Sunprime Ayia Napa Suites is an adults only hotel with a good location within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a tranquil pool area with ample sun loungers to relax on - but if you feel like a bit of excercise, you can jump in the pool and join in water aerobics led by our sports instructors. The active holidaymaker can also work out in the gym or go for a jog along one of the running trails in the area. Afterwards you can pamper yourself with a spa treatment or enjoy a nice meal in the restaurant followed by a drink at the bar.

We were greeted by nice staff who spoke Swedish, were served lovely freshly pressed juice and fruit when we arrived. Very nice place, nice apartment, if something tired. The extra bed in the living room was good to lie on. The store on the site was open 24/7 which we thought was very positive. Prices there were the same as in the grocery store in the area. The food at the hotel was of good quality. Eaten a la carte and one day I had chicken with risotto - it just has to be tried, some of the best I have eaten ! Everyone who worked there was always kind and friendly. What I thought pulled something down was that the pool was too hot, you didn't cool when you went out. You either had to stand under the shower or walk into the apartment to cool down. This is what they worked on and it should be better next year, the hotel said.
Can recommend the hotel very warmly, if we go back to Cyprus, it is possible we go there again.
We stayed with a boat out of the harbour for a whole day, with lunch, swimming and sightseeing. It was a wonderful day and something we warmly recommend to everyone. The bath with turtles in the clearest blue water you can imagine.

Delicious hotel, super apartments, especially those with private shared pool, here nothing lacks the refrigerator filled up on arrival, getting fresh water everyday when the cute service assistant has been and make the room clean.
Restaurant with good food and a nice menu, their morning buffet is clearly recommended, along with their evening buffers which vary every evening.
The bar makes great cocktails and they have Happy our twice a day.
Super with check-in of luggage at hotels if you fly with Sunclass flights.
I'd love to come back.

Really nice staff run by Michael :)

Football EM studio was set properly and bar, food and facilities were in place.

Cleaning everyday, some free drinks and staff from various countries made you feel cozy. :)

Michael also promised to send me a Sunprime Polo-Shirt.

Maybe one day will try to join the team :D

Thank you all : Natalie, Iina, Henrik, Felicia & Co. :)

Sunprime Ayia Napa is a lovely adults only resort which is spread out over large grounds which makes it feel very calm and spacious. The pool is big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and there were more than enough sun loungers and parasols. The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need even a complimentary small bottle of wine and refrigerated mineral water on arrival, which sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Almost all the staff were kind and welcoming, with some standing out for their excellent service and friendly attitude. Elena, Lena, Jessica and the Greek guy at the reception team were all very helpful as well as the bar & breakfast crew. Ana Maria was ‘the life of the party’ and constantly on the ball making sure everything ran smoothly outside on the breakfast terrace. Panayiotis in the open kitchen was the friendliest and most professional chef and takes his job seriously. He makes a mean omelette (best I’ve had) that’s ‘just right’ in terms of flavor, cooking and ingredients. Hats off to him and the entire team! Can’t wait to be back. Oh and Maria the housekeeper is great, she felt like family greeting me with her lovely smile everyday and working super fast, able to clean a room in record time. When my AC, electricity and room keys failed multiple times it was taken care of very quickly each time which made it a non-issue. The spa ladies are also very friendly and super helpful, my Cypriot therapist (I think her name was Androula) personally demoed and assisted me in choosing all the Decleor products I needed. As a resident of Sunprime you get a 15% discount voucher to use at Hokkaido the Japanese tepanyaki restaurant which they own, which I made use of. I ended up eating there almost every night as the food and service was so good! Keep it up Sunprime, you have a winning recipe of good quality staff, rooms and facilities. Here and there, like most places there is some small room for improvement, but overall it’s one of the best places to stay in Ayia Napa.

My girlfriend and I were at this hotel for 2 weeks in September.
The hotel area consists of many buildings on two floors, and all the apartments face the garden or the pool area. This in itself is very good, and we could not see that any apartments have a bad location.
The service at the hotel was very good, you were greeted with kindness no matter what you were wondering about. Very nice large shared pool, and enough sunbeds. Unfortunately, there were a number of reservations for sunbeds in the morning, even though it is stated in the regulations that it is not allowed .
We did not have meals included, but ate a few times at the hotel. They have good food, especially the salads they have for lunch are recommended, very good.
There are also very good restaurants just a few minutes away from the hotel.
The clientele at the hotels are mainly Scandinavian.
The rooms are large and nice, and the cleanliness was excellent.
The reason why we do not give 5 stars is only because the hotel is a bit tired. In addition, help should be offered with suitcases up and down from the 2nd floor, as there is no lift in the many side buildings. You have to ask for help yourself, and then you get it.
There was a lot of sand in the large pool, and we did not observe any attempt to remove it.

All in all, this is a very good hotel, with a very relaxing atmosphere.
We thought it was so good that we have booked another trip in a year.
We look forward to coming back.
Thanks for us for this time😊

We had three rooms with a private pool in block 13. The pool was lovely but you are at the mercy of those living above you. Unfortunately for us we lucked out and had a group of young boys staying above us that enjoyed the evening hours. It resulted in various articles of clothing falling from their balcony down to our terrace. One of them decided to give themselves a haircut which saw our terrace covered in hair. The dragging of furniture from the apartments above could’ve been mitigated more by a few rubber grommets.

The staff were awesome. Really friendly and helpful. Whether it was at the restaurant, front reception or housekeeping/handyman. They get five stars.

The hotel itself was a little run down and needed some basic repairs. One of our rooms had a huge tv, the other two tiny. It is just inconsistent and you wonder why it is like that.

The food was pretty good at the restaurant and for buffet dinners and breakfast it was better quality than i expected.

There is a 24 hour supermarket on the premises and the prices are almost comparable to the other supermarkets on Nissi Avenue.

Most nights there was entertainment which added to the experience.

We purchased this trip through Spies and we received a complimentary welcome pack with wine, beer, soft drinks and some snacks (including fruit).

Given the cost of the vacation, I can’t really say it was value for money as we have stayed in better locations for less.

The town itself was a little too busy for us too. But we loved the beach walk back from the center of town.

Once again I have visited this hotel, which stands out for its friendly staff and as a generally good hotel.
If you look at it with slightly skeptical eyes, you discover that maintenance and modernization are non-existent.

In many places, the hotel appears worn, and only the most necessary is maintained.
Mirrors, faucets and showers should have been changed long ago and walls should be plastered in several places.

Having said that, for example the cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, Henrik at reception is very helpful and a bright spot, probably especially in relation to the others who staff reception.

Would I visit the hotel again - yes, as long as it is DKK 5-7,000 cheaper than, for example, OBC and offers the same, e.g. apartments with swim out, so I want to save money, and since I only use the room and associated swim out and gym anyway, and do not use the restaurant, main pool, bar etc., the hotel is fine for my use

We've been staying in Sunprime Ayia Napa Suites for 11 nights in December and it was the best decision to spend our holidays here! Very beautiful, green and clean territory, really kind and friendly receptionists, special thanks to Jessica! :)) Rooms are clean, tidy as well, you can find everything you need there. There are a lot of various food for breakfast, everything is delicious. We will definitely come back here next year! Best wishes from Arunas and Violeta from Lithuania!

Super nice all inclusive hotel, and one of the best I've tried. The hotel is located in a really nice area with many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The hotel's all inclusive is clearly worth it, and is at a reasonable price in relation to the content. In addition, there is the sweetest staff at the hotel, who are always ready to spread good cheer.

Very good hotel with an open and airy atmosphere as far from large hotel complexes as you can get. Nice and fresh rooms, very good food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - all of excellent quality! However, it would have been more than desirable to be able to buy the full all inclusive every day including drinks. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds, with most guests exemplary and well not reserving sunbeds with beach towels. Perfect with an adult hotel so you don't miss balls and a lot of noise in the pool. Nice entertainment at the hotel, small shop that had most of what you needed and not least super nice and service minded staff. It may seem like a trifle in the context, but training on holiday is crucial for me, and therefore replacing the cross trainer at the gym is an absolute must to return. The crosstrainer is "choppy" and is therefore not functional/usable because it is not allowed to have any flow in the training. Otherwise, the gym and the various sessions offered are great! If this is fixed, I will book the next trip bums because this fantastic hotel will be a given choice for yearly recurring trips to Cyprus in the autumn.
