Well positioned with a short (5 minutes at most down a gentle incline) walk to the centre of Lech and the ski lifts.
Possible to more or less ski back to the hotel but not ski out. Each room has allocated ski and heated boot storage.
A fair range of breakfast options; cold meats and cheeses, selection of breads and pastries, jam and honey, hot bacon and eggs (option to request eggs prepared fresh for you), cereals and fruit and unlimited coffee and tea.
Afternoon tea; soup, selection of savoury snacks such as pizza and pastries and a mix of sweet treats including cake, apple strudel and doughnuts. Drinks are available at a charge.
Bar open from late afternoon through to late evening.
Room spotlessly clean, reasonably spacious and very quiet.
The family are delightful and at least one or more will make a point of speaking to you every day to check all is well, share weather news and offer to book restaurants etc.
Lech is an expensive resort and eating out every night can be expensive. It would be great if the family might consider offering a half board option ! I guess a kettle in the rooms might also be handy. However, I would not allow these points to stop me choosing to come back here again!

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived quite late from the airport and the charming Petra and the Strolz family looked after us wonderfully well. They were all very helpful indeed with any queries and making arrangements for dinner. The hotel is located an easy 5 min walk for the lifts and all the Lech shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant provided a very good breakfast and a skiers afternoon snack (cup of tea extra), but no dinner, so it was necessary to go out to eat every evening. The hotel lounges and bar close in the early evening. The Wellness Centre is very pleasant indeed and well equipped, although a jacuzzi pool would have been a welcome addition. The boot room has a complete wall of boot warmers, which gave us lovely warm boots to put on every morning! Thank you Hotel Antonius for a delightfully comfortable week.

We stayed at Hotel Antonius as a family of 4 in January 2020. It was the second year we have been to Lech and both times stayed here. The hotel is in an excellent location, you can almost ski in and it's a short walk to the first ski lifts yet you are removed from the restaurants, bars and main shopping street. The hotel itself is very warm and cosy and Petra and her family are the most welcoming hosts. Buffet breakfast each morning is such a treat with a wide selection of goodies and from 3 - 5pm each afternoon there is a delicious afternoon tea. The rooms are impeccable and have recently been done up to have a lovely homely feel. Could not recommend this hotel more and we will definitely be back!

Our first visit to Lech and the Hotel Antonius fitted us perfectly. We had a very comfortable double room and our 27 year old daughter had her own single room. The welcome by Petra was lovely and warm and she made us feel very special. The ambiance is of a beautifully built wooden chalet, full of local touches. Our bedroom was large, comfortable, light with a very well equipped bathroom and separate toilet. Everything was very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was excellent. A superb choice including delicious smoked salmon, fruit, breads, cheeses, eggs and bacon and a lot more. Plenty of choice for everyone. There was also complimentary afternoon tea with lovely cakes. Plus a nice comfy, well stocked bar to relax in. Beneath the hotel was a good spa, with sauna, steam room, wellness room, ice room and plenty of relaxing areas. There was an area for skis, and also a heated boot room, which made putting on boots each morning a real pleasure. The walk to the centre of town and main ski lifts took 5 minutes and was easy. Plenty of lovely restaurants in town. It is advisable to book and Petra is happy to help with this. The après ski is limited and fairly quiet compared to St. Anton. Overall its a lovely skiing area, with plenty of easy to moderate runs and an excellent lift system with heated seats. The hotel is very comfortable, traditional, quiet and very nice. And the staff all make you feel very special. We will certainly come again as we loved it so much.

This was a Fantastic hotel - a real gem. Petra and her family and staff made us very welcome. Violeta in the restaurant/bar delivered exceptional service with a smile
Tremendous breakfast and always cakes and soup when we came back in from the slopes.
Used the Spa facility every night.
Only 5 mins walk into the centre of Lech and the option to leave your skis and boots at the ski shop next to the lift was a real bonus.
Loads of lovely restaurants to try, Hus Nr 8 in particular was exceptional. Petra will make reservations for you.
We were very lucky as the snow was great and every day we had blue sky and sun!
Impressed with the Ski Arlberg area and Lech was definitely the best place to stay.
We will be back 👍

Well kept, family run hotel that is very welcoming by the excellent staff and owners. All the food, at breakfast and the afternoon soup and desserts, were good quality and a varied selection. We found the rooms spacious and clean with plenty of hanging space. Very close to the centre where you will find the lifts, hire shops, varied restaurants and bars. If you turn left out of the hotel, a 100 metre walk will bring you to a place where you can ski the rest of the way down to the lifts. Great Hotel in a great area for skiing

This is a family owned and run hotel and both the Strolz family and the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The rooms we saw were a good size with plenty of storage.
The hotel didn't have a chef while we were there (I understand they just offer meals a couple of nights a week when they do have one and they are highly rated) so while this was an initial disappointment it didn't prove to be a problem for us as Petra Strolz booked local restaurants for us and we ate very well.
The hotel is well situated in Lech and you can ski back nearly to the door which is a bonus and there is a short walk to the lifts in the mornings.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Antonius and would certainly consider going back there the next time we ski in Lech.

This was our second stay in this well run family hotel. It is conveniently located for the village centre and ski lifts. The owners and staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient aiding us with suggestions and a booking when we sought help with a dinner arrangement.
Room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a TV giving a large choice of international channels. Breakfast offered a wide choice of dishes and the afternoon savoury and sweet snacks provided were a welcome and nice touch. A very comfortable stay!

I have just returned from a wonderful skiing holiday in Lech, Austria where I stayed in the Hotel Antonius. Petra is a complete superstar and made my holiday really memorable. It was my birthday while I was away and as well as a birthday card and cake at breakfast, Petra booked a wonderful restaurant in Oberlech for me that was the ideal birthday treat.
I used to have the soup and cake in the afternoon and had some lovely chats with Petra's Mum and Dad who are lovely and bright as buttons.
I would really recommend visiting the spa centre downstairs which is the hidden gem of the hotel. It is on two floors and has not only a sauna, steam room and showers but relaxation beds, an infrared heating room, an ice room and (I think its) a meditation crystal room. The spa centre is just amazing and eased my skiing aches away.
Breakfast was buffet style with hot eggs and bacon and so many choices of meats, cheeses, cereals, bread, rolls, jams etc.
On my arrival, Petra kindly upgraded my room for me and it was exactly what I was looking for: very clean, tidy and comfortable.
If I ever visit Lech again I will definitely stay again at the Hotel Antonius.
