This is a 2 star hotel. And as a 2 star hotel, the value for money is great! The location is a short walking distance from the beach. Not too far from all the restaurants and nightlife. The rooms are renovated nicely, there is a Tv and AC in each room. We had the pool ground floor rooms that also...

We got a room on the ground floor with a pool view. The room didn't had light curtains so the 2 options where pitch black darkness or be exposed to everyone at the pool/street. The lamps inside where like candles. The bathroom was so dark i could barely see anything. The first 3 days the room was cleaned and it...

The cleanliness of this hotel was spot on, couldn't fault it. The pool area and reception was very well maintained and modern. The rooms were very modern however it became apparent that it had been very cheaply made. The chair in the room was broken and the electricity didn't work very well. My hair straighteners kept cutting out in various...

This hotel is a very nice hotel with helpful staff and not noisy which for Ayia Napa is very hard to find. The only reason that I wouldn't give it excellent is that it is under staffed in all areas and the men's toilets need to be fixed in the lobby.

Had to wait for 5 minutes at the reception for blondie to show up. Even though we had a fully paid voucher, she asked for payment. Once that was settled, blondie took us to our room, which was NOT what we had booked. A studio instead of a 1 bedroom apt. After complaining, she disappeared for another 10 minutes, til...

Thank you for giving me the chance to answer :) 1. i think the title is funny. A fully renovated hotel, which has 8,2/10 score from 500 reviews, really don't think that is a disaster. 2. your reservation was a last minute. The fact that you didn't have towels, doesn't mean that the hotel doesn't provide bath towels. You had...

Fedrania has such a great location - close enough to the beaches (e.g. Nissi is around 10-15 minutes walk) and Nissi avenue but far enough to have a good night sleep without an earplug :)) - Clean and modern rooms with balcony (mine had a pool and sea view). - Very friendly and helpful staff - Rooms have a fridge...

This hotel surpassed all expectations, I was a bit concerned about the lack of reviews when I booked it, but upon arrival I was instantly impressed. The staff are very friendly and chatty, the breakfast and main meals (half board basis) were tasty and filling. The rooms are very modern and well presented, featuring a modern shower/toilet room that had...

I have just got back from a 2 weeks stay at this hotel, we were pleased with the hotel in general very modern and decent size pool and the main areas were very clean and not too much noise either. The food in the restaurant is of good standard and not too pricey, we were self catering though and i...

We booked the hotel for a short 2 day stay in Cyprus for a friends wedding. Hotel is located down a quiet street but still close enough to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Lobby is clean and tidy with a small shop that is open 24 hours, reception staff were always friendly and helpful, as were the staff...
