Me and my friend stayed here for 5 nights on a British airways holiday booking after changing from Spain. We got nhs Covid tests 72hr before the flight and had our results back within 12hrs, it was easy to fill in the Cyprus flight pass and present it at customs, no delays. Temperature checks before getting on the plane. It was a surprisingly easy experience considering how crazy the world has been recently. There was a mix up on arrival at the hotel - they didn’t have our booking but after a discussion we were given the room key. This was the only negative part of our holiday and we feel we should’ve been given the benefit of the doubt rather than treated so suspiciously. Hotel is beautiful- gorgeous flowers, views, so clean, Hand sanitiser stations everywhere. You use disposable gloves to serve yourself at the buffet. Breakfast was excellent - really good quality. could be improved with offering free prosecco / Buck’s Fizz, and also I would suggest face masks are made compulsory whilst getting food - at times it was so busy in the buffet and although everyone was using a glove, they were breathing all over the food. The pool is so relaxing, super easy to get sun beds - think a lot of people go to the beach. We spent one day on beach which was beautiful but preferred the pool. The pool bar team (Georgia, vasilis, elena, panayotis, olga) are great and so cheerful and delivering food and drinks with excellent service! Food and drinks good quality. There are some activities - aqua gym, stretching, archery. We were disappointed stretching was only twice in the week. It was so lovely and relaxing on the grass looking at the sea and the girl was very calming! Think it would be great to do it every morning. Room was cleaned really well by the maid daily. We had a great view - so stunning - see photo. Room 324. We booked a sea view room. The room was less impressive than we were led to believe by the website. It was more of a 3* basic room than luxury like the rest of the resort is. We only had breakfast at the hotel. We took taxis to the marina for great fish restaurants, Greek, sushi in central Ayia Napa and the first night we ate the Greek restaurant opposite the hotel - all were lovely. There was hardly any brits at the hotel - mainly German and locals I think. I would definitely return and only 4/5 due to the mix up on arrival and the decor of the room.…

Being a local, I have been visiting this hotel for years and it's always been wonderful; amazing location, stunning views, impeccable service, warm welcome, in short, a quintessential example of Cypriot hospitality. Returning from this hotel following a mini-break with friends to celebrate one’s birthday, I had to share with the community, the spectacular time we had there. Considering the unpresented times we have been experiencing, due to the fear of Covid-19, we felt a bit reluctant to stay at a hotel, even in one of the highest caliber. Upon arrival, the warm welcome was there, all hygiene measures are in place, while visitors feel nothing has changed and the hotel’s character remained intact. We didn’t feel like leaving the hotel at all! All hotel restaurants have amazing options to satisfy every dietary requirement, the spa offers relaxing treatments, the staff was super nice, accommodating, professional and friendly. Last but not least, the amazing new addition of Isola bar was the highlight of our stay! Open day and night, it offers great food, amazing cocktails, great music, and a hip atmosphere. i got my wrist hurt bad one night and got back at 4am to the hotel. they helped me, got me some ice and bandaged my wrist. i got asked everyday how my wrist feels and if they could do something the cleaners did an okay job. the breakfast was really good the location was the best you can get in whole ayia napa let me tell you that! and also the pool is beautiful with a nice view to the ocean (see the pic view from the bar ) my favorite were the towel guy and all the lovely people at the bar by the pool. they were all happy all day , nice to everybody and were really talkive. im a traveller guy and have been to so many places and hotels in this world, and i can tell you that those people at the bar were the funniest and nicest hotel workers i met in my whole life (including giorgio the towel guy) i will definetly come back to this hotel!…

Nissi beach resort is the perfect place for organizing any kind of event. We had the christening of our baby at thalassa terrace and I have to admit that they have exceeded all our expectations. The food was amazing, the service was perfect and the ambience of the venue was so romantic with the most perfect sea view. The staff is so kind and always willing to help and keep you satisfied. You can feel their positive energy all the time. Regarding our stay, the hotel was very clean following all the directions for Covid 19. Last but no least I had a great experience at the spa which offers a wide variety of services including hair styling and make up.
