What a place, fantastic great food great people amazing experiences you need far more time than we had, but they make sure you make the most of ever moment you have. Your days are planned with trips and talks, even a one night stay fits in 4 activities and advice is always on hand. Safety is paramount as is the... More

We went to Knight inlet lodge from the 24-26 July. Such an unforgettable experience, everything was fabulous! The food is delicious, the staff are so knowledgable and friendly, the rooms are generous and comfy, the bears are unbelievable and the atmosphere is great. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! We will definitely be back for salmon spawning season. The... More

An opportunity to spend a few days in a beautiful wilderness, floating on the estuary overlooking tree covered mountains. Staying here feels less like being in a hotel and more like being in a luxury research centre. The people looking after you are friendly and knowledgeable, but above all so enthusiastic about their surroundings and a lovely touch is that... More

We stayed here for two nights in middle july. Firstly do not make the same mistake as we did. Book a minimum of 3 nights. We arrived by float plane at around 11am. Within 30 mins of arriving we were out on a bear viewing trip and immediately witnessed a mother grizzly and her 3 cubs. Amazing.... Then it was... More

This floating lodge in the Campbell river (Glendale Cove) is only accessible by float plane from Vancouver Island. The whole ethos of the place is to protect the Bears and other wildlife while maintaining their status of totally wild animals. As such a discrete distance and as little noise or smell disturbance as possible is always high on the agenda... More

This place is awesome. Everything about it was so much better than we were expecting. We got great views of the bears, including three adorable cubs, the food was fantastic, the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about not just the bears but the whole environment in general. Everything you need is supplied and is good quality equipment in good repair.... More

We spent 3 nights at Knight Inlet Lodge in early July and had the most fantastic experience. The lodge is set in remote, pristine wilderness and the natural beauty and changing landscapes are breathtaking. What really sets the experience apart is the amazing staff who are so genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about the grizzly bears and the environment. I feel... More

We spent 2 nights here and loved it. We had wanted to see Grizzly Bears and we certainly saw them in abundance. This lodge is run very well but it is very very organised and can feel exhausting at times. After arrival by float plane you are given a tour and induction, shown your rooms, have a coffee and it's... More

Knight Inlet was one of the highlights on our recent trip to Canada, from start to finish a great experience. On the float plane out I was lucky enough to sit in the co-pilots seat, great views over the Inside Passage. On our arrival we were quickly allocated a room and out on the water by 11.00, spotting Bella with... More
