Beautiful spacious hotel, very modern and clean great location 24 hr staff are very lovely and make sure your safe at all times, great car park. Breakfast is simple and small but everything there is needed and nice to eat, due to covid you wear gloves to get buffet breakfast then take off to eat. Only con is there is no pool but the hotel opposite (Avabelle) we learnt you can use most hotel pools despite not staying there. I wish the hotel and the staff all the best

The accomodation was fantastic!
Modern, newly done, on a great location and very clean! And the room was amazing-big, comfortable bed, great shower, and a huge glass terrace! The staff was very nice and the maid came every day, I think. It is located on the main street in Ayia Napa, the city center is 5 minutes walking. The wifi was great, as well.
We would definitely come again!

Me and my sister stayed here for a week in September and can not find any fault. Extremely clean, spacious very well design. The breakfast is lovely and there’s a nice coffee machine. In a great area close to the strip and not far from the beach. There is a 24 hour shop attached to the hotel which is extremely helpful !
Overall loved our stay. The night manager Yiannis is very caring and kind and made sure we were happy. The day time manager was such a lovely and funny woman who makes the experience even better :-) thank you so much ❤️

The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. Really 4 stars standards. Iannis the receptionist has been very helpful in providing all the necessary details for orientation and even gave us some advice on how to make the most of our vacation. The cleaning service is very good. The bed very comfortable and the room looked exactly like the pictures. The pool is amazing, they just redesigned it as I understood. Very quiet and few people around as it’s so big for a hotel like this. The positioning coundnt be better, just 3 bus stations or 20 min walk from Nissi beach and 5 mins from clubs. The food… AMAZING. Even though the breakfast was the same in all days there are many options. Very good ingredients compared to hotels in turkey or Tunisia. The dinner super varied. There are thematic dinners every evening: Italian, Mexican etc. Really enjoyed our stay here and definitely will come back in 2025 at abacus suites.

I stayed at abacus suites for a week for my 21st birthday whilst staying in Ayia Napa. Upon arrival I Wasn’t given balloons, cupcakes & flowers which was very special. Throughout our stay all the staff were very friendly and attentive, helping us make the most of our trip. Usually I don’t eat breakfast but I would rate theres highly, there is something for everybody. Would definitely return back

Nice place to stay for family of 5. The pool was at another hotel over the road which was ok. Breakfast was also good. Parking on site and this was close to the square. The room was the best part, spacious and quiet. A shop next door sold everything needed. A bar on site would of been nice.

Stayed at Abacus again for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Martina and her staff made their best to make our stay enjoyable and safe.
Will return next year, no doubt.
The new breakfast chef and waitress (Nadia) were a welcome addition to an already excellent team.

Room was very clean with nice view. Breakfast buffet was very good, and staff very nice! Location not far from party district and not far from the sea. Very nice stay and greetings to Yanis the receptionist who always looked out for us when we were out partying and who waited for us to come back.

Hi Portsmouth, we stayed in the Abacus suites. We liked it because we though it was good value for money. you need to use the sister hotel if you need the pool, however it isn't something important to us as we much rather go to the beach. The suites Location is very close to the center and the bus stop and there is supermarkets nearby. rooms are refurbished and breakfast is OK. Staff very friendly. hope it helps
There is no pool onsite at Abacus Suites but you can use the pool at the hotel opposite (where you would go for your meals).
