We just came back from Evabelle, where we stayed for 7 nights. We were a group of 13 people and booked half board. Everything was amazing, from food to staff and service. The portions were big and delicious. They paid close attention to us everytime and the staff was nothing but friendly and there to help. The rooms were immaculate and the maids cleaned up and changed our towels every day. We enjoyed our stay and will definetely come back. Strongly recommend!

The hotel and the room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and nice too. The food was terrible. Breakfast and dinner was diserable, simple "pap" food. Not recommend to take a breakfast or half board.

Feels like home, fourth visit, and as with first time made to feel very welcome, and warmly greeted on our return. We requested same rooms as last year and were allocated these. Bar and restaurant staff brilliant as always Alex and Yannis are the stalwarts, and provide nothing is too much trouble service. Yannis is a legend, ‘thank you very big’, ‘see you soon’. Had the English Breakfast everyday, great quality and value. On the whole reception staff are also very helpful, sorted out a late checkout for us. One member of the team not up to the same standard, but manager apologised to us for the incident we had. Did not spoil our stay, and will be back next year to claim our sunbeds! Thank you for another great holiday.

This is my 6th time to Evabelle with friends. That says it all. The apartments have everything you need, the location is fantastic and the staff are amazing….especially Alex and Yiannis! Yiannis is the best bar man in the world never mind Cyprus! If you are thinking of booking this place don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed! Thanks team Evabelle and we will see you next year. Danny.

We have visited this hotel a few times over the last couple of years - staff are super friendly, the food is great value and fresh, and the drinks prices are also very fair. It's a great hotel with clean facilities, even a gym downstairs, and the pool is clean and well kept. Good for all ages, whether you're on a holiday with family or with the girls / lads on a hen or stag do. Everyone was very respectful and Alex & family at the bar were perfect hosts as always. The location was excellent as well!

The hotel was lovely for the price. It is located at the end of both of the main napa strips so the location was ideal, there is even a 24 hour shop right outside which was really handy. The staff were really friendly especially the bar staff. Cleaners were a bit intimidating but did an average job, they cleaned the floors and swapped the towels and bedding most days but that is all they did really but it was definitely adequate. The room had large beds and we were in room no.1 which was in the most ideal place as it looked onto the pool so was very handy I would recommend asking for a low room number especially for wheelchair users as they were massive and definitely accessible. In terms of noise we went in mid September where there was a mixed age range, which I’d imagine is different to the summer months, so noise wasn’t that bad at all and we were able to sleep at nights without being woken until morning. The food and drink selection in the hotel itsself were amazing and affordable too, we ate there almost everyday but there is a lot of nearby restaurants too. Few highlights of the holiday itsself : I would definitely recommend hiring buggies/quads from easy riders just up the street, also going to as many as the local beaches as possible and the water park too, also if you’re looking for a party boat the one organised by the castle club where the rep visits your hotel is fab with great views and diving. Overall absolutely amazing stay will definitely be returning in the future!

You get what you pay for. This hotel isn’t a luxury place to stay & no where does it state that it is so we knew exactly what it was going to be like from when we booked it. We booked this holiday as a quick, last minute getaway with booking only 3 days prior & this being the only property left available. It’s standard but clean & worth the money we paid for it - no less, no more. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to ayia napas clubs & lots of shops, restaurants and bars along the way which is what sold us it when we booked it from reading reviews. The beach though is quite a walk away so we hired a buggy for a few days & then a quad for our last few days to take us around and about and to get us to/from the beach - I would recommend doing this if your wanting to spend a lot of time going to the beach & just to see ayia napa itself without having to walk miles. There’s a lovely place called “love bridge” which if you hire a buggy or a quad you NEED to drive to & have a look at the view! The rooms are basic but clean & the AC is very good - gets the rooms cold very quickly! We booked a “superior 1 bedroom apartment” we was equipped with a fridge, hob, kettle, microwave, mini safe & the towels where changed every 3 days but if you want clean ones sooner you can ask reception. The room doesn’t have an iron in it but you can just ask for one from reception for free to take up to your room. We paid €25 on our last day from reception to have a late check out, we should have checked out at 12pm but we wasn’t getting picked up until 10:10pm so this €25 gave us the room ALL DAY until the very last minute when we got picked up at 10:10pm which I thought was amazing & so worth it! The only thing that was a pain was the sunbed situation around the pool, if your any later than 10am your going to struggle to get a bed - 2 occasions we had to go to the beach as there was no beds around the pool & this was at 11:30am. Another thing was the rule of no drinks/food around the pool that you’ve bought yourself - only what you buy at the pool bar & the prices where a bit ridiculous. Bottles of water for €1 was ok but the alcohol & soft drinks prices where quite expensive which wasn’t ideal but it is what it is & we wouldn’t let that ruin our holiday or the review of the property itself as overall it was very good for what we paid for. The music around the pool was nice, wasn’t too quiet or too loud & the music choice was mixed to suit everyone which was nice too. But if your thinking of staying here bare in mind that there’s a LOT of 18-20 year olds - we had 1 night of screaming/shouting/banging in the corridors that we could hear in our room from young girls but this was something we expected & to make up for it every other night apart from that 1 night we didn’t have a problem luckily! But there’s no noise control from the hotel although there’s signs - so bare this in mind too (u less your on a girls/lads holiday then you’ll be alright) but overall, a very good stay.

We booked with Evabelle through easyJet holidays in 2021. We booked a ‘superior 1 bedroom apartment’ on self catering bird basis and checked in, in September 2022. Upon arriving our initial impression was ok, we were greeted by a gentleman on reception who was friendly (we checked in quite late), were given directions to our room and checked in overall, pretty quickly. That, I’m afraid, was where things began to decline. We got to our room, which all things considered, was pretty basic - as you’d expect your towels etc but no shampoos, shower gels or soaps provided, despite being self catering this is usually the minimum you receive as part of your room? The AC did not work and when I queried this I was told it would be (€40 p/w) by the receptionist. Baring in mind the room was advertised as a ‘superior one bedroom apartment’ (emphasis on the word ‘superior’) I made my dissatisfaction known but I was simply told to come back the following day and complain to the manager. I did this the following day although I wasn’t entirely sure this person was the manager as she was the only person there at the time who again told me there was no alternative and I would have to pay if I wanted air con. I fell on my sword and paid this, went back to the room to get it on asap as we were both resting only for me to discover one of the A/C units still wasn’t working. Off I went back to reception to then be told if I wanted both units to work I’d need to pay the same amount again as it was charged per unit!!! At this point I gave up and settled with the one, completely flabbergasted that I’d paid for a facility already to be told if I wanted it I needed to pay €160. Anyhow we tried not to let this bother us too much and went out to enjoy our first full night. We got back at a reasonable time and got ourselves to bed before being rudely awakened on several occasions through the night by noisy guests shouting, singing and banging in the corridors. Unfortunately this seemed to be a pattern and continued to happen each night throughout the duration of our stay. It would seem there was absolutely no noise control by the hotel staff who were happy enough to let this carry on. On our second day we decided to go to the pool for the day, and relax. How wrong we were, firstly it was near impossible to find a free sunbed as the pool area was far too small to match the capacity of the hotel, secondly it was filled with young people playing ball games, diving in the pool and drinking / smoking in the pool. All things, according to the displays, which are supposedly prohibited. We decided a walk to the beach would be much less stressful and continued to do so pretty much every day throughout the rest of our holiday as this situation never really improved unless you went to the pool around 6pm when the sun had almost set or put your towels down at crazy times in the morning. The only day we did manage to get two beds towards the back of the pool area, we were greeted by an extremely rude bar man when he discovered us being our drinks down from our room to the pool. Shouting at us he told us to go to our room and that we weren’t allowed to drink our own drinks there, despite me arguing that we were self catering which constitutes providing our own food and drink, he wouldn’t have any of it, and again I was forced to fall on my sword and take the drinks away. From this moment on we’d had enough and spent as much time as possible out of this hotel, and typically only used it to sleep and shower. Despite everything the one positive of this place was the fact that our room was tended to each day by the cleaner and we received fresh towels once every 2-3 days. In summary, this hotel was falsely advertised both in expectation and in facilities, it was noisy and difficult to get a good nights sleep, and all in all pretty basic! Hands down though, this has been one of the worst holiday experiences for us and I would not recommend staying here. It may be ideal for the younger groups that don’t really care where they stay and are just going for the party but for all others I’d advise you to avoid!

The perfect place to stay if you want that party atmosphere! Very noisy at night though, so if your looking at getting a good nights sleep.. forget it! The rooms are pretty decent sizes, the bar staff are pleasant and welcoming and the food and drinks are good, but was left scratching my head at times with the poolside music selection considering it's meant to be a party like place to stay. Amenities are close at hand (Paradise 24hr Store) a godsend. Overall a nice place but noisy especially in the block above the car parking area.
