This was the worst holiday I’ve ever had. Firstly the food served for dinner is atrocious - not only was the chicken raw but we witnessed a guest lick the communal ice cream scoop and when we reported it to the dinner staff, they laughed and did nothing. THIS IS WITH COVID still very much present! The roof in the hotel was clearly leaking and towels had to be put down all over the hotel. We saw the electricity short circuit at breakfast and then to make things worse, a very very chemical smell came through to our room (we suspect through the vents) on the second to last day of our holiday. When we reported this to reception and the maintenance person Juame was called, he denied being able to smell it and we had to get the receptionist Annabel to check. She smelt it straight away (shocker!) and promised to switch our rooms but after returning from my birthday dinner, nothing had been sorted and we had to sleep in that room overnight. The next morning they had the cheek to say the chemical smell may have been as a result of the weather and then tried to charge us for late checkout. Worst experience, worst hotel and it’s a genuine surprise this is a 4 star hotel. As usual TUI have been abysmal dealing with this complaint but I’ll keep fighting. 25th birthday trip ruined.

Having just come back from this hotel, was pleasantly surprised, having read some of the reviews Had a great time ,staff couldn't of been more helpful, food was ok , I think the important think when giving these reviews is to think did you get good value for money. Personally I think a big yes Looking at some of the reviews I think some people expect Hilton for £500 quid for ten days

A lovely location with amazing views from the hotel, crystal clear water but bring your swim shoes !!! There is a more easier beach just a 5 min walk away that shoes are not needed , hotel staff are friendly and so helpful nothing is to much trouble for them , rooms and hotel is spotless very clean 🧼 food is ok not the best and not the worst just a lot of tourists don’t really know how to put a meal together so they try to eat everything that’s on offer instead of just making one meal !! The pool is not what’s advertised it’s very dirty as mentioned in previous comments it’s not the rain that makes it dirty it’s the tiles in the pool that are thick with grime and also the 5 beds in the pool have tiles missing ,they are sharp , as it looks like they have been fixed with the water still in the pool !!! This is the only thing that lets the hotel down perhaps it’s because it closes in a couple of weeks so they are just leaving it and will clean for next season , all I know is I did not swim for 2 weeks in the pool only the sea 🌊 but like I said don’t let it put you off I’m sure it will be all fixed for next year , well done to all the hotel staff it’s a nice run hotel in a lovely quiet bit of Majorca

Overall lovely, great setting, rooms and food. However the mini fridge was not cold enough for even water plus we had a kettle which wasn’t working well and no sachets of coffee or even cups . It did let the lovely hotel down . Staff were also very good.
