Very clean rooms, polite staff, great selection of food and drinks. It's 3star so remember not much in the way of entertainment but just a 5 minute or so walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Nice pool area with plenty of lounger around the single pool. You get a decent nights sleep too.
The room was not good. It had holes in the walls and the balcony door was not locked! We told the reception to change our room because the balcony door was not locked and we were scared about our stuff and they told us to pay 4 € to keep our suitcases. Unacceptable! The next day they gave us a better room which had exactly the same problem! Very bad choice this Hotel!
Me and my partner came here for 3 nights for a little break away from the kids. I would say that it’s ok for a short break but wouldn’t want to stay for a longer period nor would I bring our children for a few reasons. The good: Beds are comfortable, rooms modern and clean. Location, near lots of places to eat and shops and lovely beaches. Friendly staff. The bad: Noise- you can hear everything as if it’s in the same room as you. The pool area wasn’t the best, but the pool in the twin hotel on the other side was much much nicer. The food- We are pretty easily pleased when it comes to food so most places when they have not so great reviews on the food we usually ignore them and have no issues. BUT it’s unfortunate that for once we wasn’t thrilled with the food. The food wasn’t hot, by the time you got back to your table it was verging on cold and there wasn’t much variety and also was quite repetitive. It was the only time We wished for chips and there wasn’t even any of those. So I think had our children been with us they wouldn’t have eaten much on offer. We often went out and got other food even though we was all inclusive. There doesn’t seem to be much in terms of entertainment. Overall it’s an ok place but could improve a bit.…
I’ve booked for 10 days , Solo trip . I booked knowing it was three stars so didn’t expect to much in the way of luxury . On my arrival no receptionist , had to wait 15 mins by desk till someone appeared . By the time she dealt with my booking and checked me in on her system the queue was outside . The hotel is running on skeleton staff , the rooms are basic and are not very well cleaned . the breakfast was basic , one day there was no breakfast chef to make the eggs , so guests had to have the basic boiled eggs . I was keen to have a croissant they looked crispy and fresh but when i removes the top danish flies flew out from the dish .... it made me feel sick , i ended up having two toast . Last night went for dinner at 7.45 pm , at the entrance were to employees , asking for ID , they were extremely rude to there paying guests . I was disappointed in level of service throughout the hotel it’s poor quality and needs updating . There is mould in the bathrooms , i do understand that it is nearly coming to the end of the season how ever mould black mould doesn’t appear over weeks it appears over a long period . I think the hotel should step up and ensure the guests are looked after and the chef also should perhaps consider finding a solution of the flies , they also appeared out of the buffet in sweet corn niblets truly disgusting .... …
Firstly I will say that whenever I see reviews I bear in mind that for me........ a) More often than not people only bother to write a review when something has gone wrong with their experience. b) Many people expect far too much from budget establishments. c) Us Brits do like a good moan. That said having just returned from a 4 night break at the Ipanema Park I found the place clean and tidy. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient (in particular the bar staff). The food on offer I found tastey and well prepared (my only slight gripe was that there could have been more variation as it seemed pretty much the same things on offer each day). I was most impressed with the bar which served named spirits on the "All Inclusive" deal along with very drinkable wine and "Estrella" lager on draught-all of which was a massive step up from the normal "local" variants . Overall a very good hotel for a break away. Unfortunately the resort is aimed primarily at the German market with many Polish/Russian & Scandinavian venues but virtually no Brit or even genuine Spanish establishments vident. Normally this wouldn't bother me but I did find the mainly young, male Eastern European contingeant very loud and raucous to the point of being somewhat worrying.
