I am going to review this hotel as if it were a 3 star. Because in reality - it is, and the hugely discounted price (Love holidays) made the cost of my holiday proportionate to a mid range 3 star Spanish hotel. There were some great points, and unfortunately some howlers. Good were: Nicely presented from the street Large and...

Firstly I can not fault the friendliness of the staff who certainly go out of their way for you, but sadly that's where the positives end. The Hotel is situated in a run down part of the area which is a tad daunting when you arrive. The lobby of the lobby of the hotel is very grand but sadly that's...

Me and my gf stayed there for 10 days and our comments are as follow: - room was on the rather small side - breakfast was okayish (after 10 days we both had enough of the same things everyday) - dinner was rather good! - staff where helpfully and friendly - drinks at the bar if you pay for them...

Stayed here for 4 nights in mid October and can't say anything negative about our stay. A well presented, clean and welcoming hotel with everything you need. It's only a short walk to the Main Street of El Arenal, (down a hill there, up a hill on the way back!). The staff were always polite and friendly and were there...

15 mins shuttle bus journey from the airport to the Hotel. Lovely water feature at the front of the building which looked clean and tidy. Impressive entrance hall, furnished with comfortable, elegant furniture. Good spoken English from Reception. Clean sea facing room with complimentary shower/bath toiletries. Powerful shower. Room was noisy with the door open at night but with air...

This is one of the best hotels in the area. It is beautifully decorated throughout, with individual lounge areas to relax in. The staff are polite & knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious with lovely firm beds. The breakfast is plentiful with a full, extensive range of foods. There is also a chef who cooks your fried eggs or omelettes in...

Nice room, very comfortable bed, nice balcony. Couldn't get the safe to work but that didn't spoil our stay. A short weekend was enough. A short walk to the beach. We didnlt use the pool or poolside but it looked a little cramped if I'm honest. Breakfast and dinner good, great supply of salads and fruit. Coffee also very good.

We stayed as a couple, early October. As we pulled up in the taxi, just 15 mins from airport, we were very pleasantly surprised at how up market the entrance and reception was. We were greeted in a friendly and efficient manner and handed our keys with little fuss. Our room on the 9th floor had a sea view and...

This is our 5th visit to this hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable - the food is excellent, bit too much choice :) We booked through travel republic, prices, flight and transfers fantastic value. The location is excellent, beach at the bottom of the road, lots of bars & restaurant's to choose from. We hired bikes locally and went for...
