Second visit for us to this hotel (first 2021) and they have upgraded the pool bar area. We had two adjoining rooms (223/224) with fantastic views of the pool and sea. The rooms/beds are very comfortable and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean (shiny on a whole new scale!). Breakfast choice was was great (3 vegetarians & 1 other), plenty of choice each day and a fabulous outdoor area to enjoy it in. Luggage store and showers are available after checkout. Really rate this place especially the location as it is a short walk to the water park and easy access to Ayia Napa by bus although there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby - the sea is so close and the beach must be one of the finest on the island.

Good Hotel in fantastic location. Room had everything we needed. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were a bit rubbish too. Breakfast was nothing special, eggs were good. Food at the Pool Bar was outstanding!!! We had lunch there every day, baby calamari was fantastic. Cocktails were also very good. Entertainment was not great. This hotel could be so much more as its in a fantastic location. Would benefit by better quality of food for breakfast, better beds and pillows and much better nightly entertainment. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the pool bar staff - exceptional service every time. Would stay again but will look at other hotels closeby as I think there are better hotels for the same money.

On arrival I was very impressed with this lovely hotel right on the beach, great size rooms very clean with lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Pools are great however there is no where near enough sun loungers for the amount of people, majority of them have been reserved by about 8am despite the hotel notice saying towels will be removed before 9am... this never happens. The beach is usually packed early morning too so there is difficulty finding beds and sunshades there. The hotel food was generally very good quality however the hot buffet wasn't kept very hot. The room was kept lovely and clean by the maid, but a personal towel we kept in the bathroom was mistakenly removed, we told reception and after several days of asking did not get it back, infact one lady on reception seemed to indicated that we probably took it out and lost it but that towel has been around the world and always been kept in the bathroom... until now. We weren't offered any compensation. Other staff, bar and serving were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. All in all it was a nice hotel, shame about the sun loungers and certain reception staff. We had a nice relaxing holiday but would not return.

Good location, food good, staff rude cannot smile need to be trained basic manners. Having to keep the same pool towel for 2 days is not hygienic. Why advertise a spa then make guests pay to use it, not to mention the very rude woman working at the spa just let a door slam on me again no basic manners. All the waiters I restaurant have very good manners.

Lovely hotel in amazing location. Rooms spacious and clean with tea/coffee, kettle, fridge (cooler), safe. Nice size shower cubicle. Good choice for breakfast: cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cake, salad, cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, fried egg, scrambled egg, baked beans, porridge, waffles, churros, crepes, danish pastry, omelettes cooked to order. Lovely big outdoor pool with children’s section. Pool bar was ok for food and drinks. Bar area in evening was good with some nice entertainment several nights. Excellent bar service from Yiannis, so friendly and funny. Public areas clean and comfortable. Most staff friendly and helpful. Only negative - if you want a sunbed around the pool you need to be early. If you fancy a day on Nissi beach (and pay for sunbeds), you need to go early, it is so so busy. Nissi beach is definitely one of the nicest beaches I have visited and the sea was so warm. Unfortunately due to its popularity it does get extremely busy.

This hotel was looked at against the Adams hotel that is across the road from the vassos. The price was the main factor in the final choice. On arrival we got a very nice welcome and filled out the paper work and given the keys to our rooms. Due to the late arrival the restaurant was closed but we got told about a 24hr bakery across the road where we could get a bite to eat. The lifts are so small max 6 but 4 is more realistic. We both had our own separate room on level4 . On entry to my room the size was impressive with 2 single beds the room was absolutely spotless I had room 416 and the view was stunning looking over the bay The bathroom had lots of little extras like sewing kit, dental pack shower gel and conditioner shampoo .nice towels and plenty of towels. The section for hanging your clothes was ample for me ,it also had slippers you can use and a set of scales if you need to weigh yourself . Like I said the room was spotless and so was my daughters 423. The cleaners came in every morning and gave the rooms a good going over. The biggest disappointment I would say is the so called fridge / chiller it's defo not a fridge and it just cools drinks so it's not room temperature ,really a upgrade on this item would be beneficial. Breakfast was served from 7am to 10am it had everything you could wand ,with a omelette bar and it also done waffles one day pancakes the next .and it also had all the other usual things for breakfast. The pool is really nice water getting a bit cold now even thou its still 31"" here but after5 mins you get used to it the pool is clean and I did read in other reviews about the green mould on the side ,this is not a issue and they do scrub it I seen the guy in pool doing this .. so don't let that worry you. The poolside bar serve called Famous has a nice range of food , not great quality to be honest ,from toasties, fish fingers, burgers and pizza to name a few it ranges from 7euro to 16 euro and more. You have lots of beach cafes at your doorstep with prices being about the same. Drinks are bit high if you compare to buying from supermarket at poolside bare it's 4euro for a large glass of coke as if you buy a standard tin from shop it's 1 euro and you get 1.5 of a large glass. The beer is 4.80 euro but with it being plastic tumblers the beer looks flat and not nice but the bar inside the hotel is served in glass and is fine ,but that's at night time only. I think this hotel would be far better if it was fully inclusive but this option is not available at all.

Our first trip to Cyprus for a family wedding. We choose this hotel as it seemed the best on Jet2 back in 2022. We arrived and the staff from the get go were just plain rude! In fact near enough every person we came across in Cyprus were rude! The VNP supermarket / ice cream shop I am assuming are part of the hotel as they wear the same uniform as those working in the hotel. Wow… just WOW rude yet again! Funnily enough the ice cream place is called scoop & smile… not once did we ever get a smile or a polite server.. more like scoop & sulk. Seeing as they are wearing the same uniform as those in working in the hotel it just gives a bad look in whole! The bar staff at the Famous bar were LOVELY! Those guys work so hard & do an amazing job daily. I can’t fault them at all! There is a sign up about late check out. To ask reception the day before you leave - we did this, after breakfast & they confirmed they would let us know on the day of our departure if we could have our room until 6pm. Our flight wasn’t until 11pm! We then arrived to confirm the late check out. Was told to come back at 10? Came back at 10 and got told by the most moodiest receptionist that we couldn’t have our room.. there are communal showers elsewhere we can use. Not ideal at all especially in this heat! Sunbeds… honestly I have never come across somewhere where we need to get up at stupid o’clock to reserve beds! We even saw a note in reception saying if towels are down & not used by 9 they will be removed. We’re these towels removed? NO… these towels were left empty until gone 11 most days even later on some. All in all, I won’t be returning to this hotel or in fact Cyprus ever again. I’m glad we’ve had the chance to try it but after everything these 10 days I’ve never felt so ready to come home!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious & beds are comfy but if you’re travelling in school holidays, be prepared. There is no where near enough sunbeds & people were reserving from 5am! With a 5 year old desperate to use the pool, we had no choice but to join in the madness. The beach directly outside is lovely but again extremely busy with the same issues with sunbeds. We preferred to go to a cove about a 15 minute walk away as it was much quieter & more enjoyable. Facilities wise, there is one main small lift so be prepared to wait or use the stairs, the airconditioning wasn’t as good as we’re used to, our room was quite warm. Cleaning is hit & miss, they made the beds daily but didn’t always sweep the floor or clean the bathroom. Corridors are stifling hot, especially in the evening (although we did travel in August so it may not be the case in other months). Good points are - the pool bar is lovely with nice food, staff are friendly & views are good. Overall, for us, there are better hotels in the area & we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel looks good, however things very quickly went down hill. The pool needs a good clean, and the chlorine levels checking. Green algae is around the edges of the pool. The children’s pool often looks murky. The pool/subbed area doesn’t appear to be cleaned down every morning like in other hotels that we’ve stayed at. The pool toilet doors don’t lock, often leading to being walked in on. The ‘fridge’ that jet2 states on their website, apparently isn’t a fridge but a cooler. However don’t expect it to cool anything, it’s pretty useless. In fact the back of the cooler acts as a heater and warms up your room too. People are smoking in the pool, actually in the water, which is not only unhygienic and irresponsible, it’s very unsafe when children are also in the pool. Staff were informed and asked them to stop. When it continued nothing was done. The lifeguard actually got up and walked away. On the plus side, it’s a good location on nissi beach, the pool bar is nice and the room is clean. We only have two plugs in the room we can use. Some are too close to the desk, so the plug won’t fit in. And the one next to the bed doesn’t work! So take an extension lead.
