Checked in 4 nights, the check in staff were welcoming and helpful but advised that we had not been booked into 1 of their standard rooms and we may wish to upgrade in the morning. We had room 419 ( note 219, 319 and 519 are the same) they are positioned right by the lifts and located to the rear of the hotel so the busy road noise is prevalent. Next morning we asked for and upgrade for 20 euro per night only to be told there were no better rooms available. Not Happy. As we feel we'd been mislead on the room type at the time of booking. As a petty protest we didn't eat or drink in the hotel all the time we were there. It's a shame because it was a nice Hotel with a large pool plus another on the roof. In fairness the hotel was very contemporary and very clean. For us it was a shame that our stay was marred by the room we were allocated.

Good stuff: 1. All inclusive breakfast, lunch , dinner and drinks at the bar! I mean unlimited drinks at the bar ! 2. Friendly, helpful, funny staff 3. Left my phone accidentally at the hotel bar, the hotel staff returned it to me a few minutes later. I am very very thankful for that. Can improve: 1. I stayed on the 9th floor and I could still hear the noise and music from the swimming pool area. I found that a bit annoying. 2. WiFi seemed expensive. 3. Don't stay here for the pool. It's not so impressive.

My boyfriend and i came yesterday to Seasoul to have some lunch and some drinks. The food was superb, very tasty and was real spanish food. This is something difficult to find in palma as most of the places offer german food! The service we received from our waiter called Gabi was excellent, he looked after us so well and made our experience in Bahia de palma unforgetable. Really recommend this place to everyone.

On the whole, this hotel was a bit of a let down. Although it’s had a recent refurb', our room was small and cramped with a tiny wardrobe barely large enough to hold the few clothes we brought with us. Whoever designed the furnishings to fit in the available space, can’t have thought that anyone would ever bring suitcases with them, as there’s hardly anywhere to store them! Had the bed been just a few more inches from the floor, we could at least have put the cases under it. Also, even though we were on the 6th floor, the noise from the road below was horrendous, with dogs barking into the early hours as well as a noisy traffic route. There are no coffee making facilities in the room and there is even a charge if you want to store your valuables in the room safe. I don’t know of any modern hotel chain that still charges for this service. Food was average, not a huge variety. There are different board levels in operation at the hotel which means that anyone booking all-inclusive was left a rather frugal lunch buffet, as the main meals cater for the much larger proportion of guests on half board. It’s location just across from the beach was ok, there were a few shops to browse around, but the main attraction of Palma, is just a short bus ride away. Luckily, the bus stop is on the main road to the front of the hotel and is very reasonably priced. The hotel has a small bar & pool on the roof with beautiful views of the beach and coastline, but it’s too small to accommodate anything other than loungers (which are all jammed together side by side). Ok if all you want to do is lie flat all day. There are larger seating areas around the hotel grounds, but very rarely ever saw these being used as they’re too far away from the bar and main centres of activity. Just have to say something about the uncomfortable seating in the main lounge/bar. Why on earth couldn’t someone have tried sitting in them before placing the order? The sofas were too deep and the chairs had the wrong angle on the back rest. Backbreaking to sit on for any length of time! Several of the other guests remarked how uncomfortable they were, too. On the plus side, there’s a decent range of branded alcoholic drinks available and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and have to say the staff were great. Chrysoula on reception was excellent as well as Julian but everyone we came across were very friendly. Great view from our room on 4th floor and enjoyed the main pool area as well as the sky bar & pool. Would happily visit again and recommend to anyone.
