We stayed in this hotel in September this year. We upgraded to deluxe rooms which on arrival were lovely. Then during the weeks stay no clean sheets no toiletries no toilet rolls had to keep telling reception... Still no clean sheets and was given toilet roll on reception desk.. Asked about keeping our room on and was quoted 40 to 60 euros and then on the day was asked for 80 euros... The receptionist very rude and argumentative ended up with no room and changed in downstairs toilet as gym was told out of bounds for us... The bar staff could show the reception workers a thing or two... Nothing to much trouble for them and lovely bar manager and lovely Tilly credit to the hotel... Although we will not return here... Had to keep chasing maids for clean towels and still same sheets all week... No cleaning done in the room all week.... Rude receptionist....

Had a fantastic trip at Hotel Limanaki Beach. The staff were so nice and helpful and I especially thank Andri Tyrimou for all the help in connection with my husband's birthday. The breakfast had everything you could wish for. Cleaning of the room was 100%. The restaurant's a la carte food was plentiful and well prepared, very tasty. As you can see, I recommend this hote

From arrival to departure The Liminaki did not disappoint, we had a lower room with pool view number 17, room was spotlessly clean, and was cleaned by the maid every day, we had a ten night stay, the pool area is brilliantly maintained and there are numerous amounts of sun beds, of which you can get clean towels every day from reception for your sun bed. The breakfast was brilliant, everything you could ever ask for, buffet style as much as you want, there is even a lovely lady there who makes fresh omelettes whatever flavour you want, also fresh cooked waffles and scone type pancakes ❤️❤️ The Liminaki is situated down by the harbour, and the bar is Fantastic, staffed by Nick, Jasonas, Tilly and the Romanian girls name I forget, plus the other waiting on staff, honestly they are brilliant, and The Liminaki need to do everything in their power to keep them there for next year, for which we have already booked for the 14th June, and probably again next October again too, that’s how good we loved The Liminaki. We have stayed at the likes of The Adams Beach hotel 5* and honestly how the Liminaki is only rated 3* is beyond me. Entertainment was provided in the bar at night time with some fantastic vocalists ❤️ We only went out on two nights from The Liminaki to go to our fav restaurant in Ayia Napa (Blueberries) because everything you need is provided at The Liminaki bar. The food is superb, including the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had ❤️ Brilliant menu with loads of choice, all cooked fresh, and never disappoints ❤️ We honestly can’t wait to get back next year, well done The Liminaki Beach hotel we loved our stay ❤️❤️ Graeme (Tommo) Tomlinson, and Sandra.

The hotel's location is absolutely brilliant. It's close to the nightlife and main streets however, you don't get any of the noise. It's right by the beach as well. Unfortunately, due to its build, you don't get any sun around the pool in the afternoon. The hygiene levels are ok. Our cleaner did take an unintended tip from our room on our first day at this hotel without even cleaning the room. She just tidied up the bed and took the change, left on the bedside table, although we had the "don't disturb" sign. The breakfast has a really good selection but maybe they should focus more on the quality of the food rather than such a range as most hot items get really dry and stiff. The hotel's restaurant and bar are very nice, overlooking the port and beach. Great view to have while having breakfast. We got a room on the ground floor so, unfortunately, couldn't enjoy the view from a balcony. The "double bed" is also two single beds put together and the sheets are too small to go under the mattresses so, they don't stay on during the night, especially if you are an uneasy sleeper. On the positive side, you get WiFi, air-con and a safe without additional charges, which many other hotels apply.

The hotel is rated 4 stars, it is somewhat well placed by the sea and has rooms facing the sea. As for inconveniences, first of all, it creates a greenhouse effect, the hotel being semi-enclosed around the pool, and the balconies being made of glass. The breakfast is rich, but monotonous. They only have one type of tea, black, which is bad, but they make homemade bread, which is good. A lot of British influence, including the other two meals of the day. The port in front of the hotel somehow cancels out the beach. All in all, however, the quality-price ratio seems balanced.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful with any questions that came up. Daily cleaning in hotelrooms was very good ! The location is also great, a few meters from the beach and harbor . Stores on the other side of the road , restaurants close by. Breakfast was a 10/10 for me and I am a picky person with food .

Well, being our 5th time to this hotel says it all !! We have to start by saying a MASSIVE thank you to the hotel manager Andri, absolutely brilliant in dealing with a minor issue we had and making our stay very welcoming and memorable !! In all honesty, every single member of the hotel staff were fantastic, polite and friendly, from the cleaners, bar staff(Tilly in particular), bar manager Nick, restaurant staff, maintenance staff and also the management. Hotel is in a great location and close to all amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel. Brilliant !!

We are a couple in our 50's, stayed in a superior terrace room on a bed and breakfast basis. There wasnt really anything superior about this room, (see points below ). The hotel is in an outstanding location right in front of Limanaki Harbour with access to the beach just steps away. The weather was beautiful 35 degrees every day. The pool is lovely, lots of parasols and sunbeds, and you can hire pool towels from reception. There is a lovely bar and restaurant with some really nice staff, Anna, Rayna, Iosanas, and Nick were always smiling and happy to serve us, Thank you! 🥰, some of the other staff look moody and miserable, and could be rude, we dont want to see this on holiday, you should be smiling and happy you are working in a beautiful location, otherwise you should not be working in the hospitality industry. Gorgeous coffee, nice local beer and good menu for lunchtime. There are loads of decent restaurants in Ayia Napa didn't have a bad meal the whole holiday, in fact the food was absolutely outstanding everywhere we went even Macdonald's! Be sure to have a kebab too so fresh and tasty. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel entrance which sells everything you could need, although its quie expensive, to put this into context a box of oatibix cereal is €6.50 which is about double what it is here. The main street with lots of shops and restaurants is a one minute walk around the corner. Nissi Avenue is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and its lovely going there at night (too hot of a day!) with lots of shops and places to eat etc there is a fairground just by it too. Nissi beach is a one hour walk from the hotel along the seafront, go early as it gets really busy. Sandy bay is also a gorgeous beach. The beach by the hotel is pebbly but if you carry on walking along the beach you come to Pantachou beach which is stunning and no pebbles, there's a good beach bar there too. My husband did not like the cooked breakfast at the hotel said it was horrible, he ended up having cornflakes and toast, I mainly ate yoghurt fruit seeds, sourdough bread, jam, fresh fruits and muesli, which I thought was lovely so if you like this kind of food you will be ok, fruit juice and tea bags are cheap though, there is a coffee machine which I think was Nespresso. We had been there a week before the cleaner cleaned the bathroom or changed the bed sheets, she never replenished the milk etc either and there was a day she just didn't turn up, we had to complain and her attitude was disgraceful, no apology nothing, she just went round with a nasty face on her the whole time. This is not 4 stars when it comes to cleaning of these rooms, they use the same mop for the toilet, bedroom and terrace and then go in the next apartment and use the same mop there spreading germs everywhere, at no point in our 12 day holiday did she sanitise any contact points in the room. In my opinion ( I work in infection control ), the cleaners need retraining, new equipment and a lesson in customer service skills! When we were waiting in reception to go home some of the cleaners were quite clearly talking about us then laughing, instead of sniggering behind customers backs you should go and hang your heads in shame because you are the worst cleaners we have encountered in the whole of Europe! In fact there are quite a few people working at this hotel who need training in customer service skills as they do not possess any, we save up all year to come on holiday and we don't want to be met by rude miserable people, The man in the icecream parlor is horrible too, we went to get an icecream before we left and he just gave us a dirty look and walked away😡 On leaving to go home not one receptionist had the decency to ask how our stay went, isnt this policy in a 4 star establishment? Good points; location close to harbour beach and all amenities, bed comfy, air con good had it on 21 in the day and 23 at night which was great if a bit noisy, pool lovely and warm, some really nice bar staff. you get a fridge and safety deposit box included. Bad points;sub-standard housekeeping. rude staff, you are letting this hotel down, poor quality towels, tea, toiletries, sunbed on terrace was filthy its never been cleaned, no parasol on terrace as advertised in hotel room information. Ayia Napa is a great resort, there's loads to do for everyone not just for party animals. The beaches are stunning with crystal clear waters. Theres lots of boat trips we went on the Ocean Queen Sunset cruise and it was beautiful, can highly recommend this one is a stunning boat! The Queen Vic pub did a lovely breakfast and their Kleftico was delicious, bar staff are friendly and they have entertainment on most nights, it's just round the corner from the hotel. There is a gorgeous chilled beach bar called Molos right next to the hotel to the left of the harbour, serves lovely home made food and staff are very friendly. Issac Tavern is a family run restaurant by the harbour, staff were superb food good lovely sword fish. All the Gyros take aways on Nissi Avenue do the best kebabs ever. Seasons on Nissi Avenue is a classy place for a cocktail, try the Greek Spritz its divine! Also its immaculately clean and they have the cleanest toilets ever! (Very important) Wagamamma exceptionally clean and food amazing. There are loads more places to eat and drink, if you want to watch the match forget it as they all have music playing so you cant hear the commentary. We had a great holiday but would not stay in this hotel again as it's not 4 star. Would like to come here again but would consider going to a 5 star hotel instead.

Absolutely lovely hotel location perfect the bar staff could not do enough for us , we then had an issue with the cleaner which was not nice at all her attitude was abysmal to be honest , we then went to the front desk to ask them to speak to her but here attitude did not change at all , overall this hotel is in the perfect location bit is certainly not 4 stars simply because the management and cleaners are not on the same page as the bar staff on how to run a hotel
