Travelled here with my partner for 7 nights all inclusive. Firstly we made a mistake choosing all inclusive as our board. The restuarant was truly lacking in variety and the quality of alcohol was not the best. It would be best to choose self catering, bed and breakfast or half board and cooking for yourself in the kitchen you have in room. We had a 1 bed studio which was very nice, lots of space, seperated bedroom and living room. It was always clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully functioning and lots of space to cook if you would like to, and space to store food in the fridge. The pool area was okay, enjoyed it for the size. There is a daily water aerobics class which looked really fun. Evening entertainment mostly the same childrens songs repeated nightly. The staff are very lovely, I would say they helped to make the experience better. Cute little beach right in front of the hotel was convienient but we only used it once, opting for Nissi Beach a short drive away. Overall it was an okay experience, but does feel a little dated and in need of love in the food department. If you have kids not much for them to do so be aware of needing to book excursions to entertain.

The hotel is in a nice location next to a small beach and about 5 minutes walk from a much larger sandy beach good for swimming, also within walking distance of the town centre. Our apartment was quite large with a large balcony but not much of a view. Although there were building works nearby we were not disturbed at all by noise. The weather was good and we enjoyed our holiday.

This is a 3 star hotel, I read lots of reviews and was worried about staying here but as we had booked a Thomas cook holiday we didn’t have much choice. I was pleasantly Surprised breakfast I am not sure what other reviewers were after but there was loads of choices yes the same everyday but I could of had a different choice each day there was so much! We always really enjoyed breakfast. Lunch and Dinner again lots of choice but my children are happy to try everything and we enjoyed the meals, roast lamb, roast beef etc lovely pasta dishes, fresh salad everyday. There was a children’s buffet each day but again my children loved the adults food. The staff were lovely especially George in the restaurant. The pools are beautiful and just what was needed on a 42c October day. Lots of places local to visit.

Visited last week, found the hotel clean and most of the staff where really nice. However the food was completely bland with no taste what so ever Myself and the mrs thought this looked like a fantastic family place how wrong we was our 11 - 10 and 2 year old did not enjoy this holiday. If it wasn’t for the large cold pool they would of had nothing to do at all. Non existent kids entertainment in the day and the entertainment at night was repetitive and very, very pour quality By 9 pm (7pm uk time) most People just went bed as there was no point sitting around Definitely no point in going all inclusive here, we ate out most the time and dint really drink as the alcohol as it was cheap and low in volume Beach was ok but was slippery due to all the rocks, about broke my ankle so gave the beach a miss from that point We did go to another near by beach which was a lot better but why pay for a beach holiday if you haven’t got a beach to use Overall it was a ok holiday but would not return to this hotel. Needs to up its game with the food and entertainment.

We got recommendation from friends for this hotel, based mainly on location. the location is fine, you can go by foot almost everywhere ... but not ideal. The hotel has nice beach, not bad rooms and great pool... but... the hotel is huge, a lot of guests, clouded and overloaded. The hotel is overbooked most of the time so they send people to near by sistering hotels. We have arrived 19:00 to the hotel, after flight delay, with tired kids and instead of check into room had to go to near by hotel. The staff tried to help... the transfer was free off charge and day after we got upgraded room, but first evening of the vacation was spoiled. In addition to that, WIFI in our room didn't worked. The technician tried to repair it number of time, but unsuccessfully... that was very disturbing... And I think biggest disadvantage - the food is terrible, very low quality and complete lack of taste... We will not come here again.
