up! There was a dress code for entering the restaurant but far too many people were wearing beach shorts and flip flops in the evening! No one seemed to be bothered, except us, and nothing was said by management. This definitely lowered the tone of a 4 star hotel. All the staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming from waiters and waitresses to bartenders and lifeguards. The policy of not allowing reservations of sunloungers was great. You didn't have to rush and there were always plenty available especially on the private beach. Around the pools did get busier put people were coming and going all the time. In my holiday information when I booked, it stated there was an Adult Only pool. This was not the case as children were in all of them. This was very unfair as there was a very well equipped Children's pool. There was lots of building work going on around the hotel which we had been notified of when booking. We decided just to go ahead and book anyway. On the whole we weren't disturbed by the noise and we didn't let it spoil our holiday. We enjoyed our time there and found the hotel in a perfect spot. The beach and pools were facing south so it was perfect for a sun worshiper. Our holiday was good value for money and we made the most of it.

. were at the hotel from 7 to 17 October 24. weather is sunny and very comfortable, the sea is very warm, calm, pleasant sand on the beach, there are places to walk, many sunbeds, always enough, there are umbrellas for sun protection, poofies. everything is within walking distance of the hotel, everywhere is very clean and well maintained. beautiful rooms, very spacious, huge bathroom, the room itself is very well arranged, there is a TV, safe, minibar, even there is a built in cupboard ironing board and iron. when it was just moved in, and throughout the entire stay there is no complaint, I want to highlight a cleaning company employee named Faheem, a professional of his business, always clean towels, water in the room, cleaning was 100%. we had a balcony, there was an incredible view of the ocean shore, (number 537) to the left of the residential building there was construction, but noisy was not much, and the view did not spoil us, there was no vibration, at all did not hinder the rest. food is varied, products are quality, good buffet. I want to single out the main restaurant employee, supervisor Ravi - a very responsible person, a good organizer, thanks to him even a large number of customers seated tables in minutes, heed attentive to requests and very polite, and the Sajjad restaurant employee - a very positive and pleasant person, service is quick and high, special thanks to him. there was a separate free pizza place by appointment, but we did not go there, there was not enough variety of the main restaurant. on the beach and in the lobby there is a bar, the Ruth Bar Bake House employee in the lobby thank you in particular, always responsive and polite, helps, and also prepares the most delicious coffee on the entire Gulf coast. in general the hotel rest was very enjoyed, the staff mostly do not speak very well Russian, but it did not hinder communication, always ready to help and respond to any one.

A real vacation in October 2024. A week. Family of 4 people. Check-in's not at 2 p.m. Really checked in at 5 p.m. Nobody's in a hurry. Check-in is subject to a charge of Dh 15 per room per night (State Vacation Package) , for 7 days Dh 105. In the room, freakingly, there's a coffee machine and a scale. The room is two-bedroom. But the room without balcony, there is no possibility to dry clothes, nothing is provided in the room; on request provided drying, but clothes do not dry as the windows do not open and the room is not ventilated. You get 2 towels for 4 people. The food is excellent, according to the restaurant I will note only the absence of tablecloths and crumbs are swept directly onto chairs (look where you sit). Drinks are handed out by one bartender, working slowly, so there's always a long line and the desire at the restaurant for a cocktail, wine or beer goes away. There are 5 coffee machines, but 2 give out half a mug or cold coffee or break constantly. There's no separate pool bar for the kids, it's in the building and it's open from 11 a.m. There is no urn on the grounds of the bar or children's pool. Trash or cups need to be taken with you or many are thrown on the floor. The beach is large, the waistcoats are sufficient, the entrance to the water is gentle, for children is great. Cons of the beach: bar on dirty pallets, near garbage cans, one bartender for cocktails, very long line, generally do everything not to take drinks. The hotel offers in advertising and at the reception a trip to Think Mall for 75 dirhams on Saturdays, but when approached to pay required 38 dollars (140 dirhams) per person, motivated by the fact that there is no bus, few recruits and the price doubles. It's not a good fact. I should also note that on the island and around the hotel (on three sides) there is a massive construction around the clock. Be prepared for constant noise and vibration, even at night, as well as the strong smell of chemicals on the beach. Considering all that said, the price of a holiday for a week of 300,000 in Radisson per family is very high, it was possible to choose another area and another hotel.

Me and my partner have just stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and we were pretty disappointed with the experience. Firstly the hotel is quite literally in the middle of a construction site, we booked through Expedia and there was nothing mentioned about any disruption to the hotel but there are building works happening either side of the hotel and behind where the new Wynn casino resort is being built. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but it was pretty noisy throughout the day when you’re sat trying to relax on the beach and not very nice to look at. There were also some works happening on the hotels own beachfront as they were installing some new showers so this also added to the unpleasant noise.
Secondly the reception area was a shambles, so busy to check in, people and screaming kids everywhere. Next complaint was the fact that our room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels provided, we had to call up at 6pm to get someone to clean the room. Also the shower in our room was either scorching hot or freezing, we asked at reception on our first day if they could send someone to fix but they never came. Staff were friendly enough but I wouldn’t say the service was amazing. Dining was ok, the Italian restaurant was nice, we ate at the seafood restaurant for lunch one day but there was loads of bird poo all over the outdoor chairs and tables which could have been cleaned up. Another thing we found is that the WiFi connection was pretty bad.
The hotel was relatively cheaply priced compared to other hotels on Marjan Island which I’m guessing is due to the scale of the works going on around it. I’m sure it will be great in a few years once all the construction is finished but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway I’d advise to spend a bit more for one of the other properties further away from the works.

The exterior of the hotel is good, good furniture, modern interior, clean everywhere, normal food. That's where the upside ends. The hotel has no grounds, three palm trees by the children's pool-the whole grounds. The beach is small. There is construction around the hotel on all sides (walking without a male escort is fraught). Animation only Thursday to Sunday for a maximum of 1.5 hours. 30, 40 minutes for kids and 30, 40 minutes just music. To get bed linen for a paid third guest you need to go to the reception with a request and more than once. In the end, I never got a complete kit (I took it myself the next day from the cleaners), the same with other supplies. There's no help, not even emergency or simple human intervention. A four-year-old boy fell on his leg with a glass countertop because of the hotel. When applying to the reception they sent to a separate guide, which is not available at 9 p.m. Solved the problem ourselves. Lunch boxes are also not available. We had a late check-in, went to bed early. The lunch box was also refused when travelling on the tour. Check-out is also by the side, because lunch on the day of check-out is not provided at this hotel 😧 On the first night the fire alarm went off 3 times. The third time, her husband just unscrewed her, so she didn't have the strength anymore. Ice cream is given to children strictly one ball per hand and strictly in children's sleep from 13 to 15😂😂😂 generally not rest, but one continuous nuance. I highly recommend this hotel!

It's the worst Redisson I've ever been to, and there haven't been many in my life and it's not about construction, it's something I knew about beforehand. But the service is disgusting and unworthy of this grid. Dear hotel manager, I hope my feedback reaches you. Please organize the availability of beach towels at least by the number of holidaymakers! The towels already look like they were picked up from the dumpster of a nearby hotel. I can't get towels for three hours! It's humiliating! Every time I stand in line and run out of towels!

Were at this hotel from 13.08-23.08. In August, I say hot right away, stuffy and heavy air. Sea boiling, you're not cooling down. The hotel has by the way a cooling pool, but in general it does not feel with this temperature. Pros by hotel: We checked in very quickly, we arrived at 12:00 and were immediately given a room. -By the number, everything is very good, the furniture is old, there are no Russian channels, our charges are suitable. Daily cleaning, change of towels, cleaned generally well. There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes or pastes, if anyone cares. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the shower was tropical, there was no watering hole, it wasn't critical, I just wasn't comfortable. The hotel is clean, generally very pretty. Air conditioning works super. I don't know about the hotel. The bay is chic, not deep or shallow, no waves, the beach is clear. Lots of starfish and crabs. Lifeguards are constantly sitting and you can see that tourists are being followed. Lots of beds. Food. Very, very good, varied and constantly adding. Breakfasts have a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, porridge, eggs, freshly squeezed juices, fruit. Lunch and dinner- fish eaten all the time, meat, mussels sometimes, soups. Here are few fruits at lunch and dinners, mostly just melon (it does not taste very good) They make a lot of cocktails at the bar, all delicious. There's a bar (from 10 p.m. there's something like a disco) -No animation as such, only Friday to Sunday, there are some performances - who likes Thai massage, I suggest you go, the girls do it really cool, you won't regret it.
Something that didn't like much, but it's generally not a significant downside: - Small swimming pools, 2 adults (1 cooling), there are a lot of people and there is 1 children's bass, there are a lot of children. Bars open late, beach bar opens at 11:00. In this heat, with people on the beach from 8:00, it's very late. There's no hotel store, if you need anything small, you have to go to town.
To sum up, the hotel is cool, the staff is polite and tries to solve any problems you have, the hotel is a solid 4. But as much as I liked it, I bet 5⭐️

Rested from 25.10-03.11 two adults, two children. Pros: great sea, good food. Cons : poor cleaning (room on the 5th floor with balcony). It's very dusty, there's construction nearby, but it didn't get in the way. Staff treat campers like cattle. None will smile. It's strict. At sunset, everyone gets kicked off the beach, and the beach is locked up! In the hotel near the infrastructure, the beach is closed, put a guard who does not take an eye, so that no one climbs in to look at the night sea . Like in a colony, for your own money. We were in a nearby hotel, so in the evenings we sat on the beach, admiring the night sea, watching crabs. And after sunset no one kicked out. Everyone was resting. That's why we came here. But it's not like that, it's all whistled...And the main complaint about the hotel is the closure of the beach to a private event for half a day! I mean, we were flying to the sea halfway across the globe to practically lose a day out of some stranger's banquet. I think it's completely disrespectful to the guests. When the kids came up and asked us to go to the empty beach next door, we were rudely turned away. We'd love to go back to the hotel next door, but this one ain't no foot.

Radisson is an amazing resort for families, couples or solo. It is very clean, a lot to do within, Nothing is too much for the staff to do. Elizabeth and Ruth at the dinner and restaurant made our time so comfortable and always had smiles on their faces when asked to do things. I was here with my young children (3) and they had a blast.
Srikanth who constantly cleaned our rooms which were always spotless, clothes folded, is amazing and very attentive and thoughtful, respectful at his job. I was looking forward to seeing him before we left to say a special thank you but he was off. Big shout out to him. I will recommend this resort to family and friends and I will visit again as it felt like a 5star 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
