Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel is lauded for its prime location, with guests frequently highlighting its convenient access to local shops, the beach, and attractions. The hotel's rooms are described as modern and clean, complete with comfortable beds and appreciated amenities like complimentary safes and fridges stocked with water. However, some travelers have expressed concerns over occasional maintenance issues and additional charges, such as for pool towels and premium drinks, which some feel detract from the overall value. While the service is generally seen as friendly, occasional inconsistencies, particularly in beverage service, have been noted. The hotel's atmosphere is modern, yet receives varied responses concerning entertainment and dining experiences.

We have just finished a three week stay at Pavlo Napa Hotel. It was our first trip with our 8 month old baby and we didn't really know what to expect. Honestly, we couldn't have had a better experience.

Food
The food was excellent and there was even food that our baby could eat at every meal. Babies can be very messy eaters, but the staff was always very kind and understanding. The breakfast had a wide range of food and even after staying for 3 weeks we still found new food to enjoy. We enjoyed the themed meals and the variety that came with it. A big thank you to the kitchen in making such wonderful food.

Room Service
The room was cleaned every single day and the staff were very understanding and flexible. Some days our baby was asleep when they knocked on the door and they always came back later. One of the ladies even came by with two juice packets for our son which was very kind. Our room was clean and we didn't miss anything throughout our stay.

Additional Info
My husband and I often used the gym which we really enjoyed and also the Laundry room to do laundry. We loved that the hotel had a nicely sized gym with lots of different equipment.

During our stay my husband celebrated his birthday and the staff surprised us with a birthday cake by two staff members. This was a really thoughtful and kind gesture. Thank you.

Because of our young child we would often need to retire to our bedroom quite early and we never had any issues with noise in the hallway or outside. Also, we really enjoyed the small kids pool and the fact that the beach was so close.

This is really a family friendly hotel with a kind staff that go the extra mile in regards to service.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is write on the beach . Reception very prompt and friendly and was given all information. The room was on the 3rd floor with a side sea view. Very modern interior with modern touch light fittings which at first took a bit of getting used to. Full air con again only works when patio door closed. The safe is free a bonus but pool towels are €10.00 per person refundable at end of holiday.
Food was very good with an excellant choice with themed menus each day.
Drinks on the All Inc are selective. We were HB which suited us. Small balcony .Room has a fridge which had a bottle of water for us.
Must just mention the safe .easy to set code But its sits so low in the cupboard it would be a problem if you could not get down easily on your knees. We had no problem. Beach is white soft sand and is only 3mins from the Pool. Drinks at hotel €3.90 for Keo the local beer.
All in all an excellant hotel. Would love to return one day.
One negative...the waiting staff could smile like they enjoy their job. I'm sure they do.

Just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at the amazing Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel. We arrived quite late to hotel, but had food left in our fridge for us which was nice. Hotel was spotlessly clean and room was really lovely, cleaned every day, also had side sea view with balcony which had amazing views and we used a lot. Our Room had UK plug sockets and USB built in so no need for adapters. Mozi’s are around in the evenings, but we learnt how to avoid them and used a Mozi plug in our room. Can get adapter plug from reception for 5 euros which then gets refunded when you leave.
Marianna (entertainment) gave sitting round the pool a lovely feel, was so friendly and happy. Tried to encourage people to join in day activities including water aerobics which was fun, but never felt forced when we didn’t want to. Pool table was 1 euro and there was a darts board and table tennis too to play. The pool bar was great, staff were very friendly. Cocktails were really good too, nothing was too much trouble. We gave them a nice tip at the end 😄
On arrival we were given a free meal voucher for the beach restaurant, food was amazing there so would def recommend that everyone take advantage of that. Lunch time was the best time to go.
Hotel was situated right on the beach which was perfect, beach was well maintained and the sea was wonderful!
Evening entertainment was diff each night, a poster in reception showed what was on. Karaoke was a fun night.
We walked into Ayia Napa along the coastal route (take water bottle) and along the main road. Was a great walk straight to the main harbour, got taxi back for 10 euros.
Walking the other way from hotel towards Nissi bay, was good too. Took about 20 mins but worth the walk. Beautiful beach and beach bars.
Lots of nice shops and bars close to hotel. Can hire electric scooters and quads everywhere.
All in all a fantastic, would definitely recommend and will return

The most honest comment from me. To be honest:
Firstly, the rooms are really small compared to the ones given in the photos on the web site.
Secondly, you have to pay 10 euros / day for the Safety box ... I haven't experienced somthing like it in a 4-star hotel yet
In addtion, you have to pay 10 euros per person (deposit) for each beach-towel when you pick it up. You can take the clean towels only in the period between 10-18h, which is insane for me, because we wanted to travel to other beaches and we can't get to the hotel until 6pm).
Of course, when you return the towels at check out, they will refund you 10 euros.
The pool is open from 8 am to 6 pm and it is mostly crowded, families with children and pool air mattress, so there is no place to swim.
Cleanliness ... hmmm, grade 3
Breakfast is standard, it's ok.
Near the hotel you have a beach (Vathkia Gonia beach), sunbed 2.5 euros, sun umbrella 2.5 euros.
All in all, this hotel deserves a maximum of grade 3

Things are understandable during this pandemic however the hotel is not 4 stars.
The spa/gym is really good, but there is nothing else to rate more than ok.
Room is ok, cleaning is ok, bathroom is like an old facility. The breakfast selection is fair but the dinner is awful. There are no many selections specially nothing for vegetarians.
The staff is nice but some of them are really rude.
The drinks are water down even if it’s a soft drink. A can of fanta what is 330ml probably made up for 3-4 glasses what is a joke.
The hotel furnitures are old fashioned and no entertainment or not even music around.
The location is great, the beach is nice and close to Nissi beach or to the town.
Great restaurants around. Cyprus is cheap and good quality for the holiday, the sea is amazing and warm. But this hotel is definitely not 4 stars, everything looks better on the pictures than in reality.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel! We are very disappointed with our stay in this hotel.

First of all, the room was not even near to a 2-star hotel, starting from the bathroom that hasn’t been renovated for at least 20 years and then the furniture and the blankets that were so disgusting (they have never been replaced). *Totally unacceptable* for a hotel that advertises itself for a 4-star hotel of this price range. The noise from the street was not that loud but the room had absolutely zero soundproofing with the other rooms. You could easily hear even if someone was whispering in the room next to you! It was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed, since we couldn’t sleep any of the nights and nothing was like we expected to be. The pictures of the rooms are completely misleading and apparently some of the rooms might appear similar in reality!

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options so we always chose to eat there. As for the lunch and dinner buffet, I wouldn’t say the same. Lunch buffet was of course the same food every day and there is no reason to have something special but the dinner buffet that for some reason the hotel has also decided to have a theme for every night, was not at all as it was supposed to be. It’s exactly the same food every single day with the addition of maybe one or two dishes that are matching the theme night. So, it’s impossible to continue eat there after a couple of days.

The service was okay and we noticed that sometimes was very fast and sometimes not even close to that. The people there seem quite friendly but not very professional. Meaning that they will never look at you directly in order to help you or try to ask you if you need anything. But, I would say it’s definitely not the reason we are not satisfied with our stay. The pool bar is almost always open offering plenty of drinks and cocktails.

(Wifi: Never worked in our room or anywhere near our room, connected once or twice by the pool area only)

We are absolutely not recommending this hotel and definitely regretting our booking!

Terrible hotel and most certainly not a 4star, 3 star at a push !!! I visited this hotel last week with my wife !! Decor definitely needs modernisation!! Rooms not cleaned properly and staff are probably the worst out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I am not exaggerating !! Very very arrogant bad attitudes ok they work long hours in hot weather but so do I and I still manage to smile. Most of the staff will not make eye contact incase you ask them to do something, they leave you waiting at the bar while they are talking amongst themselves, upon entering the dining room they will not look at you at all and leave you standing waiting for long periods of time !! George at the bar is very ignorant and so is the blonde middle aged receptionist !! Wow she is very very rude I’m not sure what her name is but she is a larger woman with blonde hair and a very bad attitude!! She spoke to my wife very bad !! I’m thinking to myself where is the management when all this is going on? I have been coming to Ayia Napa for about 12 years and this is the only time I’ve not enjoyed it !! The only thing I have no complaints about is the food it is really nice. Management reds to sit down with the staff and tell them to smile and be polite with the guests as they are the people who pay their wage and keep this overpriced overrated hole open !!! I think the 4 stars is for the beach only as nothing is 4 star here. Just take a look at the bathroom and you can tell it is the original from 1989. Also all inclusive has no snacks or even water including!! You get tap water for all inclusive 😂😂 you have to pay for bottle water!! Wow 😂 please if you think about coming here don’t do it !! I can’t even say pay extra and go some place else as this was expensive for what you get !! Seriously take my advice I’ve coming here long enough don’t do it.

We have been staying in Pavlo Napa for 15 years, twice a year, apart from during lockdown, this was our first trip since travel restrictions have been lifted

Rooms: we paid to upgrade to an executive suite as we had our daughter with us. This was pretty expensive at 1000eu extra for the week, but, the room was beautiful. The rooms have been recently upgraded in the main hotel (annexe has not, this will be completed in winter 2022). We paid to upgrade as we didn’t want to end up in a triple room in the annexe (which was the original booking). The standard of the upgraded room has been excellent.

Pool: always good, clean and tidy, water is good quality BUT a couple of times the entertainment staff allowed loud sweary music to be played, with a few F bombs and racial N bombs, which is absolutely unacceptable in the company of babies/children/anyone on a quiet holiday, it was quickly resolved but looking at previous reviews this has happened before, earlier in the year, I like that there’s no entertainment as such because I like the peace and quiet, so lack of entertainment in general is a bonus for us.

Food: the big let down for us, in the past for lunch you have been able to eat in the restaurant overlooking the sea, this is now a separate area, with AI guests eating in the main restaurant, this wouldn’t be a problem except the menu at lunch has become more restricted. Gone are the freshly cooked lunches, replaced with the same buffet food as the evening, which is not the same quality as on previous visits.
The food was often cold, vegetables are not fresh, they are frozen or tinned. Same food, over and over again. Vegetable soup EVERY NIGHT. If I see grilled chicken ever again I might cry. Childrens menu appears to be chicken nuggets and chips, there used to be fresh pizzas etc. Desserts generally are awful, different colour weird texture mousse, or strange cakes, no ice creams as in previous years.
There is a good variety for breakfast, but again much of this is cold. No cooked snacks during the day, only sandwiches and fruit in the main restaurant.
I am the worlds LEAST fussy eater and even I thought the quality was not as good as previous years. I have to add that many guests were complaining about this during our holiday, so we were not alone.
The staff, as always, have been friendly and hard working, the shining star of the hotel. Location amazing.

Will we visit again? Unsure, we like the place BUT there needs to be a bit of change for it to be as good as in previous years, especially as prices are now much higher

Stayed at this hotel for a week with my husband upon arrival the reception staff were very warm and welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile. Nothing has been too much trouble from the staff here at the hotel and they have been very helpful when questions have been asked. The hotel on the whole is very clean and very modern inside with touch buttons to control the lights and also has USB ports which has been extra helpful. We stayed in the main hotel where the pool is and there was also plenty of sunbeds to go around too, the bar staff were also very lovely and friendly and had the best daiquiri of the holiday here too 😀. The only downside I can say about this hotel is that the food isn't hot enough at the all inclusive as by the time you have chosen your selection and got to your table it is luke warm which we were disappointed about and did inform the staff in the restaurant as well as the reception. The food here was good and they did themed nights which was nice so you could try local quizines. We had our towels changed everyday however our bed had not been changed all week, which we didnt complain about as didn't see this as a major problem really. Over all I would recommend to stay here as you do have shops and bars at walking distance and there is a lovely view of the sunset on the rocks by the beach which is beautiful.

Came here for a 6 day break in the half term, was really pleased with the room, very comfortable beds. The room itself had smart lighting, which is control by little panels dotted around the room, at night the light form these shine, so does a sensor on the ceiling, it was very frustrating so bare this in mind if you like pitch black. The hotel also has English plugs which is ideal.
The hotel staff were friendly, there were alot of rude guests so the staff appreciated a please and thank you. The food each day had a lot of variety, some bland options and some really nice tasting meats, we ate out some nights for a change. In the dining room it could have been a little cooler.
The pool was freezing initially and took a little while to get used to! The sun loungers were comfy but a lot were broken so you had to be carefully which setting you lowered the bed to.
We travelled with Jet2 and the hotel staff were good at informing us of how the transfers would work.
The entertainment was surprisingly good, Bob Marley and Michael Jackson especially got the crowd going. We missed some of the nights that we thought didn’t sound too appealing.
The hotel had an offer for a massage which we left too late to book unfortunately. Beware of the massage parkour just outside of the hotel on the beach, they have misleading prices and will haggle you for more money.
The hotel also gave us a free meal voucher to use during the day time at their pool restaurant which was lovely eating by the sea front.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was a much needed relax.

If you go onto you tube, you can put the hotel name in and watch videos by people who have done reviews and tours of the hotel, the pool bar is a round shape with a large canopy over which offers lots of shade.
