We stayed for one night and well, our room was ok compared to other NHs in Spain. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room, which was surprising as we thought the room appeared to be rarher clean. The staff was very friendly, though. And the breakfast buffet was really good.

We stayed here for one night on our way to southern Spain. As usual the standard of this hotel was first rate like many of the other NH hotels we have stayed in in Spain. It's in a good location to explore Zamora which is a delightful place and well looked after. First choice for a stay in Zamora

I booked a room here with little knowledge of what to expect. What a wonderful surprise to stay in this repurposed old factory that is joined to centuries old church buildings. In keeping with Anaheim standards it us a high quality 4-star hotel with excellent rooms and other features. As a peregrino I might be expected to choose simple lodging... More

This establishment was an abbey in other times, it iis near the river in addition you can go everywhere on foot. The room was very comfortable but the bath seemed so ancient. You can park near the hotel without pay.

We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful young man at reception and found all staff whom we encountered to also be friendly and helpful. I love the location of the hotel as you can walk to the main part of town, and the river Duero and it's very pleasant walking tracks is only a few minutes walk away.... More

Arrived at the hotel on a Sunday evening and welcomed by a friendly receptionist who spoke very good English. The rooms are roomy and well furnished, each with a safety deposit box. The Bathroom is a good size with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. The hotel location is very close to the Rio Duero and not far... More

Superb old building in good central location. Restaurant is better than average. Internet connection is flaky and car parking is an issue. Bit much to have to feed a meter around the corner. Overall a good half board deal for Amigo members.

Please see our comments on NH Hotels under the Santander entry. This was a very interesting hotel building in the form of an extremely tastefully done conversion of a factory premises - bolted on to a church. The centre of the town was a short uphill stretch - worth the trip for the interesting cafes and shops. We ate in... More

I expected better drom this hotel. I was in different Spanish cities and several hotels but this one was the most expensive one. Right after I came in and took my shoes off I stepped in glass. Later I ordered food from the restaurant that was once more disappoonting. A raw burger and bland pasta for 20 euros. Internet also... More

Zamora is not everyone's idea of a natural tourist stop. But it has its charms. Over 20 romaneque churches, plus an old castle (waste of time), good bars and food. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the town centre. It would be less, except it's by the river and the walk to town is up a very... More
