We spent two nights in this hotel. The bedroom doesn’t have AC but a ventilator is provided. The spa is quite nice but I haven’t found the gym they show on this site. Breakfast is ok. Not of very high quality though. On the whole, I would recommend this place.

Great hotel, nice restaurant, super friendly staff. The swiming pool and the spa area are also very nice. Everything is clean and tide. Lots of parking places , quiet location, if you’re lucky you can see the bear at night time :)

Been there for 2 nights, room 307. If you want to relax, and looking for good service and food( very good choice), this is the place. Amazing surroundings, good massage (big thank you to Elena), quality service in the restaurants( thanks Marian). Deserves the 4 stars, it has all the facilities, that a 4 star hotel should have. It is definitely the place where you can recharge your batteries

The hotel is located on the edge of the Covasna resort. Far from the center. The rooms are large and spacious. Rich breakfast. I do not recommend the room view the back of the hotel. Lots of noise from kitchen and garbage cans that bears come to. Cleaning in the room is done at the suggestion of the tourist. We left some bottles on the table not next to the trash can and they were taken from us. I got them back from the maid

The hotel is very clean, cozy and beautiful. The staff extremely kind and helpful. The pool adequate for childrens and also for adults relaxation. I highly recommend the hotel especially for families with babies. The food at the restaurant very good at convenient prices.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in a teambuilding. The hotel looks very well, it is modern and very clean.
But the downsides are many more. As an organized group we expected to be allowed to spend the night in the restaurant but we have been kicked out not only from the restaurant but also from the gaming room. At 10pm both were closed and we were left (without notice) with no option to order anything nor to stay anywhere but in the reception where they have some sofas.
Most of the waitresses were rude and unwilling to do their job. They responded passive-agressive to our orders and to our questions!
I am sorry for the nice place they have here, but they are very unprofessional. I will not recomend for sure this place to anyone.

The Mercure is a Spa & Wellness hotel located in a picturesque area (not far from the former Ceausescu’s villa). The rooms were very clean and had nice white sheets. You can walk in the forest and then enjoy the spa including a swimming pool, sauna salt room, or have a CO2 water bath and other therapeutic procedures. The reception staff speaks English and they did all to help me have a pleasant stay. The food is tasty Romanian and Hungarian style, based on a wide variety of fresh local products. The menu was only in Romanian. You should make sure they have new English and German menus language for foreigners. I spent a pleasant 9-night stay and I hope to be back in the future. The prices were reasonable for a four-star hotel.

Is the mist great hotel in the hole area !!!! I've been there with my friends and i enjoyed that great part of SPA with swimming pool, sauna and the salt room. I reconand it to everyone that needs recreation, relaxation and fun!

Clean! Quiet! Polite staff! COVID-19 rules were very respected! The internet is not very good! Acceptable at the SPA! The air conditioning is missing! The restaurant is average! We had a room to the east, it was acceptable. The bed in my opinion a bit low, and too hard! I recommend this hotel, but not for the pretentious people!

Nice hotel... and spa. The rest... a joke. We got at check in a room wich was neither clean or not. simply not suitable for accomodating anyone. an extra bed just left in the middle of the room, un done beds, and dirty carpet. wee made a complaint at the front desk and got moved to an other room in wich was freezing cold. 10 C... next day came the best part. we orderd "papanasi" a traditional romanian dessert. they were raw, and un cooked. the waitress didnt even bother to take them off the check... so we just payed for something we didnt enjoy or even eat. To bad. the spa is the only good thing about the hotel... even if the sauna working program is not published anywhere. so its pure luck if it works or not... At check out one of the manager came to talk to us, it was only making up excuses for everything and making it sound like it is actually our fault. And yes we still payed for the horrible dessert.
