To the last two reviewers on here. I have stayed at Adams Beach 24 times. The Elegance rooms are indeed refurbished, but are the standard hotel rooms. Looking at the comments and photographs, you've both been UPGRADED to the DeLuxe wing, not downgraded or been subjected to fraud. 'm only highlighting this as it doesn't sound like this was explained properly to you by the hotel.

The whole experience of holidaying at Adams Beach was amazing. Reception was always happy . The breakfast was very nice with a small vegan section. Just two small points though, the cheese was in the same serving tin as the smoked sausages and the omelette chefs used the same gloves for handling ham and the veggies. As a vegetarian I just wasn’t keen . The coffee was lovely and the staff so friendly We was downgraded from the elegant rooms ( which obviously hadn’t been completed) to the Adult Only wing . We went with this as it was Uk school holidays there was tons of children. The room had slippers and bathrobes, mini fridge and free water . Our cleaner was fantastic The safe in room is Free of Charge The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The pool staff even clear up the seaweed The prices at the bar was on the higher side . €6 for an Americano coffee! €9 for wine . €5.5 for local beer The hotel supplies beach towels that are colour coded as to if you are in Adult Wing , you are able to use Adult Pool . You are able to change these daily There is a supermarket attached to the hotel . Outside the hotel there are bus stops . The local buses run very frequently and are priced at €1.50 to Napa . There is a lovely bakery opposite and a hairdresser. The hotel is fabulous overall . However allowing non residents in to use the facilities when the hotel is already busy was a little annoying as finding a sunbed was very tricky.

We booked an Elegance room. But we were given a much older room that stank of mold, and the design was not at all what we had booked. At the reception, they started to make a fool of me and say that this is exactly what I have booked. After proving by the photo that we booked another new and stylish room, and not this old and smelly one, we were told that the room category was upgraded, so we should only be better. The argument was - there are more squares, so you should be happy that we gave you another one. And the staff told us that the rooms we booked are not available. But we insisted that we wanted the exact number we paid for. When we threatened to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel, a free room was immediately found, the very beautiful one that we had booked from the very beginning. Very bad and rude attitude. It's not nice to cheat customers by pushing them a cheap room instead of an expensive one

They don't have bathrobes in the hotel, they don't leave water in the fridge. They allow people who are not hotel guests to use their pools and beaches, hotel guests do not have priority of sunbeds. People from other hotels come from the side and take their place, the guests have to grab the deckchairs.

Lovely week at Adams Beach. Going back in August. Friendly staff and wonderful food. Had a great welcome as it was our anniversary- flowers, chocolates , fruit and bubbly. Managers were accommodating. Even Jet2Holidays collected our suitcases on the day we left so departure was so easy and stress free

We went here with our 9 month old baby and had such a great stay in the Junior suite. Unfortunately our room (Elegance) with Sea view wasn’t ready, so they was very nice to upgrade us to the junior suite. Big and lovely room with bathtub, more privacy and nice view. All the staff from reception, cleaning, spa, poolbar and specially in the restaurant is very nice and friendly - and they all said hi and played with our baby and she loved it! Specially thanks to the ladies in Guest Relations for helping us out. The hotel is located perfectly with Nice private beach and different pools. Also just 50m from Nissi Beach. Unfortunately no heated pool, so the water in all pools was cold but ok. There are restaurants and shops everywhere just 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa and 5 min by the bus which cost 1,5 euro. We walked everyday. There is also a nice gym with many machines and dumbbells aswell. The perfect big size hotel gym i’ll say. The breakfast in the restaurant was great! They had everything, different kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fresh fruit and a lot more. That was a really nice buffet! Overall we are very happy about our stay at Adams Beach Hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the big pool area and private beach is just amazing! We would love to stay here again next time for sure! ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience at the hotel. From the time we set foot into the hotel we felt very welcome by the friendly staff, especially Mihail and the GM Digitris. Even though the room wasnmt ready we were given towel cards to use the hotel amenities while the room was getting ready. The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping staff refilled everything we used up during the day. Nothing beats a fresh cup of coffee in the morning with an amazing view to the Nissi and the private beach. Would definitely recommend to any couples or family with their many activities in the resort. Thank you again fir making our trip amazing!!!!
