Myself and my partner have just returned from a week at Nissi beach hotel and everything about it was perfect. We had booked last minute and booked a garden view room but on check in, they informed us we had been upgraded to a sea view room, which was lovely. The check in process was quick and easy, they had screens up, hand gel and we wore masks. The room view was incredible. Breaker was a buffet which had gloves to wear when getting your food and signs on the floor to ensure people followed the right way round and the room was never too crowded at any time. The beach is literally a stones throw walk, right down some stairs and you are there. You are given two towels that you can exchange daily and we spend a majority of our holiday sitting on the most amazing beach I have visited. The sun loungers cost 2.50 euro a day which was worth it and only hotel guests were allowed to use these so they were never too crowded also. There was free parking which was useful as we rented a car and also a tax always waiting outside for the evenings when we went for a drink. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would return.

I've had my business trip in Limassol, but since I got business done earlier, I've decided to have short vacation which was needed after unnececary Covid 19 resteictions. I got to the hotel and was asked if I want to anything to drink while I fill up informations. Than I was told my room was upgraded to sea view so I was pretty happy. Room was nice and clean, even though its not the most modern one, but its fine, but view is amazing. Location at Nissi Beach is perfect and I garden of the hotel is just amazing, same goes for swimming pool, it has the great view of the bay (even though I think its a waste of time to stay at the pool when there is such a beautiful beach). Beach is kinda private, even though it doesnt belonge to the hotel, but only hotel guests were there and chairs costs 2,5 Euro per day so good price, you can also get clean beach towel every day which was nice. I only had breakfeast, but it was a good one, I really liked sitting outside with sea view. I was happy that breakfest stayed the say despide Covid19, you were only asked to use glove when getting the food (thats ok) and only thing I was missing was live cooking, but maybe if I would ask they would make me omelete. So my stay was short, but perfect and will come back for longer stay in August.

The personnel perfect from the reception to the guy that you give the towels all with a smile and all of them are pleased to help you. People that created memories for us. Being a local, I have been visiting this hotel for years and it's always been wonderful; amazing location, stunning views, impeccable service, warm welcome, in short, a quintessential example of Cypriot hospitality.
Returning from this hotel following a mini-break with friends to celebrate one’s birthday, I had to share with the community, the spectacular time we had there. Considering the unpresented times we have been experiencing, due to the fear of Covid-19, we felt a bit reluctant to stay at a hotel, even in one of the highest caliber. Upon arrival, the warm welcome was there, all hygiene measures are in place, while visitors feel nothing has changed and the hotel’s character remained intact. We didn’t feel like leaving the hotel at all! All hotel restaurants have amazing options to satisfy every dietary requirement, the spa offers relaxing treatments, the staff was super nice, accommodating, professional and friendly.
Last but not least, the amazing new addition of Isola bar was the highlight of our stay! Open day and night, it offers great food, amazing cocktails, great music, and a hip atmosphere. Thank you Filios, Andreas, Adamos, Maria and everyone else who made our 2020 summer stay, memorable!!

First holiday away as a family and we couldn’t have faulted this lovely hotel.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach. The gardens are lovely with lots of beautiful flowers surrounding it.
There rooms were a little small for a family of three with little storage space (we had a standard double room with a travel cot) however it was very very clean. It would have been useful if the bedside tables had draws just to make extra space to store clothes etc.
Food was fantastic ! We were half board and there was plenty of variety each evening so we never had option of having something different every night. Each evening there is a themed cuisine and the food was of great quality. I was a little worried about having a buffet style dinner as this can often produce poor quality food however not here, it was delicious. We also ate at the pool bar and Taverna which were equally as lovely. Would highly recommend Taverna for seafood. One day we went to the beach snack bar which I wouldn’t recommend as food wasn’t great and served in a cardboard box despite us eating in the restaurant. Only think I would change would be a children’s menu, there were no options for children and adults portions were too big. Our child is 15 months so certainly didn’t need a large portion and we struggled on what to feed him for lunch each day as only options really was pizza which isn’t something I wanted to give him at this age every single day. Evening was fine for children as lots of options.
All the staff were just lovely! A special thanks to Vasilis and his team at the pool bar for being so friendly each day. The lovely gentleman that greeted everyone each evening to the main restaurant.
Also if you get time then highly recommend the spa too! Very very relaxing

Kids pool boring shallow pool in the sun with no shade You pay for Loungers on the beach which are alway full Food at pool bar limited choice Limited pool service so if you are all Inclusive you’ll be up and down to the bar Rooms very small especially with kids bed in Beds uncomfortable Disabled guest will struggle with ramps to Pool as they are reidiculously steep and you’d be brave to go down in a wheelchair. Not all Rooms accessible by lift so ask for accessible room if needed
Won’t be returning ans would not recommend for Families with young children.

We recently got married at Nissi Beach Hotel and couldn’t of asked for a better experience. We booked through a third party but to be honest went through the hotel for most things and I wish I booked direct.
I initially had loads of questions and no question was too small for Marios (the Nissi Beach wedding coordinator). When we arrived we had our wedding meeting and meticulously went through the whole day to make sure what we wanted came to life. We then met Anna (Marios’ assistant) who was absolutely amazing! We brought our own decorations with us and Anna went through all the small details with me and followed what I wanted to a T which made my day run so smoothly- decor was something I initially stressed about. Anna arranged for me to have a room to get ready in with my bridesmaids and was just so helpful throughout.
I had my hair and make up done at the resort and the ladies were the best, they made the morning of my wedding a fun experience which helped settle my nerves!
Richard who is the animations coordinator and master of ceremonies was also amazing and checked in with me throughout the day to ensure we were happy with everything.
The food throughout our stay was great, everything was really fresh and I didn’t feel bored at all with the options like you sometimes do when eating at the hotel most nights. We opted for the BBQ buffet for our wedding meal and the food and canopes were so tasty!
The hotel arranged for our room to be upgraded for the duration of our stay, we had a complimentary breakfast to our room the day after our wedding and a complimentary meal one evening after our wedding. We also received gifts and bottles of champagne throughout.
All the staff at Nissi Beach Resort were friendly and helpful and the cocktails at the bar are the best we had out there- I’d highly recommend the strawberry daiquiris! Beach towels are included and can be exchanged daily and I think the towel man is the friendliest man I’ve ever met.
We were upgraded to a sea view room and it was perfect for us, ample space for a couple and enough wardrobe space for my dress!
The location is great, it’s not too close to the strip and there are loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn’t use the beach much but there’s lots of water sports if you were into that kind of thing. We also rented a buggy from just outside the hotel and had a great day exploring nearby beaches and places such as lovers bridge and blue lagoon.
An overall amazing stay made extra special by the care and attention from all staff, we will defo be returning!

The hotel is very dated however the staff and service is not something I enjoyed at all. I would rate staff 1/10 and service 2/10.
I found the staff very rude and abrupt on several occasions, very slow and unwilling to help. I arrived to a Broken shower which dripped and was blocked Therefore the pressure was very low. I headed to reception to ask for the shower to be fixed for to move us to a fully functioning room.... the lady at reception shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to tell me 'it was only the shower head it's broken' I asked if they knew the shower was not working before I checked into the room to which I was told YES (to my shock!) I then asked why it was left if this was known about.
TERRIBLE service and not a care in the world.
The shower was fixed after I re-requested to move rooms.
The cleaner does not always come and often has to be reminded to bring new towels.
Basic things are missing from this hotel and basic customer service is most defiantly missing.
I will never return and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Dear Charley, Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor. albeit with a low score which stands out amongst all the raving reviews we normally receive expressing the satisfaction of our resort guests. A malfunctioning does happen even in the best of hotels and in your case our receptionist, who is an appreciated team member since decades, understood what the problem was likely to be and arranged immediately for our maintenance department to go to the room to rectify the problem (which indeed was to have the shower head replaced). We are sorry that you happened to be checked in to a room that needed a minor repair, but as it was acted upon immediately, we would not think this would cause so much distress on your part. Our housekeeping clean the rooms on a daily basis and towels are exchanged in accordance with a water saving programme explained in the room. That is towels left on the rack means that a guest will use them another day i.e. they will not be exchanged. This programme has worked very well and is appreciated by our guest amongst whom more and more realise the necessity of saving water. You must have overseen this information. It is a pity that you could not see the through the initial mishap and realise the friendliness amongst our staff and their eagerness to give our guests a lovely holiday with us at Nissi Beach Resort, as we are proud of them and their genuine hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to every single member of the Nissi Beach Resort family, who welcomed us all with a warm smile and made our stay so pleasant. Organising a wedding abroad, in the middle of a pandemic was challenging, to say the least. Thanks to the excellent team, led by Mr Marios Charalambous, who was always available to answer our questions and provide solutions to everything, our daughter's wedding was nothing short of magical. Marios recommends top notch professionals who deliver excellent results, such as florists and dry cleaning services, to name a few. Tassos, the Master of ceremonies, made sure everyone knew where they had to be and at what time and delivered his guidance with humour. On the night, the food, decoration and service were excellent. We all had a wonderful time and created some very special memories. The hotel itself is very well kept and the Gazebo where the service took place, was surrounded by beautiful, colourful gardens. I cannot praise the people of Nissi Beach Resort enough or feel more grateful for making everything fall into place on the day. A big thank you to all of you!
PS I have never eaten such a delicious wedding cake in my 53 years of life!

We chose the Nissi Beach Resort after it came highly recommended by our TUI representative at home when looking at destination wedding resorts. When arriving at the hotel in the early hours of the morning we were greeted by very polite and helpful staff with a fresh lemon drink. We were checked in very quickly and given all the information we needed for the following days wedding meetings and details of the operation of the hotel. We were then shown to our room. We were the first wedding at the hotel of the 2023 season but you wouldn’t have known this by the excellent coordination of the staff. Marios, Anna and entire wedding team were on hand to answer any and all questions, arrange how we wanted our day to run and where everything needed to be and when. Our wedding plans needed to be changed unexpectedly the evening before the big day due to the high waves and rough seas cancelling our pre-planned catamaran cruise, which was a huge Chuck of our wedding day. We were giving various options from the hotel and our TUI rep Orla to fill in our day. The hotel and its teams, managed to arrange canapés, a wedding bus tour, a saxophonist and an ice cream cart to be added to our day only 18 hours before our ceremony was due to begin. This was all done on our behalf with minimal input from us, this allowed us to continue our ‘night before’ as planned. The wedding day itself ran absolutely perfectly. The hotels hair and makeup team did an amazing job and even allowed us to add another person two days before. The Thalassa terraces was set up beautifully and exactly as we dreamed of. The staff could not do anything more for you if you tried. The even carried our plates back from the buffet! The BBQ buffet was incredible, both us and our guests were extremely happy with this. There was so much food. They were more than happy to move us back inside when the wind was a bit cold for our guests and arranged our first dance song to be done in the lounge bar. We had beautiful flowers, chocolates and fresh fruit left in our room during our wedding day and enjoyed a champagne breakfast brought to our room the following morning. We also had our candlelit dinner the evening after the wedding, which was amazing. The quality of the food served for every meal was outstanding. The location of the hotel is amazing. The beach is honestly the best beach I’ve ever been too and the water is crystal clear. I would highly recommend this hotel for both a holiday and a wedding destination. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else.
