We invite you to Sulisław, to the complex which includes Sulisław Castle, the first five-star hotel in the Opole province, Hotel Elsner, a conference and training center and the Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda. Spacious, elegant rooms, unique interior design and hotel service ready to fulfill the wishes of guests - all this creates a unique atmosphere ensuring peace and comfortable rest. The castle is located in picturesque and quiet landscapes near Wrocław and Opole, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We provide convenient conditions for organizing conferences, trainings and small business meetings. We have 10 rooms with an area of 30 to 490 square meters. We arrange the spaces according to the individual needs of each client. Sulisław Castle, as the only Yoga and Ayurveda Center in Poland, offers authentic Panchakarma treatments conducted by qualified specialists from Sri Lanka. A special recommendation is the fact that the patron of the Castle is His Excellency Mr. Chandra Mohan Bhandari, chosen by the Indian government as the world ambassador of yoga. The GRAF Castle Restaurant offers European cuisine and original dishes created by Indian Chefs, who guarantee the highest quality of the specialties served. We have also expanded the menu with regional dishes served by master chefs from Opole Silesia. We offer our guests our own ecological products: always fresh bread with natural sourdough, honey from our apiary, jams from the castle orchard fruit or delicious cold cuts made according to traditional recipes.

I attended a conference organized at this hotel. We decided to extend our stay at the hotel by one day to take advantage of all the attractions of the palace. Overall, a good break ended with an unpleasant disappointment. In the morning we checked at the hotel reception whether the restaurant would be open in the afternoon. We received confirmation. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 6 p.m., it turned out to be closed. We were hungry after a whole day of walking, and there are no other restaurants or even a shop in the immediate vicinity of the palace. The situation was saved by the hotel manager who offered to provide us with a plate of soup and dumplings, which we ate with pleasure at a table in the hotel corridor. I thought it was a nice gesture to correct the hotel's mistake. Unfortunately, when we left the hotel, we were charged a considerable amount for the delivered dishes, which would not have been our first choice in a restaurant. When accepting the proposed meal, I was not informed about its price and that it was normally charged. It was an unpleasant accent ending the stay.

A beautiful, atmospheric palace (hotel and restaurant) located in the middle of nowhere, near the town of Grodków. A huge, well-kept area around, allowing for total relaxation in the bosom of nature. The palace itself is restored and very well-kept. There is a Graf restaurant there, which my friend and I decided to visit. The interior of the restaurant has a "castle atmosphere". We decided on oriental-style beef with rice and then apple pie. The dishes were very good, although not cheap. To sum up, I highly recommend visiting this unique place - it exudes positive energy.

A charming place, combining palatial architecture with modern interiors. Ideal for conferences and meetings. Once there was still an Ayurvedic spa here, now it is simply a spa. Rooms spacious and comfortable, outside the palace itself pets welcome. Excellent cuisine.

Amazing place, beautiful old castle (all renovated to the highest standards). Delicious Indian cuisine, aurvedic spa treatments, daily yoga , meditation, swimming pool (non chlorine). One of the best yoga teacher I ever had. My daughter (9 years old) loved our yoga classes. Had a great time, I hope we will come back .

good: incredible result of palace renovation , fabulous plastering, furniture, nice garden and a cosy beach on small lake
not good:
a) room number 202 only 12 m2 offered as double room with 1,40 cm wide bed and only 1 bed table, in the bathroom while taking shower you will completely flood the whole bathroom including part of the bedroom, obviously due to bad technical construction.
b) restaurant service - unqualified waitresses serving dishes first, then cutlery; a bottle of white wine was served warm, it was not opened just put on the table from link side of the guest; starters were not served in parallel, waiting time for first drinks 40 min, for the rest of the orders same scenario. Waitresses were really running in the hurry in the restaurant with dishes and cutlery and cleared the tables in the hurry after frustrated guests have left. Many guests complained directly to the waitresses or went to the kitchen and asked what is going on. The hotel received on this evening (27.8.2016) many international guests a la carte, a Japanese tourist group traveling by bus and an approx. 10 person Spanish tourist group. Service in 2 Restaurants consisted of 3 waitresses, then 2 girls from reception came to support them as the situation escalated. Next day - similar situation with breakfast - empty buffet, after multiple complains of many guests single dishes were brought step by step, however the variety and quality of the dishes do not meet requirements for 4- 5 star hotel category. A big shame....for a unique place, that is definitely not a 5 star hotel, neither 4 star - how regrettably!

The panchakarma program is advertised as 8 days program but the first day is only half of the program, nothing on the last day and from 8 days it shortens up to 5 days. Horrible communication. Very unprofesional. Don't know what the stars were given for

A lovely building decorated well but really not a five star hotel.
Unfortunately this place is really let down by the restaurant. It is a hotel in the middle of nowhere so considering they had fifty people staying for a wedding you would expect them to be prepared. Unfortunately this was not the case. In the Friday we booked table for thirty people at 8pm. We all had to go and get our own drinks from the pub as no one cane to serve us. Finally at 9.30 we were told that the chefs had left and that we could not order. Eventually they were persuaded to serve us food and an hour later we finally got food. Then, on Sunday, a similar thing happened. Took ages to take orders, waited ages for food. Food came at different times and was cold. They ran out of half of the meals ordered and came round with cold curry as only alternative (which they still charged for). There was no manager available (again) and we all felt really sorry for the two waiters left to try and deal with a compete lack of organisation. It is such a shame as it could be an amazing venue.

When I was in Wroclaw, I used to go there for taking massage with my friend. It was an amazing experience for us because I never had such massage any where in Poland. After long time we visited there again but it was just opposite what they had earlier. Now they have some people from srilanka they don't know anything even massage. They are just applying the oil whole body for 40-45 minutes. This spa is dispossing the name of beautiful palace.
Resturant food is also upto avarage. There is no five star standard. But I don't know about the rooms, we never tried.

Good road signs led us to a hidden beautifully and sensitively restored palace also beautifully furnished. Fantastically professional staff make you forget that it's a hotel, there is atmosphere of total calm and relaxation. We stayed in the hotel part of the complex opened less than a year ago and is rated 3 stars but the room we had - delux version - had all the hallmarks of a five star room. Very comfortable bed and everything you need. We had the spa almost to ourselves even though there were many guests. Massages we delightful - again no feeling of urgency or time watching. All round great experience. Perhaps the only downside was the limited menu and we missed dishes which we really enjoy when we eat in Indian restaurants. But the food offered was imaginative , well presented and very tasty even if not what we would have chosen given a wider choice. Further downside was the absence of our host , in spite of comments we read earlier on tripadvisor, who we saw moving from place to place but who didn't seem to feel the need to contact guests. For such a unique place it would have been nice to congratulate him on such a well restored and professionally run hotel. So our thank you goes to all the staff.
