absolutely horrible place, didn’t book the hotel but had to stay as flight was cancelled and was given a hotel room for a few nights. balcony door was broken, could hear everything outside. walls paper thin, unwelcoming staff. had to ask to more hotel room as ants were invested in our room and staff refused to let us move rooms until we had to be very stern to stay we absolutely can’t stay in the room. will certainly not be back. didn’t pay for the room and wouldn’t pay a single penny for the hotel.

Great location, 5 minutes to beach. Nothing to keep you at the hotel, tiny pool with no sun on it. No entertainment but goid food, clean room, comfy beds and pleasant staff. We read the reviews and werent looking forward to our stay but pleasantly surprised. Good idea that they had carpets on hallways to dampen the sound of any suitcases being dragged around.

Arrived late to a very damp and smelly room, with patio doors hanging off, bar was shut, no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Hotel is more suited to young people, it was full of very drunk German's who couldn't find their room at 4am every morning so proceeded to bang on everyone's door, waking the entire floor, shouting and swearing, this went on for several days until they were evicted by the police. Bar closes at 9pm every night, swimming pool closed at 6pm every night. Steep hill coming back from beach so position of hotel is not suitable for disabled or elderly. Breakfast had a good choice, I would recommend you take your own teabags and or coffee as its not pleasant to drink. Wifi only works if you're in reception.

Terrible hotel to send anyone over the age of 30! Hotel is definitely not up to the high standards of jet2 Full of partying European young people! Very loud hotel not restful at all! Rooms very basic rock hard mattresses poor sleep quality due to noise from other rooms! Rude hotel staff! Unable to use pool as not many sun loungers and all occupied by groups of youths!! Steep bank up to the hotel not appropriate for anyone with walking difficulties! Does not say this on the booking information!

This hotel is mainly for young groups of men and women, they come in at all hours of the night, shouting, banging on doors which means you get zero sleep… every night went on until 5am ! The pool area is poor, virtually no sun beds and mainly in the shade! The beach a few minutes walk from the hotel, but again rowdy with groups of men and women drinking and a lot of police presence. As a women travelling alone it was not an ideal place, the lucky lucky men on the beach were very creepy, not leaving me alone the whole time! One of them even followed me to my hotel and was banging on my door at 3am, the phone in the room was broken so I could not ring reception to ask for help! Overall not a pleasant experience…

On arrival we found the room to be clean but in need of refresh and some attention, the bathroom door would not stay closed, door to balcony would not lock and only one fairly flat pillow. These problems were reported to reception and soon rectified however 2 days later the bathroom door was broken again. The green bedspread was smelly and dubious. The pool was also disappointing and less inviting as portrayed in the photos, the sun only reaches small areas around the pool at certain times of the day. There were some very rowdy guests making a lot of noise in the early hours for the first 2 nights of our stay. On check out there is no courtesy room available to shower and change if flight is later in the day. On a more positive note the hotel is well located for a short walk to a lovely beach and all the shops and bars. The buffet hall is open until 1:30pm and guests can return during this time, it is clean and fresh food coming out all the time, there is plenty of choice and it is good quality.

Please don't ignore the bad reviews - this hotel is basic at best! We arrived at the hotel to a room that can only be described as basic. Hard beds, sheets, wardrobe (that doors barely worked) and a bathroom with a tiny bath and small shower. No towels in the room and had to go back down to reception to ask for the safe key. This was 3 euros per night plus 5 euro deposit. The hotel is close to the beach and at the quieter end of the strip but it is so loud at night. There is a club nearby that blasts music until god knows what time and then there are the extremally loud and rowdy guests. We stayed 3 nights and 2 of them I was woken up at 1am to shouting. The walls are also that thin that we could hear people in the room next door going to the toilet. The food is okay and the brunch is great idea and the hotel is really clean it just looks like it hasn't had an update since the 70's. If you are looking for somewhere you can chill by the pool this is not the place - the hotel is like a prison block around the pool and you only get sun on it for sun 2 hours when it is directly above. There is also about 10 sun beds despite their being 800+ rooms.

The hotel was reasonably clean, we had no issues in our room other than the shower rail was unsecure. Rooms are dated but what you see in the pictures are what you get, this was a cheap few days away for us and worked out well. We overlooked a side street which had a restaurant on it, it is a loud area but once the balcony door was shut we couldn't hear anything outside and didnt have our sleep disturbed, it was quite nice sitting out people watching. Beds are quiet soft and are single metal frame abit like put me up beds, comfy enough for a few nights, extra pillow supplied by reception when asked. TV and hair dryer in room. Not many plug sockets so need extension lead if a few things need plugging in. No fridge available and we never used the safe but think you would have had to ask for a key for it? Rooms serviced everyday with beds made and clean towels provided, bins emptied and loo roll. There was soap and shower wash available. Its a 5 minute walk from the beach front, and there are plenty of shops and eateries around although all the shops do the same thing. The brunch available was like any all inclusive breakfast I've had in other hotels, couldn't fault it cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, meat and breads available, tea coffee and juice. One morning we went down to breakfast and there was two young German men passed out on the sofas in the restaurant entrance, which was disappointing to see staff had not asked them to move so everyone had to walk past them to get in. I would not recommend this for families with young children, the area is just not suitable. As other reviews have said there is alot of Germans in this are and it is full of young people drinking and partying. The area is very, very busy on an evening. Within the hotel we had no problems with them other than heard some loud music when walking through the corridors one evening. We never used the pool or pool area, but again was full of young people. The pool area doesn't really get the sun as being in the centre of the hotel. If walking to the beach from hotel there is steps on one route and the other is a fairly step walk up/down with some slippy paths. Access to rooms could be by the steps or 3 lifts which hold 2 people. We travelled as 2 middle aged ladies, for a 3 night stay. Overall our stay went well with very little problems and we enjoyed ourselves. We didn't have high expectations knowing we had paid such a low price, I think to use as a base for a few days away it isn't a bad option, obviously you get what you pay for but for somewhere to get your head down it is okay. We also paid €14 for tourist tax on 3 nights

One of my main reasons for choosing this hotel was that it initially offered WiFi in every room. Post Brexit we did not know what roaming charges would apply, so we were keen to use WiFi. For 2 of our party roaming charges were quite high. It was frustrating not being able to use WiFi in the rooms. The comments on Germans running the corridors, partying in the hotel rooms to early morning are true. The streets around are also very noisy to very early in the morning. Breakfast is ok, except they seemed to let some folks in before 8am, and wouldn't let us in until after 8am. We were catching our transfer that morning at 8:10am. Strange. Air conditioning was OK, no fridge in room. Not really the place for a good night's sleep.
