Hotel Lavendel is a special place for our annual family ski Holiday. Located in the middle of the town next to the old Church, Bus station and walking distance (in ski boots) ,to 3 of the main lift stations. The Hotel feels more like a home, with personal service that you only find in boutique hotels. Breakfast buffet has something...

I have stayed in a number of hotels/pensions in my years of coming to Lech and could not recommend Hotel Lavendel more highly - it is now my preferred accommodation without hesitation. It is great accommodation, particularly at this price point, as Lech can be very expensive. Lavendel is great value. Not only is the location perfect (close to lifts,...

Framed by age old mountains, Lavendel and the Marscher family keep alive the tradition of this sanctuary of fresh air, nature and wholesome food. Lavendel is an wonderful alpine retreat for both summer and winter, perfectly located in Lech, a stones throw away from the centre of the village, buses and ski lifts. The decor is homely, exuding warmth and...

This hotel is a wonderful combination of everything the family needed for our Lech ski vacation. The location is great, just 3 min walk from the nearest lift, and 5 mins from the central Lech night-life. However, the immediate neighborhood is quiet, so while in our apartment nothing disturbed us. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, and tastefully...

From my first step into this hotel to the last step out over 11 days nothing was too much trouble. It was run by a family who were very caring and helped with ski hire, lift tickets and booking restaurants. You felt very welcome and part of the family.

From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you are treated as a special guest. The family is friendly, sincere, helpful and caring in every way from organising ski lift passes to recommending restaurants to providing crockery and cutlery for in-house dinners to helping with luggage. Close to the lifts and to town, really adds to the charm...

We don't normally stay in the same hotel more than once but we really liked this one, very clean, warm, comfortable and lovely friendly owners and have returned twice now. It has the really nice Austrian ambience which we like. We liked the position near the ski lifts and being able to take the cable car up to Oberlech in...
