Amazing hotel. So clean and friendly. Went as a family with 18yr old & 14yr old. We arrived early hours and our room was not ideal (2 single beds and a pull out double bed) and George who took us to our room said in the morning go to reception if not happy and they will change. They changed straight away and said in Cyprus 3 adults & 1. Child means a small child so they showed us room 516 and asked if we were happy to change. This had a room connected so ideal. No hassle at all the rooms were always cleaned and amazing job was done. So quiet never heard any other guests or doors banging so amazing nights sleep. Plenty of chairs by the pool so always somewhere to sit. We only went B&B and the breakfast was fab nothing to complain about. Are at the food but by the pool and portions were massive. Poolside service so you can order drinks and they will bring to your table. This was amazing. Views of the sea and great location as away from all the busy centre but plenty of eating and drinking places within walking distance or catch the bus for only €1.50 ea. our stay has been amazing and if we ever come back will definitely stay here again. We booked this hotel 2 years ago pre covid and finally got to come here and wow it was so worth the wait . Upon arrival someone was there to get bags off the coach , check in was super quick and efficient and everything was explained clearly about how the all inclusive worked . We went straight to the snack bar to grab a drink after a long day and immediately greeted by I hope I’ve got his name right Cosmo ? Anyway again super welcoming got us all drinks and snacks took time to chat and make us feel so welcome , we were to find this was also the same with all the staff we met from the cleaners to the waiting staff what an incredible team . Having stayed at lots of Caribbean hotels mostly the Royalton Chain I have to say I found this all inclusive so elegant and full of charm everything was perfect and done properly almost feel some hotels that cater en mass have lost this intimate feel that this hotel gives we loved the elegance of it . Great selection of food for breakfast lunch and dinner some speciality nights which were superb the outdoor bbq by the pool was amazing . Alcohol was proper branded spirits as were the mixers in drink appropriate glasses . We made good use of the gym enough equipment not have a decent workout . Our son also had his birthday here and we arranged for a cake to be made and brought up to the rooftop burger bar for his birthday meal nothing was too much trouble to arrange this for us . Having teens we did wander into Ayia Napa a few times we stayed in the town square bar whilst they went into a few clubs but to be honest it was a bit of a dive not a great vibe changed a lot since I came here as a twenty something . Snorkelling off the beach wasn’t too bad but highly suggest a trip to green bay up the road we spent all Day swimming amongst turtles . Watersports on the beach are ok it’s about €15 per Person for banana boats etc but this is independent of the hotel . Sunloungers always available plenty for everyone so no need to reserve them but people still do . We would 100% return and cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough Huge thank you to the whole team we arrived full of work stress and went home very relaxed and refreshed .

From check-in to check-out I was made to feel most welcome at this hotel. Being very late season it was quiet. Firstly I should like to say that this hotel takes full Covid precautions, with plenty of masks available at strategic points, to be worn by everyone inside. At mealtimes disposable gloves were worn whilst serving oneself. The food selection was large, varied and high quality. The poolside breakfast and buffet dinner were operating totally as normal despite there being fewer guests. The pool and lounge areas were very enticing, in fact I was happy staying there rather than swimming in the sea. Plenty of very comfortable deck loungers available. My bedroom was very acceptable, with good lighting, storage space and seating. My balcony room overlooked the pool and Mediterranean, and I feel worthwhile to pay that bit extra. It had a Nespresso machine, separate shower cubicle and bath. Plenty of white fluffy towels, and a cotton bathrobe. Toiletries and a bottle of water were provided daily. There are too many staff I could thank, not just for doing their job, but doing it well and with a smile. However I will mention George at the Reception desk who was particularly helpful. The Grecian Sands is just outside of Ayia Napa town, so none of the loud bars and parties. However it is just a 20 minute walk into town if that's your thing. Would I return? Yes definitely. Though probably a month earlier, when there would be more daylight.
