We stayed for 2 nights using this pub as a base. We were made to feel so welcome and the host was great. Our room was excellent. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. We had 1 evening meal and this was also of a very high standard.

We called in as it was the nearest pub to our hotel that accepted dogs. Clean outside seating area where we stayed as it was warm. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. We ordered starters and a main each which was quickly served and tasty, fresh ingredients. They portions are big hence why we had no room for dessert.... More

We had a fantastic roast lunch in homely and spotlessly clean surroundings. £6 including tea or coffee shop is exceptional value for money, particularly as both the quality of food and the portion sizes are excellent. The apple pie was so good I could have eaten another slice. We will definitely be back when next in the area but may... More

On Thursday 19th May 3 members of my family & myself had lunch at The Wolfe having been recommended by friends who visit there regularly. They spoke very highly of the food & we were not disappointed. The menu is vast & we all chose from the £6.00 meals which include a tea or coffee. The portions were more than... More

Went here on Friday night. We were lucky to get a table as we hadn't booked and it was busy early on which is a good sign. This is a lovely olde world pub with a great ambiance. Very polite , cheerful staff and very efficient. We chose lamb cobbler and turkey and ham pie with a suet top. The... More

A most welcoming local inn. Superb lunches at £6, includes a cup of coffee or tea. Puddings quite amazing. Worth going out of your way to enjoy this excellent inn. The service is exceptional. Lovely ambience.

We were so pleased we stopped here for lunch on our way back to our holiday cottage in Saundersfoot. They do the best roast lamb with vegetables and gravy all for £6 with tea or coffee. We didn't expect to get large portions and for it to be this good for the price. The children's menu were excellent value too... More
