The new Beach Resort “Sea Breeze Santorini”, member of the international Hilton chain, belonging under the new global brand “Curio Collection by Hilton” and open its gates for its guests in Spring of 2022. Sea Breeze Beach Resort the newly constructed hotel, is located in the traditional coast of village and cape of Exomitis, famous for its black sand, in the southeast part of Santorini Island in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes between Perissa and Perivolos beaches. Exomitis village is also known for the ancient graves on top of the rocks. In one of the rocks, on the gravestone is carved a huge viper. In close proximity from Sea Breeze in approximately 6 kilometers away, is located the ancient town “Thira” with impressive views of Aegean Sea and only 7 kilometers is the “Heart of Santorini” in Caldera” with unique sunsets over the sea.

From before check in to check out our every needs were either anticipated or met when asked. Communication from the staff before our arrival was top notch. Offering us transportation, car rental, and booking excursions. We used their Car Rental suggestion (Auto Center) and had them book our sunset catamaran cruise (Santorini Yachting Club). We even had to change the date of our cruise and they took care of all of that for us. We were early for check in. We were prepared to for our room not to be ready but just wanted to touch base. Upon check in we were welcomed and offered complimentary wine and a little cake while they waited to check on our room. We were offered a tour of the spa facilities and services offered with absolutely no pressure to take part. We didn't get a chance to use them as we were so busy but would definitely do it when we return. Once our room was ready our bags were taken to our room for us and we were personally escorted to our suite and given a an explanation of everything by (Rosemary I think was her name). She gave us excellent recommendations for local and they were excellent. We were given complimentary water shoes upon arrival since the beach is a rocky volcanic beach and we were told that items in the fridge were complimentary and restocked every day. The heated pool with our suite had the option to turn on sauna jets and was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Santorini during the day. The location was perfect for us. Being on the south end of the island it was a 5 (Vlychada) -40 (Oia) minute drive from anything you'd want to see or do. But was was in a quiet spot on Santorini and had plenty of places to feel local. The room keeping staff was incredible. Every evening we had a turn down services that included leaving a small dessert in our room for us and placing floor mats at our beds for us. The shower was a wonderful size and the toiletries were wonderful, especially the body cream. (Culti Milano) We only availed ourselves of breakfast but the staff and food were wonderful. The staff was attentive and felt more like friends or family than a wait staff. They were attentive, prompt and so welcoming. The beach staff and bar tenders were excellent. Upon taking our spot on a beach bed, an attendent immediately met us with a bag of ice and two waters. Our bar tender made a very refreshing drink that we don't recall what it was but we just said, make something with a local feel that you would like to make. This was our first trip to Santorini and our only regret with the Sea Breeze is that we were so busy seeing the island that we didn't spend as much time as we had hoped just remaining on the property and relaxing. The location and staff of this property lends itself to a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We were honestly blown away by the experience.

Perfection, in every way. From arrival to departure, we felt pampered. The hotel communicated with us prior to arrival, and sent a driver to the airport to pick us up. As Hilton Diamond members, we were given a room upgrade on arrival.
The grounds are immaculately kept. Our King Deluxe Duplex had a private pool, 2 king bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Molton Brown toiletries. The beds are comfortable, with down pillows. As the rooms are duplexes or separate units, you don’t hear your neighbors once you close the door. Our room had an upstairs balcony off the bedroom, a back patio with jetted pool (nice and warm for our chilly October stay), and lovely furnishings.
The resort has a sandy beach, beach chairs, and they offered us shoes to walk into the ocean. There is a beachside bar and restaurant. They have multiple pools (besides the private one with our room) with lots of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. The whole atmosphere begs you to sit and relax for awhile.
For food, the beachside restaurant offers a wide variety of food. My husband and I shared several dishes - everything was excellent. Breakfast included, you choose from a menu. The fresh squeezed orange juice is a must.
Hotel staff go out of their way to care for the guests.
While this resort is not facing the touristy caldera, it is the place I will choose to stay for the entirety of my travels to Santorini for future trips.

The hotel is brand new and so everything feels lovely and new and just for you! Since June is at the cusp of the high season we got to experience the full attention and capability of the staff and facilities.
The spa was great (but very expensive) and I highly recommend the 70 min deep tissue with an added salt scrub treatment.
The property is peaceful very spaced out, so be prepared to walk a lot. There are golf carts driven by the valet who can shuttle you about if you really need it, but it’s not a frequent thing to see.
The one thing that wasn’t so good was the hotel van used for shuttling you around town to/from the hotel. The hotel has a new Mercedes van that’s free… but if it’s busy they’ll call for a van service to take you around for a fee but won’t tell you and you won’t know until the ride is over which needs to be better communicated to guests. You need to clarify with the front desk you want the free transfer.
Customer service was otherwise splendid!
We had 3 rooms, all of different levels of suites and all performed exceptionally. I highly recommend the 2 bedroom queen suite as it’s 3 levels and gives lots of privacy between people.

This resort is absolutely incredible. My husband and I stayed for 6 days and it was so luxurious. During check in they had us relax with a cold drink while we waited for them to check us in. The spa manager gave us a cold face cloth, which after a day of traveling was a welcome treat. Regina is the person who checked us in and throughout our stay she was very quick any time we had a request. The rooms were impeccable. This is a new resort and everything is very high-end and new. We were upgraded to a duplex with a private pool which we used every day. We had a bottle of Prosecco on ice the day we checked in and every night there was a little treat left for us in our room. The grounds are beautiful, lots of gorgeous landscaping with tropical flowers. The restaurant is also very good. The breakfast is included (eggs, avocado toast, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, amazing coffee). We adored Iriana from the restaurant who was so lovely and cheerful! We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and the food was exceptional. We visited the beach bar a few times and the bartender (Alexandros), not only made the most delicious cocktails, he was also provided great conversation. The black sand beaches are beautiful but very hot. If you go in the water I suggest wearing shoes as it is slippery (the hotel provided these shoes upon check-in).I also recommend going to the beach in the morning for the sunrise. It is equally as beautiful as the sunset on the other side of the island but with no crowds. If I could give one critique, the room where we were situated was right by a hotel staff area and on a few occasions when their shifts were done they were disturbingly loud late at night. Last advice about this hotel, it is away from the busy parts of Santorini and I loved how quiet and peaceful it is. It is easy to get to the other parts of the island but escaping to this place really felt like the kind of vacation we needed.

There are quite a lot of things to say about this resort. Obviously the structure itself is very beautiful, and the fact you can have a private pool in your room is a deal breaker (well, not inside your room, but most of the rooms have an outside area with a hot tub or a beautiful heated sea water pool... I'm still daydreaming about it). Anyway, as I was saying, the resort is beautiful, but what really makes the difference is the level of service. Everyone we met tried their best to do everything in their power to make sure our stay was memorable. From the little treats we found every day in our room, the support when we wanted to book some activities, the way nothing was too much trouble. A few examples: - We had an issue with a noise in our room. They didn't rest until they fixed it (and they did), they also offered to change the room if they didn't manage to fix it. - The sea is beautiful, but very rocky, it is not recommended to bathe without proper shoes, which we didn't have. The lifeguard just handed us a couple of pair for free so we could enjoy the sea (and it's amazing, especially in the afternoon when the fishes come swimming near the beach). - The beach boy every morning brought us fresh beach towels and a bottle of water.
We spent there just a few days but it felt we've been there for weeks. A few extra notes. The restaurant serves amazing dishes, especially fish, they also have a "catch of the day" dish which is to die for. Most of the dishes are traditional Greek cousin which is something I really enjoyed. They also have a Spa, we treated ourselves to a massage which was amazing, so relaxing that my wife fell asleep during the treatment. The bar serves cocktails directly to your four poster bed (yep, that's correct, a four poster bed) on the beach.
After our first night we were already planning our next stay for next year.

The staff here are really the best. They are so kind to their children and welcome them with a warm smile.
I made a mistake during the reservation process, and the female staff at the reception helped me very kindly, so I was able to solve the problem well.
The furniture and interior in the room are unique and luxurious, so it's fun to take pictures.
The food at the restaurant was very good for adults and children, and the staff took care of it carefully, so I could have a good meal time.
The beach in front of the hotel is well maintained and quiet, perfect for a vacation.
The disadvantage may be that it is far from a famous tourist destination, but it seems that the hotel's value is illuminated by its wonderful scenery, delicious food, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

The location is far from the towns (20-40 min) but it is worth it! There are deee taxis available through reception. The rooms are exceptional, comfortable, well serviced, with tons of water, juices, sodas, coffee and daily treats. The beds are phenomenal. The private pool bungalow are a treat. The restaurant, pool, bar are all by the beach, beautiful black sand. The food is excellent and the service even better. The staff are all attentive but discreet, pleasant and professional. Free yoga in the morning is a highlight, on the pool rim listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze.

This new property was perfect to experience not only the Magic of Santorini, but the magic of Greek hospitality. The sun makes Santorini special and the upbeat well educated diverse staff was culturally aware, sensitive and able to take care of a variety of needs necessary when traveling with guest having difficulties with mobility. Service was flawlessly carried by a diverse group of interesting highly educated staff that was professional and friendly. I met the owner caring for his plants unassumingly setting a humble genuine tone to the whole experience. the food and service of the food was exceptional. Curated small portions for dinner in a modern approach to greek cuisine that was perfectly executed with a wide range of ingredients. Breakfast was generous and the service was perfectly choreographed and noticeably impeccable. It was also so personal and kind. My only hesitation is that I want to keep this place all to myself;)! Much love and thanks to all of you for helping me to provide such an experience to my parents who have great difficulty travelling. They had the best time ever. You went above and beyond!!!!! Heated pool in the am and pm was over the top. Great beds, showers, everything! Cart service to the private beach, well informed super overqualified shuttle service, located in the most peaceful part of Santorini. Santorini wineries are the best on earth!

We used the hotel to eat breakfast at the restaurant and to have a massage session. Mr. Kostantinos, who welcomed us warmly at the restaurant, made sure that we didn't miss anything with an excellent table towards the sea. What we ordered came directly from the hands of Mr. Koutsoperakis, the food was incredible! After enjoying our meal we moved to the spa area where Mrs. Marina and her colleagues Theo and Dimi treated us to the utmost! the place was spotlessly clean and beautiful with the accompaniment of the music, immediately made us relax and enjoy our session. I would recommend this place 100% and I would revisit as soon as I can!

We spent our first two days in Oia and went to the SeaBreeze with our Hilton loyalty. The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere and not in a good way. The resort is near the famous black beaches which you don’t have to go to as the resort has its own black beach which has the umbrellas and chairs all set up. It’s quite a beautiful scene. We were upgraded to a huge room with a pool. The pool is heated with a really short jet sauna button. The room quality was excellent and very clean. We really liked the service as everyone was welcoming but there were a couple who didn’t communicate some things correctly so I assume part of the growing pains. (It wasn’t clear with two people whether or not you could eat in the lounge at reception. FYI you can only eat till 6pm. Then the restaurant opens at 7pm. Between 6-7 you have to order room service) in terms of the food it was hit and miss. The breakfast which is complimentary with Hilton gold and diamond status was okay but they made a terrible omelette which I thought was really hard to screw up but they did. The lunch at aura was fine. The octopus was really chewy and we sent it back. For food I’d suggest eating off the light menu at the bar or eat in room service. The burger and fries, linguine napoletona were very solid choices for room service. The dinner at aura is expensive! But thankfully it was tasty. I would try to have a rental car if you want more food options.
Overall, I recommend this place though it still needs to mature some more. It feels in a really random location but the brand new facility and service is great. But rent a car.
