There are a lot of negative reviews about the riutort mostly concerning noise. I came here out of season with my wife and found the place full of Germans as discussed but mostly middle aged, and no problems whatsoever. If you want to converse with fellow Englishmen this is not the place for you. The choice of food is reasonable... More

I was recently to stay in a different hotel in El Arenal, but due to a mix up with the accommodation broker I was moved to this hotel. I was told on arrival that I was in a room with no balcony. This meant I had no where to sit out except for at the pool, which only had a... More

The reviews were right about the noise, went with my partner (we are both mid 20's) did not get a good nights sleep every night of our stay, at least every hour the germans were waking us up with banging doors and singing in the corridor until 6am, this is the only downside of the trip, if the staff could... One of the worst places I have ever stayed! We got placed there for two nights as our original hotel (a 20 minute drive away!!) had over booked. The rooms had an awful smell - very strong disinfectant / bleach smell. Didn't sleep a wink. From 2am to 8am Dutch young males were shouting and running up and down the... More

Well, the hotel itself was not as bad a reviews had made out to be. There was not a lot of choice for mealtime options and when you did find something that you could eat they then changed it and replaced it with something new. The hotel was packed with Germans and I can see why people would class it... More

At first I thought it's quite good considering the location and price for the all inclusive board. Swimming pool and bar full of young 18/23 years old German boys drunk almost whole time and of not drunk, getting drunk. All inclusive but probably they only were having alcohol. Did not adventure going into the swimming pool because it was always... More

Booked last minute and returned today, was a bit sceptical of reviews I read but here is mine,Good location as hotel is a 2 minute walk from beach, staff are friendly but the hotel is very dated and pretty close to basic, all inclusive guests have plastic glasses whilst paying guests get glasses, the hotel is big with 5 floors and to be... I stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good in terms of distance to the beach and shops around. Hotel is dated but clean. The room I stayed in didn't have a balcony and reminded me of a 70's throwback. It was dark and green. The bathroom facilities were good but again very dated. Only one pillow provided and no spares.... More

This place should be named, or termed-a 'kinder-hotel' akin to a rowdy Aussie backpacker place-but for German youth. Complete 'on the piss' loutishness 24/7. It used to amuse me, when sitting in the lobby so that I could access the internet, [I'll get to that shortly!] how the management would 'shuuush!' the kinder-hun when they entered the hotel late at... Just returned from Majorca. We were relocated to this hotel due to overbooking of our original choice. As soon as we arrived and had a peek into the bedrooms and the general ambience of the hotel we know it was not for us. We spent two nights here, and could bear it no longer. We were verbally abused by the... More
