Christofinia Hotel Cyprus offers a location that's popular for its easy access to Nissi Beach, as highlighted by many travelers. Guests have called out the hotel's cleanliness, from well-maintained rooms to a tidy pool area. However, the hotel's service and amenities earn mixed reviews; some appreciate the friendly staff and the pool, while others find the service slow and entertainment lacking. While the atmosphere is generally well-regarded around the pool, the repetitive nature of amusement is a downside. Rooms are noted for their cleanliness and views but critiqued for dated decor and comfort issues.

We first stayed at this little gem of a place for a week in September 2022. We loved it so much that we booked to return the following May for 2 weeks, and are due to return again in June this year for 2 weeks to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The staff cannot do enough to accommodate their guests and work tirelessly to ensure they have the best stay possible. The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice which varied throughout the week. The cocktails are amazing and the pool bar offers snacks throughout the day. Our room was thoroughly cleaned everyday and had everything we needed including a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony! The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the lively Nissi beach or a short walk away from some of the quieter beaches, if that's more your thing. Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion and people have different expectations however, we honestly cannot fault the Christofinia hotel and the staff are simply fabulous 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at the Christofinia in Oct 23. Location is fab for access to Nissi Beach just over the road. The room was large enough for us 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 12) plenty of cupboard space/storage. We upgraded to AI the morning after we arrived which was great as the food and drink options were plentiful. The maid came every day. Bathroom was a good size and shower was powerful, although we had a problem with the hot water supply on our last couple of evenings, we were given access to another room above us but this had the same problem. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the guy working in the bar was welcoming although was on his own so could take a while to get a drink if there were more than a couple of families in the bar, or when he was on his breaks. Although we went off season so I presume there are more bar staff during peak seasons. Pool area was lovely, kids enjoyed the large pool, albeit a little cold. Snack bar was fab and so was the outside bar. Would stay again, but we like to try out different hotels.

Not sure what hotel has 4 stars for .
Same type food in general . Breakfast - the same every morning . Soup is only one type a day and served only on dinner .
Kids food - served separately only on dinner and had only 3 plates to chose from . Kids club - well is just a word about Room - no animators, you can play there and supervise kid in the room. You can have supervision for an hour however do not expect it to be professional child minder (same person who is making sales in the local shop and helps with towels. Towels can be changed once a day (have to use same ones you got in the morning ) . Entertainment for kids was only once During our stay.(The Show)No drinks are served to the table from the bar. Short of staff . No day entertainment. Evening entertainment happened only once during our stay (live music)
Musing in lobby sometimes is not even played and it seems as a miserable place with loads of people overhearing conversations. Very small spa area (however lady does good job)
Would I recommend it to my friends - most likely no ,if that only could be over late 40ies ..

Let's start with positive aspects which I noticed during our stay - location. Hotel is perfectly situated withing walking distance to 3 nearby beaches: 5min to Nissi, 10min to Landa and 15min to Makronissos. If you wish to go to Aya Napa there is a bus stop located 3min from the hotel.

Unfortunately there is no more good sides of this place. They advertise themself as Hotel**** which is completely not true. The only decent area is the lobby but as soon as you choose to use stairs instead of lift you will find out that it is dirty and not very presentable.

The standard room which we had was far away from what you would normally expect from a 4 starts hotel. It was ok but it was more like 2 stars. Bathroom needed deep cleaning as there was some stains (mould?) on ceiling as well as dirt in the corners around the shower. Fortunately we spent all day outside from the every morning until late afternoon with short breaks for shower and sleep. If you are the person who likes to spend more time in the hotel room you will be extremely disappointed so do yourself a favour and avoid.

We went with B&B option which we prefer as we always like to explore local restaurants. We are not very fussy however I have to admit that this was one of the worse breakfast I have ever had. Food was just not presented very nicely and had very weird taste. I literały ate muesli during whole stay with nuts and coconut milk. I was afraid to explore anything else after fall start on the very first breakfast. I can only imagine how all-inclusive must have looked like... On top of it the restaurant chairs had some ugly stains on which only intensified negative experience while you are eating.

All in all I would definitely avoid this place in the future and only book it if we had no other options but it would be room only as paying extra for breakfast is waste of the money.

The hotel presents itself as 4 stars, which absolutely do not correspond to what you will see upon arrival.
We had bugs in the bathroom in the room. Stranger's hair was lying on the floor and the towels were washed and stained. The food is lousy. Eggs taste like straight out of a bag, not to mention drinkable. We ordered cola zero for €2.50 because we didn't have all inclusive but only half board and they brought us the cheapest copy of cola diluted with water. The waiter who orders the drink will bring you water for €2.50 without asking, which you don't order and as a result you have to pay for it at the end of your stay. You can't be in the pool during the day, it's very warm and doesn't even cool down. The rooms are not soundproof and everything is very audible.
I definitely do not recommend the hotel.

We arrived with my sister and brother in law @ 1am and was greeted by a man who told us that there is a maintenance issue and that you will be upgraded to a 5 star hotel up the road for 3 days.
The following day we came back to the hotel to ask what the maintenance issue was all about. The receptionist told us that they had a pump issue in one of the blocks to the hotel. In fairness they did offer us an upgrade to half board but this was the only year we’ve come away just to do bed and Break as we normally do all inclusive but this time we wanted to eat out so the upgrade was not of any benefit to us at the time. We have since come back on the day expected to the hotel and they told us that our rooms will not be ready officially until 2 o’clock but they would let us in by 12. My question was if you’ve had an issue with the pump the rooms should already have been vacated and cleaned, therefore I started to smell a rat. So our arrival we decided to check out the floor where we were allocated and the cleansers were cleaning the room due to people moving out. we spoke to some other people on the same floor who had been on the same floor for the last so I feel the Chritofina has not been 100% truthful with us.
I will wait to see what adventure is next and will keep you posted.
So far not impressed

We have just returned from this hotel being a group of 9 on the 23rd sept staying all inclusive. Yes this hotel has some problems but not as bad as some of the things you read. It is not a 4 star hotel which jet2 says it is classed as a 3 star.
Hotel overall clean, parts could do with a bit of a refresh. FOOD is the main concern there could be more choice but our group always ate there never had cold food or prison slop as 1 reviewer had said. Breakfast was good every morning just like a good old English fry up, always replenished and of course cereals , cheese, meats, hardboiled eggs salad. Could do with another toasting machine as long queues at times waiting but a minor thing. Some of the group went in for lunch with no problems as others used the pool bar for snacks which were good and a big shout out to ANDY the chef who we got to know and was a good laugh and always said goodbye to us around the pool when he left off work. MATAS in the bar was friendly and joked with all of us so thumbs up for him also. Reception staff when we did need to talk to were friendly and NOT rude like people have said.
Rooms were cleaned every day and water, soaps were always left so don't know why others said their rooms were not cleaned. Aircon we found did not turn off after an hour it ran all night if wanted.
Maintenance service was good because on arrival our toilet seat was broken so reported it 11.30pm and was fixed next day when returned to the room.
As for the alchol/migraine and acid burn we can assure you the group of 9 of us gave the pool bar and main bar a hammering with no ill effects what so ever. Only problem of pool bar was coke and lemonade were always flat.
When we booked this hotel at the time we did it had good reviews but nearer the holiday they started to go down which worried us so much we even contacted jet2 about the situation just so it was on record if things went down hill but on our visit we were pleasantly suprised and enjoyed our week there with no real issues as others.
Hopefully jet2 will see these comments and perhaps try and sort the food situation and give it a 3 star which it is and not 4 but it's in a good area near to the fabulous Nissi beach so don't instantly dismiss the Christofinia in Aiya Napa.

Hotel clean with good food options, although I would say Is this year drinks service in the restaurant was slow .
Staff always friendly especially those at the pool bar and snack bar.
Rooms are modern clean and comfortable for 2-3. Could do with more hangers in the wardrobe but I took some of my own. To elevate this issue. The pool is large with swim up bar plenty of loungers.
The hotel is in a great location for Nissi beach , close to a bus stop where you can get a bus that will take you into The centre of town if you want to liven things up. These are excellent value at €1.50 upto 9 pm and € 2.50 after that or you can get a weekly pass for €20.
This was my 3rd stay at Christophina and have just booked again. We will be back 17th October 24,

The general decor of the hotel was nice but the bedroom definitely had no proper storage space to take the clothes out of the suitcase. Just three very slim drawers for 2 people. The food was awful, lukewarm poor quality. Had to go out a few times just to get something decent to eat. Restaurant staff was rude and pretending not to speak a word of English etc. The fabric seating was dirty and stained.
Although advertised as a spa, we had to phone outside company get a treatment done at the hotel but my friend enjoyed it. The bar was nice and reasonably priced. The barman was nice. Housekeeping staff was good and friendly. Good part of the town, quiet and short distance to nissi beach or short bus or taxi trip to Ayia napa. Definitely try the party boat excursion and the drag show Stardust.
First time in Cyprus lovely place.
