Food excellent and staff very friendly. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Would certainly return again. Had the Sunday Lunch and the portions were huge and vegetables lovely. Not overly priced either.

We called in here one lunchtime to check it out for a dinner evening with friends coming up. We had noticed the renovations going on over the previous year. Inside is fine but externally it looks very tatty and neglected. I would think many people would drive on by. Our lunch was OK but nothing special the chips were a... More

Whilst installing a sound and loop system in a nearby village hall we stayed one night at The Frocester. On a rainy evening we arrived and were shown to our rooms by a friendly member of staff. Room 1, on the front of the hotel was a spacious room with king size bed and an en suite bathroom with walk... More

Frocester hotel room size 1 Amazing location amazing staff great cheesecake only one down fall no storage space to put any of your toiletries in the bathroom quite disappointed on this, I would definitely stay again. My room was looking over the main road but didn't bother us at all. Great parking space which was free of charge to guests

We're told the Frocester George was renovated 18 months ago,it was done well. sympathetic to the age of the building. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Polite and helpful staff, with a lovely English Breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Greta place the food is outstanding. We went for sunday lunch and is was amazing. Meat and veg were cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was great. Booking is essential i would say as they are busy but this does not detract from the experience

We found this hotel luckily as we were working at Badminton Horse Trials and hotels around the area completely booked and massively overpriced. So to find this little gem was excellent and within a half hour very scenic drive to Badminton a bonus. Staff are lovely friendly and extremely helpful and David the Manager tried his best to accommodate us... More

Although I have spent only one night in this inn, the rooms are fabulous and spacious and all the food in the restaurant is made in house... Even the crackers and biscuits for the cheese board! This is one stop I'll keep in mind for future visits in this area!
