Attended a wedding and stayed for 4 days. The hotel and lake were a perfect setting. The gardens were well maintained. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We ate in the terrace restaurant during our stay as part of the package and the food was very good. The staff worked very hard and were always friendly. Would highly recommend the hotel and the setting is ideal for exploring one of the biggest lakes in Europe !

Lake Balaton’s special atmosphere vibrated perfectly on this nice lakeside property. Location is just perfect, the garden is lovely and the view - especially at sunset - is amazing.

The hotel itself is decent. Standard rooms are pretty basic and small, so I would suggest to select a superior room. Breakfast was fine. Accessibility could be better: the restaurant is above the ground floor and there is only one elevator, located on the other side of the building.

Checkin was a bit overcomplicated.

Tópart Hotel in Balatonvilágos is a great little place to stay if you are looking for a quiet break and are less interested in the hustle and bustle of resort towns like Siófok and Balatonfüred. The hotel has a beautifully-kept private garden with lots of flowers and trees, lawn chairs available for guests to use, as well as a small bar and restaurant next to the water. Indoors, the hotel's facilities include a modern spa, with a Jacuzzi and several saunas. I arrived late in the afternoon and had a really pleasant time relaxing in the spa and then went for a quick swim in warm, shallow waters of Lake Balaton.

The air conditioned rooms are much more spacious than what you normally get for this price range in continental European cities. I did end up booking an upgraded, "superior" suite, which included a lovely balcony facing the lake and a stunning view of the sunset over the lake. Perhaps my only issue with the room was that there was a problem with the satellite reception on the TV and I could not get any channels. That having been said, I did not spend my time watching television, so this was not a major issue for me.

The hotel attracts Hungarian families with small children, but since this is a fairly small, family-run inn, you will never have the crowds of guests and queues that you might expect at larger resort hotels. Both the staff and guests seem to be friendly. I was travelling solo, but I chatted with a number of guests, including one who is a regular and who comes back each summer.

The complimentary breakfast offered an extensive choice of quality salamis and cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, cereals and breads, pastries, as well as fresh fruit. I would certainly say that it was well above average.

So if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday at a lakefront hotel on the Balaton and prefer to avoid the "typical" and most popular resort towns, then Tópart Hotel in Balatonvilágos is a good choice...and you're only a 15 minute train ride from Siófok.

We attended a wedding and spent 3 days with 2 smaller kids and mother in law. You can find Zen at the Balaton here. Direct pier to the Lake. Beautiful garden with a lawn making you want to turn a somersault in it... Nice wellness department with big enough jacuzzi to watch the Balaton from the warm water if the weather is cold... Extremely nice staff, great food, lean design, relaxed atmosphere. Will certainly come back

We got married here on 4th June and had about 40 mostly UK guests staying in the hotel. All the staff spoke good English.
Our lake view room was massive and really nice with an amazing view of the beautiful blue lake.
The food (including breakfast) was all really nice and they did an amazing job with the organisation of the wedding for nearly 80 people. They thought of every detail and worked really hard to make sure everything went to plan.
Looking forward to visiting again!

Would i go back !! OMG yes. This place is outstanding. We had this hotel exclusively to our party for 4 nights for my brothers wedding. Everything was just so perfect. Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and beautiful people. Spotlessly clean, rooms well laid out ( we had a separate wc and shower room). Excellent prices. And you must take a swim in Lake Balaton. Don't expect bacon and fried eggs etc for breakfast, thats not how they do it, its a continental breakfast. There are no swimming pools, you've got the lake.
The only downside, and this is why i gave a 4☆ not 5☆ is because unfortunately you dont get coffee facilities in the room but the owners are applying for a 4☆ hotel rating which means facilities can be put in place. Its complicated to get ratings out there by all accounts. In my opinion it should be a 4☆ already.

We had the wedding last Saturday and after it, I can not imagine a better place on the world to get married.

The staff always had a smile on the face, the garden was extremely well cared, the views are amazing, the food excellent and on the top of that Anna helped with every detail required.

If you are looking for a place to get married, stop looking and book the Topart hotel, you will no regret it.

Thanks to everyone for your help and attitude towards all our guests, we will never be able to appreciate it enough!!!

And... get ready to have some Spanish guests soon because all of them loved it :)

Wow what a fantastic hotel, the location was amazing, right on the lake. Fantastic views all around. However the staff and the best asset here. So friendly, polite, helpful and 100% accommodating. The rooms are so spacious and clean and the food is plentiful. A super hotel and reasonably priced too.

I am in the wedding business and this venue knows how to hold a great wedding. If you are looking for a break or somewhere to get married you will not go wrong by booking here.

we were invited to a private function at the hotel out of season so it was quiet compared to summer, but we were very well looked after with decent service and food. The rooms are big, and those with a balcony had a very good view over Lake Balaton. The beds are not that soft, and the rooms not that modern, but all very functional. The wellness centre was good. The weather was gorgeous and so strolling in their small garden adjacent to the Lake and sitting on their small pier was a delight.
