This place has to be a first choice for anything wanting the very best of everything while enjoying the stunning surroundings of Ayia Napa and the Famagusta Region. From the moment you enter the beautiful foyer through Valentines bar, the pools and of course the 1st class restaurants, nothing is left but to relax and enjoy your time in this glorious hotel.

We spent 6 days at the resort and all started well, a lovely but very small sea view room. The pool facilities with flumes and fountains may it a fun place to stay with children as did the lovely beach area but not for couples. There was a fridge in our room which we could use but it was so close to the bed it was difficult to open. The bathroom was so small the door only just cleared the toilet. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in our room although there was in others so not a consistent standard. The double bed was very big, comfortable and filled the room and there were very few English tv channels. The room was very clean and equipped with a free safe. There were two main problems. At the weekends outsiders gate crashed the facilities with no checks by staff. There must have been at least 80 outsiders on the Sunday, easily recognised by not having the hotel towels. One group even bought a dog in! The second problem was the noise (sorry music) from the beach bar next door on Nissi beach which blasted out from mid morning until dusk. This is a hotel for families not couples, with good beach and pool facilities, friendly staff and clean rooms but they should protect their facilities to make the cost of a five star hotel worthwhile.

This hotel is unfortunately not a 5 star, it might have been 30 years ago! First of all, it is impossible to find a parking space! The swimming pool area is always packed and not at all relaxing. The breakfast area is very crowded and messy and the atmopshere is somewhat depressing. The rooms are nothing special, very basic and not completely soundproofed. The beach restaurants are very pricy. Overall, this hotel is chaotic. Sadly I don't think we will stay at this hotel again.

We’ve been now at the end of the summer, when the temperatures are lower than the last month but we felt like was something else. The room was very clean every morning. The breakfast was good also. Very clean pools, very friendly staff and we enjoyed our 5 days there.
