We have just returned from a five night mini holiday here. There was my husband, 5 year old son and myself. I was concerned before arriving as I'd seen all the reviews on here, but I must say I don't understand where all the negativity is coming from regarding this hotel. We found it great!! My son loved the swimming... More

We went for 4 days, only met 3 English people in all that time. German party resort, so was quite noisy at night time on the street below. Food was really nice, not loads of choice maybe 4 different meat/fish at dinner but all lovely. Soups, bread, salad, cakes, ice cream, pasta, soft drinks, wine. Can only get one drink... More

I stayed here for a getaway on my own for 5 days. I've never stayed 3* before so don't have a comparison for it but tried to not have too much expectation and wasn't left disappointed. Positives: -The hotel is very clean and well looked after. - Staff are helpful and polite - Great location- walking distance to a beautiful... More

The worst hotel I have ever stay in, Hotel is clean and the maids and staff who work in the dining area are brilliant and friendly. But the hotel is let down by drunken load shouting German teenaged all night, the hotel do not do anything about it, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN LOOKING FOR A... More

Food is catered for Germans. All inclusive is a joke snacks are cheese and ham sandwiches on a tray in a fridge!!! Cakes are 4-5pm... More

Was disappointed with first room we were put in (510), was very time, no dressing table like the other rooms and stand up fan was plugged in which left no plugs for anything else. Hair dryer in room did not work either. We then moved rooms to 314 which was much better. Room was clean, on balconey there was 2... More

Clean, good food but clearly a place for young groups only. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in, I'm not a snob in any way but if the hotel had a cut off time for noise, music and groups returning back then it would be such a nice place. Groups coming back at 4am slamming doors, shouting and playing... More

Just got back from a 4 day hop to the Kilimanjaro in sunny El Arenal. We booked this as a last minute all inclusive trip hopeful of a relaxing holiday, with a bit of sun and not too much expenditure when we were there! On arrival of the Kilimanjaro we were greeted with a friendly smile and were pleasantly surprised... More
