I went to this hotel on october 6th Hotel was nice and clean but it was meant to be an all inclusive hotel. it is not You are only allowed 3 drinks with your afternoon meal and 3 with your evening meal thats it. They only have beer or wine no spirits. Do not go if you want all inclusive,
We stayed here for a week. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were well presented. The staff also are very welcoming and cheerful. We really enjoyed everything The only bad thing I can say about this place is the food. It’s not a 100% great and every time it seems to be the same thing.
Excellent location of the hotel, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, however the room cleaning should be improved and there are some noise during the night on the hall. The meals are good and with different options. We had a good stay.
The staff are brilliant x nice comfy rooms x food not bad, the hotel is spotless!!!! We have been twice here an loved it x excellent location to the beach , the pool is small an gets no sun an there is no entertainment in the hotel but they are the only down side to this hotel x
To start with positives, the hotel is a minuet walk from the beach which is beautiful and in a nice area, some of the staff are polite. We paid for all inclusive and was only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and then 3 at dinner and the only drinks included in all inclusive was beer, red wine, white wine and rosè. Think this should be included in the information when you are booking the hotel. Finally, the floors are so slippy, and dangerous, one evening I was walking down then stairs slipped and really hurt my back and bum (the picture below is the damage) everyone kept slipping and nearly falling and I was lucky it was more serious, so dangerous for little children and older people.…
