It is no coincidence that the guests who have visited the hotel so far have given such a good rating. They were helpful in everything. They are kind and seem to be interested in the opinions of guests. The room is great, the hotel is in a great location. Food, drinks are delicious, what else do you need? Keep it up...

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights a couple weeks ago, can not understand the bad reviews at all, rooms are luxury and very clean, noise is same as you would find in any other hotel back home or abroad, our apartment looked directly onto street and noise was minimal at night. Hotel is clean, round the pool is spotless and in eating places too which may i add staff were friendly and couldnt do enough for you, u also get a discount in eating places and bakery belonging to hotel if you are staying at hotel. You get pool side service for drinks, no need to constanly run to bar. We required a late check out and that was no problem at all sorted in 2minutes. Hotel is bang in middle on town close to just about everything. Beds were comfy had a goodnites sleep. Air con worked no issues infact it was a life saver as it was so hot but room was so cool it was a delight. Will def be back to melpo in future, dont let bad reviews to put you off as its not a bad place at all its exactly as its described. Thank you melpo for our stay its was fabulous 😄

The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars and I really wonder how they gave to it 4 stars. A/cs were not fixed and phone was not working upon our arrival. The technician came fast however was not wearing a mask and was using the chair of the room while fixing ac so I had to clean it well after his dirty shoes. Spots on ceiling. I don't mind to have the inland view but not the view on ugly dirty wall of another hotel. No safeguard or anyone from staff next to pools. To open an umbrella I was begging a barman. At reception they are telling your room number to any person from the street who asks for it without your prior permission or at least informing you. Decoration at reception with old-fashion clothes under the glass makes the whole picture chippy.

Only location is good and polite personnel.

We stayed for 2 weeks on a bed & breakfast basis. We stayed in a superior room overlooking the pool. It was a good size room and balcony.
The location of the hotel is very good, a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around.
We felt the breakfast was good and you could sit inside or outside overlooking the pool. With the hotel you get some discounts at a couple of onsite restaurants and the bakery. There is also a 5% discount at the supermarket attached to the bakery and the supermarket prices were good compared to other places - especially the Mythos!
Pool towels were available with a refundable deposit and could be changed regularly at no cost.
Our room - They advertise tea & coffee making facilities in every room. This consisted of a kettle and 1 mug ( took 4 days to get another mug) No spoon or tea/coffee sachets provided. Full size fridge, safe and air conditioning (which worked well) were included in the price. The shower gel/soap in the bathroom was good too.
What let it down was the general cleaning in the room, quality of the towels (frayed) and bedlinen. The sheets were changed twice however the pillowcases weren't resulting in having to chase housekeeping along the corridor the second week to get clean ones. Bath towels were changed everyday, which wasn't necessary however the hand towels weren't and sometimes after several days were removed and not replaced.

Overall I don’t think the hotel was advertised correctly to what it actually is.
Had a 10 day stay here, the staff were amazing and so polite, there was a young lad there in the evenings he was so lovely.
We went all inclusive, this was beneficial for drinks only, the food however, was the most limited I’ve ever had during a all inclusive. Breakfast was the same everyday which is understandable. Lunch was basic and dinner was just the same. Majority of the stay we eat out.l as it wasn’t really many options to choice from. On the TUI website some photos are included in the pictures that appear to be the hotel until you arrive there actually the joint restaurants that your given a discount in, which we never received a discount when eating in. The room service was every other day and we didn’t even require it, maybe twice, on those days they left us with no towels and no toilet roll, meaning twice we had to go to reception and ask for more items which is no issue, but I don’t understand how they left us with no towels and toilet roll. The entertainment side, there wasent any, we seen one guy play some music which was amazing I will add and that was all within the 10 days. The overall hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing, but the rest didn’t quite feel like it was worth the amount you pay. it needs more entertainment ( I guess maybe it’s because it’s near the strip this dosent happen ) but there was still a lot of people with young children and family’s that probably would off benefited with something more low-key at the hotel in the evenings and a couple more options during dinner.

The hotel has a great location and you couldn’t ask to be more central. Service and staff is very poor and very little helpful. There seems to be no communication between the different teams at the front desk and it seems like there is only one person that can make any decisions there.

Bar is okey, quite slow and drinks are not the best. They are very inconsistent in their production of drinks. Breakfast caters to the British tourist, but the quality on the breakfast elements is quite low. They could also invest in some higher quality orange juice, the current one is terrible. The apple juice is okey.

When it comes to the rooms, if you order a room with a living room you might as well order the studio. The only thing you get extra is an extra room. There is no more furniture or seating space compared to a studio room.

When it comes to the quality of the rooms they have a lot of rust stains and it seems like they don’t try to fix those. Staff didn’t really care about it. The staff also claimed to have switch our towels several days when they hadn’t done it.

I would chose a different hotel next time and something with a lot better service and standard at the hotel.

Clean and fresh rooms, with excellent cleaning service. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location - close to everything, great breakfast buffe. Nice clean pool with sun all day. Very good service on our late evening departure, we could store luggage and use showers after a day on the beach so we were fresh for the flight.

We had a wonderful experience here. We were in an apartment and went B&B. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and always acknowledged us when we passed by the desk. Our apartment looked on to the pool so was great to sit out in the evening and watch the world go by. Worth paying extra for this. Cleaning staff worked very hard and our room was spotless, sheets regularly changed. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. Waiting staff friendly, and hard working. Poolside and pool was spotless and we could always get a bed no matter what time of day we went down. Location was wonderful, right in the centre of Ayia Napa.

For a long time she lived in the MelpoAntia hotel. From the good: large, new, beautiful rooms.
Very nice staff, everyone is friendly and helpful.

Very tasty cuisine.
The variety of choices is impressive.
This is the kind of hotel where you don't mind paying money for food. Always 3-4 types of meat, seafood, 6 salads always 😳 every time there are a lot of desserts and the table is bursting with fruits: watermelon, melon, apricots, plums, peaches, nectarine, bananas, oranges, apples.
The bar always has delicious drinks.
Very good location.
There is parking for cars.

When checking in, pay attention to where your room goes, because it can be noisy on the streets of Ayia Napa 😂

live music is also played in the evenings. It decorates dinner very much)

I also liked that there are 2 pools. While there can be a lot of people on one, it will be quiet and calm on the second 👌 I highly recommend MelpoAntia for your comfortable stay!

Disappointed with the experience at the hotel overall, came on a girls holiday with a friend so the location was perfect for the nightlife, we found that the hotel had strange rules we weren’t allowed to bring in food from outside the hotel, on arrival our bedsheets were dirty, you can hear EVERYTHING from outside and inside the hotel from your room the bins get emptied at 4am and you can hear people shouting in the hallways early hours of morning.

There is no lifeguard at the pool and there are many groups of young people that scream and shout all day staff didn’t do anything about it until complained, found most people at the hotel very rude towards us.

For the price we paid we definitely wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

We stayed at this hotel recently, in April, we were not disturbed by any loud music. Our rooms were just by the pool. Sure there was some music but it was on a nice level.
