The hotel is good, located near many beaches, the sea is clean. The hotel staff are excellent, attentive and polite. Too bad we didn't change the room to the 5th floor, and the street was still noisy at night from cars and equipment. In room 449, the shower water flowed through the glass before entering the room. And it seems that in our room there were not only mosquitoes, but also bedbugs, which were constantly biting, as they say in the French newspapers. We went to Palma, the capital, by bus 504, just 15 minutes. But the people on the bus do not understand that tourists bring them all the wealth, and they put their feet on the seat so that tourists from GERMANY and ENGLAND DO NOT SIT. 2 GIRLS in Germany were scared and screamed. The people who live around the hotel are not rich, the elderly people are very poor. This is why it is a shame that young Spaniards do not realize that tourism is beneficial to them. I wish the hotel many good tourists and good luck !!!

On day of arrival it was a very smooth process at reception. (Might be a different story if more people was checking in at the same time)
Got to room and to be honest it was very nice. (Better than expected.
I got put in the block opposite the reception and have a couple of advisories for you all. They tell you at reception to use the restaurant in your block, if you are in the opposite block to reception don’t ….as there is always a poor selection and the breakfast is cold. Walk back to reception and turn right, go down one flight of stairs and there you will find food heaven. It has a much better selection of food and is hot (warm). If you ask a waitress for a beer or glass of wine 9 times out of ten you don’t need to pay for it.
I went all inclusive however the alcoholic beverages are not included (I can see why as the younger generation would be drunk and throwing up by 12 midday) however at €1.50 a large beer you can’t complain.
The pool area is very spacious with plenty of sun beds, with two quite large pools that you don’t get everywhere. The poolside snack hut is very good, really nice food, I went when it was quiet so could see there being a wait for drinks/ food at busier times.
I’m always honest in my reviews and on reflection my rating is about right 3 out of 5……..it’s not a 5 star hotel and it does not state it is but if you want to get away without any kids this is perfect for you.
I quite like it x

We stayed 7 days in this hotel, it was the third time in Palma de Mallorca. I would like to point out that at the reception they were always listless, with no desire to work and not even the desire to respond to the single request for a softer pillow to sleep on and I was immediately told no without even listening to my question!!! One evening we realized that the lady who kept the room had forgotten the bathroom towels, we called down to the reception and as always they responded badly saying that they couldn't bring them up to the room (on the fourth floor) but we would have to go down ourselves. ...among other things, I would like to point out that in the room there are shower gel dispensers that you never filled. After 6 days we had nothing left. Nice renovated room. Eating well and everyone from the chefs to the waitresses attentive, fast and friendly. Still nice hotel, but despite being on the fourth floor every evening you could hear singing in German even after 11.30pm. In the pool I don't know why it closes at 7pm when the sun sets at 9.30pm the lifeguard called me twice to let me know that there are 10 minutes left and then 5. You could extend the closing time until at least 8pm by paying an extra hour at the lifeguard. Overall I have to say that I only promote the food and the breakfast and dinner room attendants.

I spent 10 days at Luna Park from 17/05/23. On checking in at 2045 was greeted by Taf who was very polite and suggested if I was hungry I should put luggage in luggage room and go for dinner. My room was perfect and could see Palma Bay from balcony. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed if required. Breakfast was very good with healthy choices along with the traditional options, the scrambled eggs were excellent! also the choice of bread and sweet pastries was big. Dinner was good also and had a very good salad bar. Always had fish choice which suited me. The restaurant staff were excellent and always greeted you with politeness and a smile. The reception staff that I spoke with most were Patrick, who was very polite and helpful, and Carmen who even sang happy birthday to me! My Overall view of the hotel was excellent and Seramar are lucky to have such good staff. Value for money.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, with short distance to the beach and shops. The surrounding area is dirty, with a good number of closed shops. We experienced the staff at the hotel as sour and strict, besides a very cute lady we met at the bar at the pools. The pools, on the other hand, are ice cold and the music is played loud, making it a little difficult to relax. The hotel is not necessarily dirty, but there is definitely a lack of maintenance. However, it should be noted that you will not receive new, clean bedding during your stay. That didn't happen to us. The dynes are also thinner than one pocket wiper. If you are reading this review and still want to book a room here, I would recommend dropping the room with breakfast. Here, unfortunately, you won't get back for your money. The breakfast has the same selection and much more cakes than the actual breakfast. And the cakes are also dry and washed.

When you arrive at the hotel, you have to wait for hours before getting access to your room, even though you booked it well in advance.

We also had extremely noisy neighbors and nothing changed despite complaints to the hotel receptionists, complaints that were made almost a dozen times, nobody did anything, despite several other residents complaining, if you want to spend quiet nights, don't go to this hotel.

The staff will do absolutely nothing about your problem.

The staff will do absolutely nothing about your problem.

Don’t know where to start with this one but background context I’m a 26 year old female doing solo travelling and decided to stay in this hotel. Worst mistake ever.

I entered the hotel all looked well, the receptionist didn’t speak very good English but he was friendly and was able to communicate the basics I went to my room which was nice, very small and basic but I didn’t expect anything more. I was in room 101 which is the WORST room so avoid if you get given it. The weather outside was 24 degrees so was extremely warm and clammy outside, when I booked it stated there was air con inside the room. I found the thermostat but for some reason it wasn’t working, I went down to reception who told me “haha no we don’t have air con just heating” I was like it’s 24 degrees I don’t need heating I need air? The receptionist told me there was nothing they could do and to open my balcony door. I went back upstairs and tried what she said. I couldn’t physically sleep with the door open first of all I didn’t feel safe being on my own with the balcony door open because I was only on the first floor and above the reception so anyone could get in. At 2am I went back down as there was people standing outside the reception drinkin, laughing and on the phone and as I was right above it was horrendous. I was extremely sleep deprived at this time and stood at the reception and cried asking to please move rooms as I don’t feel safe, I’m tired and really need to sleep I was a female solo traveler and I was just on edge. The receptionist laughed and said there was no rooms and if I had a problem I could speak to her manager tomorrow. From then on I knew it was going to be horrible I didn’t sleep properly my full duration of my holiday there was German students running up and down the corridors screaming just no respect for the hotel and they had non for the guests. The food was basic and very standard and the pool area was just basic. I know I wasn’t expecting much with the price but a hotel with 300+ rooms I was hoping I would be able to at least sleep. I requested a early morning call for my flight at 3am, good job I did wake up at my alarm as they didn’t bother ringing me, and when checking out they took my door cards and didn’t even say bye they were overal just rude and disrespectful I would NEVER stay here again.

Worst hotel ever, drunk youngsters yelling and laughing all night. The room smelled strongly of chemicals. They probably have to disinfect the rooms for bugs on a general basis. Didn't sleep at all!!!
Norwegian took us here for one night after cancelled flight. It would had been better staying at the airport. If you have the same situation with cancelled flight check the hotel name before you leave the airport.
Terrible! Stay away!

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Bugs and ants in our room, rude staff, food is awful avoid at all costs!!

We are currently still staying at the hotel unfortunately we have bugs and ants in our room from other reviews seems to be quite a common problem here! We contacted our agent who spoke to the hotel to us then having to speak to the hotel ourselves when we spoke to reception they were very rude and dismissive! They have tried to say it is our own fault for bringing food to our room (we had a pizza in our room at 11.30pm when we reported this problem to our provider at 5pm!) also trying to say food in rooms is prohibited when there is no signs saying this or not even told at check in! They then said they had our room cleaned which in fact never happened the room was the exact same! Our agent got back onto the hotel for us to then go out and come back to find bug spray placed in our room and our room having being apparently “cleaned” again! Which it hasn’t there are dead ants in the exact same place as they were beforehand!! We woke up covered in bites! The food is absolutely awful unfortunately we are here for a few more days if we could go home earlier we would be! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Firstly, I’d like to state that yes the hotel is very cheap for a quick getaway and we loved the price. Unfortunately I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels where it’s been much nicer than this.

Staff can be very rude. There is one gentleman serving in the restaurant who is lovely, but reception staff are the opposite. I’d avoid asking for things just because I felt like I was causing trouble. One blonde lady actually sighed before she asked me “what do you want?”

The rooms are a tidy size and beds are okay. Towels or bedsheets aren’t changed. Just tidied up. I can confirm this as one day 2, my boyfriend got a crisp stain on his side and it was still there the day we left. Same for toothpaste on the towels. Safe that doesn’t work and wasn’t sorted. My view was lovely from my room, looked below and there were condoms and 6-7 pairs of boxers on the roof below me. Lush!

Pool is quite nice. Really annoying about the all inclusive drinks not being available. Quite cheap considering, but no where does it make you aware of this.

The bit for me was walking into my floor every night and smelling a terrible smell of smoked drugs. Very strong, which was right opposite my room so not ideal.

You get what you pay for I guess!

Hi. Loads of places to go. I would say venture down to the beachfront area - bars are plentiful and only a 10 min walk away (left out of the hotel, up the road, turn left at the top). If you like 'shots' there's a very friendly basement shot bar with 20 shots for 20 euros. There are a few upmarket bars just off of the beach as well. Otherwise there is a quiet and friendly bar immediately opposite the hotel. Have fun girls. 😎

Depends what you’re looking for really, plenty of choice so we just strolled along till somewhere took our fancy. It’s worth hiring a bike and cycling right along the front which will give you an idea of all the restaurants and bars.

There are plenty of shops that open until very late.... not sure about 24/7 but wouldn’t be surprised if there were some nearer to the port
