Detailed Reviews
We were more than satisfied during our stay in the Napa Plaza Hotel. First and foremost, the staff, especially the hotel receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful regarding any problem or issue.
Even though you could see that the room was used before, it was always spotlessly clean, size and anemities were very satisfying. The continental breafast included in our packedge was good and offered a huge variety.
Another exceptional aspect of the hotel is the very clean pool area with adjoint pool bar, offering great cocktails.
The location right in the city centre made it easy to acess the different beaches by bus or taxi and was ideal for going out at night. Even so, our room was very quiet at night and none of us had trouble sleeping.
We would definetly come back to stay in the Napa plaza hotel. It was a very good expierience for the prize.

Just home from an All Inclusive week at the Napa Plaza.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mamia on Reception who welcomed us with a warm smile. Check in was seamless and straightforward.
Hotel itself has a fantastic location, right in the heart of Ayia Napa however once inside you'd never know of the street-life at the front of the Hotel itself. The hotel is beautifully kept with staff continually cleaning throughout the day. Staff on the Pool Bar were lovely too, always smiling, pleasant and a real pleasure to be around.
Food was great, the buffet offered a wide variety of choice with rotation of options throughout the week. Out of the three A La Carte Restaurants on site, we would recommend Central Cafe the most, as this offered the widest choice; not to forget the great choice of Cocktails too!
Things to note....
The all inclusive option ends at 11pm and compared to previous All Inclusive Holidays we have been on, Food and Drinks have been available 24/7. So on arrival, if you arrive after this time, don't expect any food to be available as part of your holiday other than the Sandwich in the fridge inside your room. This applies to drinks too as "free" deal also ends at 11pm!
As our flight left at 9.25pm on our last day, we were advised that an evening meal would be provided however as we were collected at 6.40, we were too early to be fed (as Dinner service begins at 7pm!).
Beds and Bedding could be improved. If you are offered a discounted voucher for the Spa on arrival, you may want to book this as you'll need one after a few days of sleeping on a lumpy and uncomfortable mattress!
Air Conditioning in our room was also poor and our room wasn't the coolest place to escape to after a day laying in the sunshine; nor did this appear to be working in the gym either!
That said, we would return as overall this was a lovely resort with lovely staff.

An absolute beautiful and fantastic hotel. We stayed in June 2022, previously stayed at Melissi Beach Hotel in 2017. This was more of a central location.
We stayed in room 190, upgraded pool view, all the staff said what a nice room we had. I thought it was average compared to the photos, but it was adequate enough for us. Large bed, great blackout curtains and a small balcony. The bathroom is rather basic and could do with a shower upgrade. Being right at the beginning of the corridor we could hear all the noise of other guests coming and going at all hours. We could also hear the music from Pepper Bar which was highly annoying.
The pool was lovely and clean fairly good size There was not enough sunbeds for the entire hotel but there was always something available, we only had one busy spell during our 2 weeks. No inflatables or games allowed which some guests did not appreciate, but the pool is not big enough to accommodate this.
The staff were fantastic, very polite and helpful at all times. Special mention to George, Borrack, Anita, Panos and Nikolas. Apologies for spelling errors.
The food was amazing, best selection of food I have had at an all inclusive buffet style hotel. Menu changed once per week with some changes bi-weekly. The chefs were always on hand checking the food at breakfast and dinner. Lunch is served at the bar. There are 3 restaurants on the front that you can visit once per week: Italian, Sushi and Central Restaurant. Again very friendly staff and wonderful food.
My only issue is the type of clients they are accepting at this hotel compared to the style they are trying to achieve. There is no day time or evening entertainment, so can get boring if you are looking for something to do. Due to its central location it attracts people who are looking for a base to party but this is not what the hotel is styled for.
We had a fantastic holiday, although I would not return to stay here again, but would not let it deter others from staying. Definitely value for money and a lovely 2 week holiday

Just checked out from a lovely stay at Napa Plaza.
Hotel is lovely & clean. Staff are very helpful and polite.
Check in was fairly late at night but was smooth and fast.
Room is decent size & clean. The bathroom is quite small and in need of some TLC the tub was yellowing in basin and had rust marks around the tub.
I would recommend bringing own hair dryer as ones in room are wired through a draw so when you try to use it the draw bangs in and out also if using for more than 20min overheats and cuts out.
The beds are 10/10 so comfy.
Breakfast is average, we often did not eat here as I found the food was always only ever luke warm. However, there is a massive variety to choose from.
The pool is lovely and kept clean. (There does not seem to be a policy on the sun-bed hoggers at 7am). Every day there were towels laid out at 7am by the guests and this seemed to be allowed.
I disliked that people could smoke round the pool and in the bars within hotel and in general.
The hotel is slap bang in middle of everything can walk to a nearby beach €2.50 for a sun bed and €2.50 for a parasol.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would return here again.

Our second stay at the hotel at the beginning of October was even better than the first one three years ago. The hotel staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful in solving a minor issue with the room, our car rental and contacting British Airways by phone for us since the BA’s website only gave error messages. In particular we would like to commend Andri - Front Office Manager, Sonia - Reservation Officer, and Mamia - Receptionist. Last but not least Andreas for his portering services. He was always around when you needed him. The waiting and housekeeping staff is multicultural and from many different countries with one common denominator: professionalism.
The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The room we had was spacious with a balcony. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices and prices competitive with the restaurants along the Archbishop Makarios road.
The location of the hotel is excellent and right in the centre of town along the main road.
We recommend guests to book their rental car through reception to get a competitive deal.
We hope to visit the hotel again in the not too distant future.

+1
My brother and I stayed all inclusive at this hotel for 8 days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is in a perfect location, literally 2 minutes away from the strip but you would never know it, as it is so quiet and calm inside the hotel itself. It is very clean although we booked one of the basic rooms, it was still very pleasant. We are both 25, but not crazy party animals so loved the ability to be able to go from the carnage of the Ayia Napa strip, to the very chilled and relaxed vibe in the hotel.
The hotel also has the bus stop right outside, where you can easily take the 101/102 bus to Nissi Beach and back for €3!
It is also just a 5/10 minute stroll down to the Harbour where you can easily book boat trips or boat parties in our case!
Both of us are very active and the hotel has a gym with all the basic equipment you would need such as a Smith machine, some free weight dumbbells, 2 running machines and a few functional machines to work on different body parts.
The breakfast has a great selection, with all the usual things you would expect. The lunch served at the pool bar, was our favorite meal of the day, and had a real good variety of choices and the portion sizes are very big. It will definitely satisfy you until dinner, although you could always have a snack inbetween meals if you wanted. The dinner was also really nice, the main hotel restaurant is your usual buffet sytle and has a different theme each night. The Mexican and Greek nights were our favorites. They also have the 3 al la carte restaurants that you can visit once each, if you stay for a week, and all you have to do is book the day before. The Italian restaurant was really nice, I recommend the pizza and cheesecake!
The all inclusive drinks menu was also really good and had a great selection on there and it lasted up to 11pm, so you could easily have some pre drinks from the pool bar before heading up to the strip if that's your kind of thing. Just beware the clubs don't even open till after 2am, but there are plenty of bars open from around 11pm to keep you occupied!
Lastly, we had a late flight on our last day, and although we checked out of our room at 12, we were assured not to worry as we could to keep our all inclusive wristbands and use all of the perks right until we set off to the airport. This was the cherry on top as it saved us having to figure out food and drink for our last day!
Overall this is a great adult only hotel, in a perfect location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Ayia Napa wanting a nice relaxing holiday, with the option of a more lively experience just outside!
I would like to thank all the staff as they were all extremely nice and very helpful. We will definitely be booking to come back next year!

It was one of our Hotel selection that we had a bit of doubts due to the location , but as soon we enter the Hotel everything change in a second. Mrs Andri the Front Manager with her smile and her kindness to help us with all we needed so our stay will be more comfortable, enjoyable give you the feeling that the Hotel management is looking after their customers.
What to say for Dinos, Mrs Skevi from the pool bar that everyday they have been trying to their best under the hot weather and make us feel even more relaxed.
Since we have paid for all inclusive the food, drinks was excellent, variety of food selections during lunch and even during the evening you can visit the Hotel external restaurants if you wish.
The rooms were OK and the only negative was that in the budding we stayed was no lift, but we survived 😊.
The pool area was nice and as long the hotel is for adults only it was quite without children running around, screaming, etc.
We are definitely coming back in the next opportunity to visit Agia Napa again

I checked around Cyprus for hotels and this hotel all ways come up so i took a closer look and we booked it been in Ayia Napa we just hoped we had made the right choice.
When we got to the hotel the music was high and we thought oh no but was informed it was a Festival that would go on all week and we were told we had picked a good week.
We were taken to our room which was a good size facing the pool, main restaurant was good but limited we were told we could do the Speciality Restaurants 4 times as we had booked a 10 day holiday all i can say is the food is very good these all face on to the road which was so good to watch the festival.
The hotel is like a Oasis because once you are inside you would never know you are on the Main street in Ayia Napa. All the staff are only too willing to help in any way always a smile.
The pool is a nice size but was still cold in October towels are always available.
the only let down was the drink service was very slow and the cocktails were very weak.
we had a lovely holiday we found it easy to get around that part of the island if you need help to find your way around just ask.
if you are lucky enough to have Alison as your Rep you will have a good holiday
between her and the reception staff you are in good hands.
And who could forget the lovely man who helps with your suitcases no matter what size he is there almost 24/7 with a smile and a welcoming" hello".
We had a lovely holiday and the rest we needed and would recommend this hotel.

I recently spent 10 days at Napa Plaza with my husband, sister and brother in law. It was the perfect atmosphere being adult only, chill out music around the pool, plenty of loungers, beds, swing chairs and sofas. All staff from bar, kitchen and housekeeping to reception and management give 10/10 service. I have a serious food allergy and am vegetarian and when I arrived I informed the staff in the buffet who were extremely understanding, taking the time to walk me around and talk through ingredients and allergens. They even offered to cook me something if there was nothing I liked. As thoughtful as this was, I never had to take up their offer as there was always plenty of tasty food on offer. The chefs and waiting staff are incredibly attentive. Food at the a la carte restaurants was beautiful and I can see why the restaurants get as busy as they do. The bar at the pool area which will serve a lunch menu again was very high quality. The bar staff at the pool were great, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Alcohol is all branded which is great. The hotel is very clean, rooms were cleaned and tidied every day, pool area was always spotless and there is hand sanitizer around public areas. The location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants but once you are through the hotel door you feel far from the hustle and bustle. This was my second time at Napa Plaza and certainly won't be my last. I honestly can't fault this hotel and can't wait to get back.

This was the second stay for us at the Napa Plaza Hotel. It has a great location in the center of Ayia Napa with a lot of restaurant options nearby.
What I enjoyed most about the hotel was the pool area as it was created in good very good taste. The drinks from the bar are also great, the only minus for me is that the pool bar closes around 6 PM. I would've loved to have a cocktail there in the evening when the weather cools off a bit.
The rooms very nice, a lot of mirrors, the only minus here would be that we could hear the church bells almost every morning and some music at night.
The hotel also includes some great restaurants and night bar that server great cocktails.
Overall a very positive experience. I would return to the same hotel!

Hi, yes some are. The AI have a separate menu from paying customers so it is only the cocktails on this menu that are included.
Generally it's smart ,but on the whole people wear what they want. I personally always wore a shirt and long shorts
There are shampoo and conditioners along with hand soap in the rooms. There is an iron in the laundry room that is free to use
Doesn’t open til 9am so that was very disappointing for me. Sanded up going for early morning run but was still far too hot in early September. Not sure of closing time
