For us it was a good hotel. For this price it was ok. Our room was goed, with tv. everyday fresh towels, bed was made. We have no complains. Free wifi in our room. little terras. We stay 8 days. we stayed at the 3. floor looking trough the swimmingpool. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Friendly staff. basic breakfast. Everything was clean.

Where do I start. Firstly you are greeted at this unmanned hostel with the smell of urine. With no one to meet you at the hostel you have to go to the main hotel 20 yards up the road. After getting booked in we were shown to the room. The room was basic which I knew it would be. Very clean. Thought we were getting a balcony or terrace but received something different. (See pictures). The rooms were very hot, I know, it's mallorca, but we couldn't have windows open because of mosquitos, but some fly screens would do the trick. The hostel is very noisy which is fine because it caters for the younger end, but because there is no one to monitor the place it gets quite intimidating, to the point that someone got arrested at 4am 28/8/16. There is a café which doesn't look like it has been open for some time, but with the main hotel and other places nearby that's not a major concern. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The cleaning staff were very good too. Tidied room most days with fresh towels when needed. The rooms didn't have a safe, well our room didn't, but nothing went missing. The beds were very uncomfortable, matresses were old with springs poking through. The wifi connection, you buy from hotel, is excellent. Never had a problem. Too many negatives for this hostel.

Stayed in this hostel for 7 nights.... oh where to begin !!!! Rooms are very basic as its a 2 star but my original room stunk, had damp on walls and ceiling, the toilet leaked, the shower curtain needed burning it was so disguisting and the view, well what view ! After complaining to the owner I was moved to another much cleaner room with a better view which was ok for the rest of my holiday. The only good point was the friendliness of the staff.

Terribly dated and worn-out, needs a complete overhall. The staff were very pleasant which is more than can be said for the hostal. I stayed in room 108 which overlooks the rear of the property. Through a barred window you'll have a view of an asbetos roof covered in rubbish and barbed wire. As already stated, no tv, no fridge and in the case of room 108,only one working wall socket with which to charge appliances and that was the shaver socket above the sink in the bathroom. Dodgy, broken light switch on the bathroom wall and the toilet cistern was covered in mould growth. Although fresh towels were delivered each day, the tiled floors were never mopped and the stains on the bathroom floor which were there on my arrival were never cleaned. Very noisy with doors banging, toilets being flushed, showers being used, all of which could be heard throughout the night. Very basic breakfast but nice coffee. I would never stay in this place again.

Please. DONT stay here. First of all, yes, we saw cockroaches in our room. Our toilet was broken and to top it off, the maid knocked on our door at 8 am and again at 9 am Saturday morning to clean the room! Check out isn't even until 12. Also, wifi doesn't reach the rooms and when we were there the wifi in the bar area didn't work either. About breakfast. For us it was an egg, two rolls with cheese and salami and a prepackaged croissant plus coffee. All I could think about was cockroaches crawling all over the bread and meat as it sit out waiting for people to come to breakfast! I asked to toast the bread (heat kills germs right?), to give me peace of mind about bugs crawling on it and they didn't even have a toaster. I only ate the prepackaged croissant! I promise you can find a better place even if it costs you €10 more a night you will be grateful. Also, we had 4 nights reservations and left after two and just decided we would rather lose the money there and for another place somewhere clean rather than live in a place like that!
