Nestled on the beachfront, the Anonymous Beach Hotel is a favorite for its exceptional service and prime location close to attractions. The hotel's cleanliness shines, from the daily serviced rooms to the well-maintained common areas. Guests enjoy a range of praised amenities, including a sumptuous breakfast buffet and a pristine pool. Although evening entertainment may lack vibrancy, the hotel's comfortable atmosphere and value for money, with reasonable pricing for its offerings, make it a popular choice among travelers. However, the rooms, while clean, are noted to be on the smaller side.

Just returned from a long weekend to the hotel and we have already rebooked for the end of October.
The hotel has a lovely pool area and bar and is next to a lovely sandy beach thats not over crowded.
The hotel was spotlessly clean with all the covid regulations in place.
Buffet style breakfast was full of choice and different menu daily with sanitiser and gloves provided to use the serving spoons etc. Great hotel in a good area close to bars and restaurants but the hotel did offer dinner menu specials.

My wife and I normally book 4 Star hotels, however, as costs have increased, we booked this one, described as '3 Star Plus' on Jet2's website. We were not disappointed.
We arrived late at night and, unfortunately, we were not given the room we had paid for (De luxe with full sea view). I immediately raised this with reception and they reassured me that this would be addressed the following morning. Despite the usual anxieties, they were true to their word and by 10:30am, we were in the correct room which was faultless. Housekeeping had placed balloons and a bottle of wine for my wife's belated birthday. I later met Spyros, the manager, who apologised for the error and said he would compensate us by letting us have the room on a free late check out on our final day - we were not due to leave the hotel until 8pm. Again he was true to his word and this enabled us to have a full final day doing whatever we wanted with no time constraints.
We found all staff to be exceptional at their jobs and very friendly, each seemed to have a mission to ensure our holiday was the absolute best it could be. This them ran through the whole team, manager, kitchen, waiting, bar and maintenance staff alike. There was a feel that they were all part of a family.
Other examples of outstanding service:
The safe in our room jammed and I raised it with reception - it was addressed within 5 minutes.
My wife sent a drink flying all over the table and floor at dinner one night - three staff descended on us saying 'no problem, don't worry' and immediately sat us at an adjacent table, while replacing the drink and cleaning up in a matter of minutes.
The hotel pool is never over busy and we never had a problem finding vacant sun loungers.
The hotel is ideally situated for access to a gorgeous beach on a safe shallow bay. A parasol and two sun loungers cost a very reasonable 7.50 euros per day.
Central Ayia Napa is no more than a 20 minute walk away and there are regular buses if you prefer.
The clientele of the hotel were a great mix both in terms of age and nationality.
In summary, excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff and service.
Many thanks to Spyros, Gabi, Paschalis and the wider team for a great holiday.

The hotel opened after our most recent lockdown offering Cyprus residents excellent deals. We chose the Anonymous because of it’s location on a lovely bay and close to Nissi Ave. we could not have made a better choice. From the moment we stepped in to the hotel, all off the staff were friendly and really helpful. Although we chose not to have a sea view room, our room was modern, light and airy with a small balcony to sit out on for a coffee. The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and staff ensured guests complied with current COVID guidelines, even giving guests face masks if the forgotten to bring them to public areas. A big thank you to the manager and his staff and Ms Andry on reception for making a wonderful stay. On checkout, we booked ourselves another short mid week stay for the near future. Highly recommend a stay here.

2 stars rating given due to the noise at night, which ruined the experience for us, and other cons outweighed the pros.

Pros: Adults only. Hotel is in a great location directly across from Sandy Bay Beach, close to Nissi Beach and near bus lines which take you all around the Ayia Napa area. Breakfast buffet included, was ok nothing special. Room was clean and decent size, great shower and comfy bed (but single beds pushed together rather than a queen bed). Well priced cocktails at pool bar including 5.50 euro cocktails at happy hour every day.

Cons: Our room was very noisy at night from music/karaoke at a neighbouring hotel until 11/1130pm every day, which was extremely frustrating and meant we couldn’t sleep properly until it ended. We were often given stained bath towels, or bath towels in poor condition. The shower gel is in a pump bottle in the shower and was empty when we arrived and not filled up once despite the room being serviced daily. Poor wifi reception and regularly cut out. Each morning there was a smell of cigarettes/smoke through aircon vents in our room. Can hear chairs being dragged along the ground on other levels.

Thank you for your visit and your comments have been noted. All reviews are taken under very serious consideration. We would have appreciated you making us aware of any issues during your stay so that our dedicated team could address these. With regards to the music we believe that playing music at a resort area like Ayia Napa until 11pm is considered very reasonable.

Fabulous weekend in Ayia Napa with family at the wonderful Anonymous Beach Hotel, perfect location right on the beach, the Hotel is immaculate inside and out, the grounds are well kept and the pool is perfect too.

As a group of 4 adults we booked interconnecting rooms with a shared bathroom, the room was bright and spacious and immaculately clean too.

The staff are all an absolute credit to the Hotel, Spyros the Manager, Maria and Andry on reception, Paul the ‘do everything guy’ all the bar staff made our short stay memorable with their friendly welcoming and helpful nature

As Cypriot residents the hotel is just a short drive for us but we felt like we were on holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone for a quick break away or full holiday

Thankyou we will be back 😊

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home.
Pascali the head matridor and his team are chatty, friendly and the most lovely staff I've ever come across. They make you feel individual and special.
Me and my partner stayed here for 10days for a 2nd time and will definitely be back.
We had a slight problem with our room this time and the manager offered us a choice of several rooms to choose from which again was prompt and he made sure we were happy throughout our stay.
The manager himself and the staff would always say hello and again I cant say enough how special they made us feel.
This hotel is a little gem hidden away, with the beach across the road, supermarket on the doorstep and shops and bars all within minutes walking.
You can walk all along the beach front to the the famous Nissi Beach or into Ayia Napa the other way.
We stayed half board and had no problem with finding something to eat at mealtimes or getting a bed by the pool(even the man that cleaned the pool was so friendly and charming)
I would 100% recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing Pascali and his team again. Thankyou Anonymous for another amazing stay xx

Now that lockdown has ended we came here for a long weekend & were not disappointed. The room was lovely, very modern & comfortable. The room was kept very clean by the housekeeping team & we enjoyed the breakfast which had a great selection of food. We had a drink from the bar one night & were very impressed when we went back the next night & the barman remembered the room number. All staff members were very friendly & professional. We’ve recommended the hotel to several of our friends & we would happily return.,

we recently had a week at this hotel and we were very impressed. clean and tidy and very attentive staff. we will certainly be back next year.
Only down side was the breakfast was very light and always not hot, for that reason we did not really want to try eating in the hotel in the evening but preferred to eat out at the many restaurants around.
hotel is well situated on teh beach and certainly with walking distance of shops and bars. main part of the resort is perhaps 20 minutes away or a 10 Euro taxi ride.

This hotel is a quiet one with no overbearing requirements to listen to load music or rowdy parties.

we liked it a lot

Amazing service in a cosy and newly renovated beachfront property. Spyros , the General Manager makes his very best to ensure every guest is fully satisfied. Managing by example , he is greeting and assisting all the guests around the clock. The same goes for his entire team that really makes you feel at home. Paschalis , the Maitre d’ Hot el , ensures all your meals are perfect , including a great service of beverages and snacks around the pool and the view bar facing the Golden beach. Do try the ice cream and the famous “Brandy Sour” accompanied by a chicken or salmon wrap, made by Chef Kyriakos. I have stayed for 8 nights and i did not want to check out. I have arrived at the Larnaca airport , where the hotel has arranged the transportation to the property , which is only 20 minutes drive. I was greeted by the Maria at the reception. Her smile and friendliness are remarkable. My room was 314 , directly overlooking the magical Sandy beach. Freshly renovated and super clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy pillows, guarantees a great night sleep. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of international and local delicacies. The swimming pool is amazing, you can relax and have a Shisha , double apple and watermelon are the two most favorable ones. The DJ will create amazing summer vibes until late afternoon. I strongly recommend you to take Half Board as the Evening buffet is really fabulous, with fresh pizza, carving station, pastas, salads, even traditional souvlaki in pitta bread.
Verdict: A hotel with soul that really will make you return. I will give a good ten out of ten for the overall stay . Thank you for making my holidays a dreamazing experience.

Two couples ( who live in Cyprus) stayed here from Monday the 4th of October for four nights. From the moment we arrived we were treated as VIP's. My son and his family( again residents of Cyprus) highly recommended us to stay here, with them having stayed twice before. We have stayed at several nearby hotels previously, but have to give a very honest opinion of this hotel.
Cleanliness 5/5
Food/ drink 5/5
Service 5/5
Friendliness 10/5
Yes you read it right, from reception, waiters, cleaning staff/ manager(MrSpyros) a ten out of five.!!!!
Well done all at this charming, welcoming hotel. We are over fifty years of much travel all over the world, yet this hotel stands out as the most friendly hotel we have ever visited. Forget the rest, come here and be made to feel one of the family.

I've not experienced anything more than what you can get in any hotel, when guests return from nights out. But I've never been at peak time either.
