Not sure what other people were expecting, but we found this hotel had all we wanted for a really good price. Staff were really helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms cleaned daily, good sized room, lovely breakfast, located about a hundred metres from the sea front. Not five star, but great value.Free internet in lobby. Easy transfer from airport on 21 bus for 5 euros and get off at last stop.No tea or coffee in room so bring your travel kettle if you need it

I stayed at the Hotel Leblon last month. It is a cheap hotel, but clean. There are no pictures on the walls (NBD, I guess), no towel racks and the maid took our shower mat the first day and never replaced it. Internet is free in the lobby, but you pay extra to have it in your room. There was a TV, but no remote; I imagine that we could have rented that as well. The same for a mini-fridge. There was a bar in the lobby and beverages in a cool that you could purchase, although we favored using the convenience store just across the street for the variety and better prices. Breakfast was included, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was quite well stocked. Fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, juices and all types of coffee. It was the end of the season so they were starting to close up. Maybe that is why the swimming pool had cigarette butts on the bottom. Yuck! Great location, just a block from the beach. Overall, worth it.

5 day stay early May 2017 We arrived to be told we would have to pay an extra 1euro 10cent per person per day for taxes ?? we were not advised about this when booking. Only mirror was in the bathroom.. no remote for the TV - when we asked for it they wanted to charge an extra 10 euros no kettle or draws in the chest of draws door didn't lock properly so had to have a chair against the door, our room was facing into peoples flats and the patio is extremely unsafe to leave open - anyone can step over the side. Within an hour of getting there I fell down a 2 inch step in the reception it was lite up but I didn't see it, 2 staff helped me up and just kept saying it was lite up which I know - it was an accident which ruined our holiday as I could hardly walk but no one from the hotel enquired of my well being after that - they seemed to avoid us, we were the only English in the hotel. The first morning of breakfast there was a German gentleman in reception extremely upset as he had been mugged and the man on reception seemed very unhelpful to him, telling him to go to the police himself and to call his Embassy. To sum up it is cheap but manners and a smile cost nothing - we felt very unsafe & unwelcome.... NEVER again

We were booked in room 112 but was moved due to bugs in the bedding, I don't think the room had been used for a while..hotel was ok, these are room only there's no kettle fridge etc in the rooms.. Hotel was old fashioned but clean, the pool area is small and not very inviting but what do you expect for the price.... Beach is 100metres away from hotel, we was paying 5euros for a pint in the bars... but a can of San Miguel is 1euro in the hotel... mostly German tourists in this part of Majorca.. the seafront area is lovely, we had a walk down to Palma airport all the way down the promenade.. we really enjoyed it.. we eat in Burger King as the meals in el arenal are so expensive.. we've never been to a resort as expensive as el arenal All in all we would go back to the hotel as the price is great
