We were for eight days at the hotel in the July of 2021. The room was a bit little and there wasn't refrigerator in it what was a problem because of the high temperature (38 Celsius), and we can't refrigate our drinks. But we solved that problem. Anyway, the reception was good. There were two guy and a girl, who were very patient, and good in English. They understand me. But the last night there were a guy, who was very very bad in English, and the problem was about my question. I. questioned about the transfer and luggage room, and he didn't give me good answer, just mumbled something, and we were a bit confused, but one of the three guy were at the morning, and he said everything correctly and goodly. So he didn't leaved us in trouble. It was a good trip, and everything were great. The meals were great and everything was tasty. Good experience for in total.

The weather was beautiful, the beer was wet and the room was cleanish, that's the best bits. The pool area is locked until 11am which was bizarre to say the least and then at 10.45pm last drinks are served. By 11pm the lights are turned off and you are impolitely informed to get lost. Snacks on this all inclusive need to be taken with a pinch of salt as the singular snack was ham and cheese sandwiches from beneath the bar, the only variety to the snacks was if you wanted cheese and ham, being vegetarian this was not to my liking. The buffet was warm breakfast being the best meal served. However, food was not clearly named and often had no description at all. One occasion calamari was mistaken for onion rings this did not end well I must add. Most of the staff were civil sometimes even pleasant. I have never reviewed a hotel before and as a couple we are frequent travelers on budget holidays but I could not give feed back about this hotel with clear conscience.

We were a group of 6 friends (age ranges from 35-40) on a weekend break, wanting relaxation and laughs. We were not expecting the Ritz considering what we had paid, though It's fair to say the way in which the hotel is run is very odd to say the least!!!! I will add though that it was very clean and some staff were lovely. We arrived late at night and the lady on reception had a face like a smacked bum and was very rude because we had not printed off the hotel info and only had it on our phones. Maybe our mistake to be fair, though it was not a good start or a warm welcome after hours of travelling!! On our first morning I wanted to sit outside with a coffee, though the entire pool area was locked up. I asked at reception if it was possible to sit outside anywhere with a coffee (not unreasonable considering we were on holiday!!), though we were informed that the pool area (the only outdoor area) was not opened until 11am! It was 9am..... We finally got to sit outside (though the pool is tiny and only gets the sun for a short period), though it is open until 7pm. At 7 pm on the dot a member of staff who was extremely miserable to say the least stood at the edge of the pool, did not speak and simply pointed to the clock!!! He shouted at everyone to get out of the pool and when my friend decided to jump in one last time he called security on us!!!!!!!!! The security lady had some common sense and recognised that we were not causing trouble and swiftly left. The food was awful!!!! We ate in the restaurant only once and headed elsewhere for the 3 days. This was a shame as obviously we had paid all inclusive, but it really was that bad. (There is a bar on the beach called 'The Dutch' that did a great full English brekkie with a stunning sea view). In the evening we sat around the pool until the all inclusive finished at 11pm. At 10.45 we doubled up on our drinks at the bar as we knew it closed at 11, though did not expect the staff to come outside at 11pm and turn off all the lights!!!!!! We were also threatened with being locked out if we did not move immediately. The saving grace for this weekend break was the beach (approx. 5-10 min walk). We used the hotel for a shower/ sleep and all inclusive drinks until 11pm though avoided it where we could. If you're looking for a hotel with a good all inclusive package and a nice pool then this is not it!!!!!! Though if you're after a decent base in a nice location it should do the trick!
