The hotel has a lovely pool area and bar and is next to a lovely sandy beach thats not over crowded.
The hotel was spotlessly clean with all the covid regulations in place.
Buffet style breakfast was full of choice and different menu daily with sanitiser and gloves provided to use the serving spoons etc. Great hotel in a good area close to bars and restaurants but the hotel did offer dinner menu specials.
We arrived late at night and, unfortunately, we were not given the room we had paid for (De luxe with full sea view). I immediately raised this with reception and they reassured me that this would be addressed the following morning. Despite the usual anxieties, they were true to their word and by 10:30am, we were in the correct room which was faultless. Housekeeping had placed balloons and a bottle of wine for my wife's belated birthday. I later met Spyros, the manager, who apologised for the error and said he would compensate us by letting us have the room on a free late check out on our final day - we were not due to leave the hotel until 8pm. Again he was true to his word and this enabled us to have a full final day doing whatever we wanted with no time constraints.
We found all staff to be exceptional at their jobs and very friendly, each seemed to have a mission to ensure our holiday was the absolute best it could be. This them ran through the whole team, manager, kitchen, waiting, bar and maintenance staff alike. There was a feel that they were all part of a family.
Other examples of outstanding service:
The safe in our room jammed and I raised it with reception - it was addressed within 5 minutes.
My wife sent a drink flying all over the table and floor at dinner one night - three staff descended on us saying 'no problem, don't worry' and immediately sat us at an adjacent table, while replacing the drink and cleaning up in a matter of minutes.
The hotel pool is never over busy and we never had a problem finding vacant sun loungers.
The hotel is ideally situated for access to a gorgeous beach on a safe shallow bay. A parasol and two sun loungers cost a very reasonable 7.50 euros per day.
Central Ayia Napa is no more than a 20 minute walk away and there are regular buses if you prefer.
The clientele of the hotel were a great mix both in terms of age and nationality.
In summary, excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff and service.
Many thanks to Spyros, Gabi, Paschalis and the wider team for a great holiday.
Pros: Adults only. Hotel is in a great location directly across from Sandy Bay Beach, close to Nissi Beach and near bus lines which take you all around the Ayia Napa area. Breakfast buffet included, was ok nothing special. Room was clean and decent size, great shower and comfy bed (but single beds pushed together rather than a queen bed). Well priced cocktails at pool bar including 5.50 euro cocktails at happy hour every day.
Cons: Our room was very noisy at night from music/karaoke at a neighbouring hotel until 11/1130pm every day, which was extremely frustrating and meant we couldn’t sleep properly until it ended. We were often given stained bath towels, or bath towels in poor condition. The shower gel is in a pump bottle in the shower and was empty when we arrived and not filled up once despite the room being serviced daily. Poor wifi reception and regularly cut out. Each morning there was a smell of cigarettes/smoke through aircon vents in our room. Can hear chairs being dragged along the ground on other levels.
As a group of 4 adults we booked interconnecting rooms with a shared bathroom, the room was bright and spacious and immaculately clean too.
The staff are all an absolute credit to the Hotel, Spyros the Manager, Maria and Andry on reception, Paul the ‘do everything guy’ all the bar staff made our short stay memorable with their friendly welcoming and helpful nature
As Cypriot residents the hotel is just a short drive for us but we felt like we were on holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone for a quick break away or full holiday
Thankyou we will be back 😊
Pascali the head matridor and his team are chatty, friendly and the most lovely staff I've ever come across. They make you feel individual and special.
Me and my partner stayed here for 10days for a 2nd time and will definitely be back.
We had a slight problem with our room this time and the manager offered us a choice of several rooms to choose from which again was prompt and he made sure we were happy throughout our stay.
The manager himself and the staff would always say hello and again I cant say enough how special they made us feel.
This hotel is a little gem hidden away, with the beach across the road, supermarket on the doorstep and shops and bars all within minutes walking.
You can walk all along the beach front to the the famous Nissi Beach or into Ayia Napa the other way.
We stayed half board and had no problem with finding something to eat at mealtimes or getting a bed by the pool(even the man that cleaned the pool was so friendly and charming)
I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing Pascali and his team again. Thankyou Anonymous for another amazing stay xx
Only down side was the breakfast was very light and always not hot, for that reason we did not really want to try eating in the hotel in the evening but preferred to eat out at the many restaurants around.
hotel is well situated on teh beach and certainly with walking distance of shops and bars. main part of the resort is perhaps 20 minutes away or a 10 Euro taxi ride.
This hotel is a quiet one with no overbearing requirements to listen to load music or rowdy parties.
we liked it a lot
Verdict: A hotel with soul that really will make you return. I will give a good ten out of ten for the overall stay . Thank you for making my holidays a dreamazing experience.

Well done all at this charming, welcoming hotel. We are over fifty years of much travel all over the world, yet this hotel stands out as the most friendly hotel we have ever visited. Forget the rest, come here and be made to feel one of the family.
