I went as part of the Noosa Food and Wine festival and was thinking of Makepeace as a future venue for a celebration. The resort itself is beautful, however, if you've travelled to resorts in Thailand and Bali they are equally as good if not superior. The novelty of the place is it's isolation and i'm sure that would be... More

From the moment that we were collected by boat from Noosa Marina I knew this wouldn't be any ordinary holiday. We were whisked away to Makepeace island by Jason and even initially on the boat each of us made to feel welcome. We quickly arrived at the island jetty and were met by Dennis and Jed. Who helped us off... More

I recently had the pleasure of staying for five days on the Make Peace Island with my twin fourteen year old girls and a number of other family friends. Firstly I must comment on the clever layout of the buildings and rooms to accomodate all of us without compromising our personal space. The island is truely a very peaceful and... More

I am extremely fortunate enough to be able to say that I have stayed on Makepeace Island a number of times ... and it just gets better, more relaxing, more indulgent and more like home. From the chauffeur pickup service by Jason and Dennis on the swish Makepeace Island boat, all the way through to your warm (and bubbly) welcome... More

The Makepeace people make your own private island a haven to enjoy where nothing is too much to ask while sharing fun times in what is an outdoor adventure. Love the island, the accomodation, the spread of lounge areas, great pool, magic cuisine, sunset cruises, boats, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, yoga, massaging, limited gym, tennis with trips to... This heart shaped private island located on Noosa's doorstep is truly your own private paradise yet only minutes by boat and car from bustling Hastings St, Noosa. We were met at the Noosa Ferry Terminal (Tewantin) and whisked away on the Makepeace Island private transfer boat (I believe it is a Brig... a pristine and zippy inflatable boat) which takes... This place is absolutely amazing, the stunning villas the amazing pool and the most fabulous food, as a group we had a few fussy eaters and a vegetarian so we weren't easy to cater for,... More
