I booked this hotel as it is only 15 min away from the airport by taxi and was reasonably priced. I arrived at 1 am and there was no one at the reception and after 10 min of me calling the hotel reception an angry man came out who was talking in Spanish and was quite rude, mumbling something under his nose. The room was tidy and reasonably sized , however smelling of cigarettes. The view was of another wall , which made the room feel dark , even during the daylight. I only planned to stay there for one night, however would not stay here again.
I stayed there for only 1 night and it was the worst ever in hotels ... receptionist dont know how to deal with the customer ... bad attitude . Please avoid . The positive thing is the good location, many german and holland people are in the area
This holiday was very much last minute, didn't read review s until we returned home. We found the hotel clean and comfortable. Staff seemed perfectly amiable. I think people need to understand the star rating system, before booking. Have now noticed that the cost of this hotel has risen sharply this last week. In which case it is not acceptable to charge 3star cost ,for what is a very good 2 star, just because the weather is better S.Shearman Kent
It is what you pay for. Good location 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself is rather old and would need some renovation. Walls very thin so that you can hear "everything" that happens in your neighbours room...:/ Cleaning was ok. Reception during the day ok, the guy during the late shift not very serviceminded - no smile and seemed irritated by questions and requests. Can understand if he was tired of all the 22-old German guys playing ball on the stairs at 3.00 at night and waking up the hotel with loud music when they came home drunk in the morning, but you still need to keep a professional attitude.
Let's start with air conditioner. It is extremely hot in Mallorca in July and we chose a hotel with an air conditioner. The problem is they control it from the reception and turn it off at will. The first night we had to go downstairs at both one and four am to ask that the air be turned back on. They did the same thing the following morning at 9 am while we were showering and packing for a 12 pm check out. Now, you might wonder why we didn't just call reception and that is because the phones don't work. The first night the noise level was too high to sleep and when I left the room at one am, I found a beer bottle broken in the foyer outside of our room. It was not cleaned up until the following day (at least until after 9am) and we walked through glass three times. When we arrived at the hotel, we were unable to enter through the automatic hotel door and got motioned to come in with our luggage through the bar. You have to pay for the WIFI however only one device may use that WIFI code at a time so if you are traveling with someone you have to pay double for WIFI. …
