For a four star hotel , I would expect a certain level of standard . The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere which makes navigation difficult . The rooms are pretty basic , nothing to write home about . However what infuriated me was when our delegation was checking out . The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my colleague . He obviously couldn’t speak German and he was also francophone. I think there was an issue of an unsettled bill . The front desk lady was literally yelling at the man and started saying very rude things in German . She didn’t know I could speak German . After I politely asked her what happened and she totally ignored me . People with such temperament should never be in the service industry . Please if you’re coming to this side of town I would advise you to opt for another hotel where you will get value for money .

Perfect choice for an overnight if you have a business to do in the neighborhood. Easily accessible from the airport by taxi ( 25 EUR appr. ). Nice room, good enough to have a sleep after a long day. The bartender was nice enough to provide us some basic snacks even when a kitchen closed already. Breakfast was a strong point, very good choice of different cheese, bread, sausages. Omlett was perfect. There are options for vegetarians too.

For 236eur this was shocking value for money. Had it been 100eur I would have bumped it up one star... The good: - has dressing gowns - friendly restaurant staff - free WiFi That’s it. The bad: - poor check in - no one at the desk - has to change my booking - reception staff wouldn’t do it so called my booking team who sorted it. Hotel staff evasive - very basic room - dirty - please clean the door frames in the bathroom and the glass in the shower screen (yuck) - one pillow per bed, I hope there aren’t two of you sharing... - room smelt musty - felt like a 2star hotel with 5star prices... One of the worst value hotels I’ve stayed in and very patchy customer service. Would avoid avoid avoid. As a pretty frequent traveller, this was a low light.

Subpar hotel experience. Check- in and out had a feel of an East-German-Stasi interrogation process without any smiles although it was at least efficient. Room was dirty for two days in the beginning especially in the tiny bathroom and had to be addressed with management which did not pick up on that the firs time. Room furniture for such a relative new hotel where run down and had a youth hostel feel & function (and not in a good way). Towels were cheap and thin and soap dispensers are like in public locations - please spare me the usual green-save our planet- bollocks.... Smokers are forced to smoke outside although hotel still offers smoking room (?), in front of main entrance and therefore force non- smokers to inhale secondhand hand smoke - lovely?! - Garbage cans are full and not empties, therefore a filthy and unhealthy feel. It was fair time (Messe) in 16 km far away Frankfurt am Main and therefore room prices extremely spiked even here in Nomansland location where you even barely find free parking spots due commercial properties near by during the day but hotel wants you to pay 15 EUR a day in their tiny parking garage. No shops, no restaurants, no tailor, no pharmacies, no supermarket/convenience store, no nothing close by,, except fields where you can work out/run/walk or just scream your frustration out if you desire to do so. Overall an unpleasant, utterly soulless not even clean and unnecessary stay and if you can avoid this property you surely should.

The location, that's right, is not urban, but the good transport links normally convince our guests. We also have some supermarkets in 3min walking distance and our reception team will gladly support you to find the right spot for every service you could need in our surroundings.
