Not far from Mandurah's CBD but with little street appeal. Plenty of lovely trees but the grounds need a good tidy up. Older style amenities block but very clean, did not notice other facilities such as camp kitchen or laundry. Have stayed on plenty of powered sites in Australia at this price ($37 p/n) and all offered more.

This is a very old park, but clean and tidy. Walking distance to the heart of Mandurah. Friendly operator. A lot of very large shady trees and mostly grassed areas. Perth was 40 degrees, park was around 32. A few permanent lodgers but we were not harassed or intimidated by them. At $37 for 1 night, really good value considering...

This caravan Park is old but ablution block is very clean. It is in a great location close to restaurants and in walking distance to Mandjar Bay where there are cafes and you can board to do a canal/dolphin cruise. There isn't a lot for children to do in the Park - no pool or playground etc. We found the...

Stayed for 3 nights, toilets and showers old but clean and tidy, park staff polite and friendly, site clean with concrete hard stands on most lots, TV reception a lottery. Short walk to foreshore and restaurants, close to Mandurah city centre

For me and my partner, this site is fine; a flat surface for our van, clean ablutions, a laundry, BBQ and a hot shower! No camp kitchen, which is fine if you just want to use a BBQ but only the one there. This Is just a heads up incase you didn't fancy eating out every night. The ablutions were...

Had the pleasure of staying at Timbertop 29/30 Nov and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely park, great managers who were friendly to help, and good location close to main precinct. Good clean facilities and lovely van parking on grassed spots. Recommended staying. Only downside was hearing the park is closing in 2016 so a road can go through..???? Another great loss...

arrived to stay 1 night. Found new managers very friendly and helpful even though they appeared to be just getting heads around some aspects. Watched in amazement for 4 nights as new brooms rapidly made adjustments and paid extra attention to detail such as polishing an already acceptable ablution block, and removing what they considered unacceptable. A quiet park with all...

We learned a big lesson from this park. Never pay ahead. Not until you see the park. We had paid for two nights and didn't feel safe enough to stay the other. We had children throw balls at our motor home, bikies living in and speeding through the park all at hours and our water and electricity deliberately turned off...

The closest to the city center, very simple, but with all the essentials and very cheap! The couple that manage the caravan park is very nice and they treated us like friends from the first day! was what we were looking for, if you want to put your tent and enjoy the nature is perfect!
