The hotel has an excellent location and the beach is about 200m from the hotel, and the price of a sunbed was 2.5eur. It is close to the promenade and shops. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. A special impression was made by the food in the hotel with a varied menu for breakfast and dinner. The food is perfect and delicious. Wi-fi is free and excellent. The pool is OK and clean, there is even a small children's pool, but it is difficult to get to the sunbed (unless you get up early in the morning). Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on the whole, a good to very good hotel.
The location is very good: To the beach 1-2 min walk and nearby it has 2x smaller supermarkets.
The hotel looks overall clean and the staff is friendly.
The pool I find too small for the size of the hotel.
The rooms are unfortunately very noisy and on arrival there had been extremely many hairs on the bed and the bathroom had various moldy joints because when showering the water always runs to the floor.
I liked the all inclusive package. In addition to meals, drinks and snacks could be ordered at the outdoor bar.
The food was very good, every day a different theme.(Italian buffet, Mexican buffet etc).
As a little info: Ayia Napa is extremely baggy in the evening, you sweat very quickly.

We had a wonderful staying at Stamatia Hotel. The hotel is very good located, few minutes of the city center, very close to the Aya Napa Limanaki port, the beach is a 3 minutes walk and the bus station is very close. You can take the bus and visit the famous blue flag beaches: Niki, Macronissos, Landa, Konos Bay, Fig Tree etc. Also Pantachou, a blue flag beach, is very close and nice.
The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was good, the rooms were simple and clean and the general atmosphere was very nice.
Special thanks to Marian and Mrs Eleni! We enjoyed the pool in the last day, after check out, while we were waiting for the transfer bus to the airport.
We recomend this hotel, it was better than we expected for a 3 stars hotel! Thank you, Stamatia!
Warm wishes from the parents, grandparents and the little twin girls from Romania❤️

The beds were very bad, the springs felt on the back, no decent blankets and the reception only gave a thin blanket without a duvet cover. The cleaning was incomplete and questionable to say the least.
The food was the same every day, even on the promised Cypriot night there was no Cypriot food. It was also special that the waiters picked up the plates right in front of your nose as soon as you managed to swallow the last piece. All inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups and were like juice.
Yes, I spent a week here, but the hotel has so many flaws, such as the rudeness of the staff, that I will never return or recommend it to others.

However, the location and the hotel manager were a good plus.

We stayed 10 days in October 2024 at Hotel Stamatia. Here too, the positive: it smells good in the lobby. Staff at least at reception is always friendly. Free parking is available. The hotel is very child friendly and has its own small playground with glass fence, where you can also sit as a dad/mom at some tables in the play area. Very convenient. The hotel also really has a very good location, supermarket is just around the corner, as is ATM. It is within walking distance to the beach and port and also towards the city of Agia Napa. Some very good restaurants are near the hotel towards the port, lovers of fish and Mediterranean food can absolutely feast here, enjoy great views of the port while eating and eat at good prices. Because the offer with restaurants is so good in the area it is therefore also not worthwhile in my view to book half board or all inclusive in advance, which we fortunately did not have. If you want: you can also book it at the hotel itself. The breakfast buffet was good anyway, only the dining room itself is anything but beautiful, and that is also the biggest minus of the hotel: the dining room has few seats outdoors and is tight inside with the tables and it resounds very loud, it has something of feeding in the feed hall. On some days, food lay on the floor of the predecessors all the time at the tables, the staff hardly gets behind with clearing and re-laying the dishes, seems totally dissatisfied themselves and makes incredible noise with the plates when clearing? At breakfast, one was also asked punctually by a particularly unfriendly elderly service lady at around 10.00 am to leave the dining room at the end of breakfast time - so not experienced in a hotel. So: best to go directly between 7.00 and 8.00, where the atmosphere was still really pleasant. Room cleaning or houeskeeping in itself was very good every day, but there were also long faces of certain people in the service, if you were still in the room at noon and did not leave it to clean - so not experienced. The “deluxe room with partial sea view” what we had only has a small balcony just for 2 people, is out to the street which in turn has cobblestone pavements (of course loud, but we didn’t mind). What I found more disturbing: in the room was only large full ceiling lighting or dark, there are no small lamps on the bedside tables or anything like that. A little uncomfortable, well, you just have to keep the lights on in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was ok, you had in the 4th. Stock great views of the city and really side sea views, there is a fridge and kettle with coffee/tea, the beds were good, clean it was too. The hotel has quieter rooms facing the other side, but you look directly at another hotel. Or really very nice rooms with corner balcony and sea view, who wants such a should definitely pay attention not to book side sea view but sea view. Pool area we didn't really use, but the pool is really quite small. So: Cyprus is beautiful, this hotel unfortunately goes like this and it certainly goes better.

Τhe hotel had one small parking in front. They changed our towels one time ONLY in 4 days and it only had 1 elevator which was very small and every time we had to wait 10 minutes to go to the 4th floor . The room was nothing special and the cleaner just made the bed and left.

I stayed with my husband and 2 children from 20th august
Arrival was food we arrived late so restaurant and at closed but we are given a park each of food and drink which was nice
The room we were given was tiny…absolutely no way it can accommodate 4 persons
We paid for upgrade to bigger room
Next day

Pool is quite small and when busy isn’t great to enjoy…
Lifeguard was lovely and friendly and a real asset to the hotel
They need to play more music around the pool to create a more holiday vibe..a tiny speaker isn’t cutting it
Most staff friendly included Damna eleni and aziz
Panikos was up and down he shouted at my daughter sit down once, we told him to not raise his voice to her and never did again

Food overall was good always something to choose and all tasty
Snack bar - if u like burgers/pizza and chips then fine, the need more choice, like salad, fruit etc
Pizza was horrible

The entertainment need some attention
For the amount of money we paid we would have expected entertainment every evening and activities during the day
One night they had Cypriot night with singing and dancing. This was excellent

Cleaning of rooms wasn’t great. Our bedding wasn’t change once in 10 days only bed made…not good enough
Hotel should offer towels for use around the pool and not have to pay for that

Hotel in good location for beach and ayia napa

Let me start with the positive:
The location was quite good. In 2 minutes you were on the super beautiful beach! The water was super warm, beautifully clear and just fantastic. For two sunbeds and umbrella we paid 7.50 euros per day, which was absolutely ok.
Now for the negative:
The room: Wasn't really clean. Towels and shower towels were not even changed in the 5 days. The corners in the bathroom have definitely never seen a mop. At least the air conditioning worked.
The food: if I ate there for a month, I would be slim. It was really inedible, with maybe a few very few exceptions. Otherwise underground. Especially always the same! Also, you only got once a drink that you had to order, if you wanted to order a second time, you were looked at as if you were an alien. And hands off coffee - on the one hand you could have cooked raw pasta in this hot broth al dente, and on the other hand this has absolutely nothing to do with coffee!
The operation: Unfriendly, stressed, sometimes even cheeky. You felt very unwelcome. Never seen anything like this! At the pool bar, you weren't greeted, but you saw a person looking at you questioningly. After the order, the drink was put down without a word. Like, “there you go, go again now...”
All inclusive: For me, as the name suggests, this means all inclusive. But ice tea, ice coffee etc had to be paid separately.
In general it was disappointing, the hotel was not worth a buck we spent. Not recommended and we were the first and last time there!

Very pleasant stay in this hotel which we took on an all-inclusive basis through the Voyage Privé application.
Very good value for money

Good points :

- location 3 minutes from the beach and the city center
- cuisine with varied buffets (less choice at lunchtime)
- pleasant, smiling staff with a spirit of service
- cleaning done every day

Points of improvement, things we would have liked to have:

- a little extra sweetness for the dessert part of the buffet and at the snack
- entertainment other than the swimming pool to pass the time
- have lights at bed level because otherwise in the room there is a big light (sea view room)

Negative points :

- numerous stains on the sheets, towels, bathrobes… not very pleasant
- stains in the bathroom on the ceiling, on the furniture…
- noise from the surrounding area with a hotel right opposite and resonance in the corridors of the hotel

Be careful, remember to take a charger adapter, otherwise it’s €2 per adapter

Despite these little details we loved our stay in Cyprus!!

We spent a week in All inclusive in October as a family.
The quadruple room is actually a double room + 2 extra folding beds.... But stay spacious regardless. The bathroom is small. Everything was clean, the maids came by every day. The hotel was beautiful and functional. The staff at the front desk very helpful. However, breakfast, lunch, dinner, take place in the same large room, very noisy. Half the staff were not very friendly, made a lot of noise while clearing plates, blew.... We really had the feeling to disturb them.... Fortunately some people stood out for their friendliness, the bar waiter, as well as the cook who went out every night to tell me what I could eat according to my allergies.
The pool was beautiful and clean, but a little small and especially not heated.
The sea is 5 min walk. The hotel is located on the road, but from midnight to 6am more traffic, and the rooms are well soundproofed, air conditioned.
Not the best hotel, but not the worst either
