We spent a week at this motel in January this year. Very friendly manager and staff. Even though it isn't luxurious, this little gem has everything you need for a great stay at very reasonable rates. Clean and tidy, offstreet parking, swimming pool, close to cafes, restaurants, theatres, local attractions...you can walk everywhere. 😊 Loved our stay and would go... More

Fantastic location in the center of town, over the road from supermarket and the foreshore. Rooms are basic with somewhat worn carpets and furniture, but very clean. A small fridge and microwave are provided. Recommended for people who are out and about during the day wanting an affordable place to stay rather than a resort to hang out in.

Have some very mixed feelings about this place and there are both pros and cons. Don't have too high expectations and you might be ok. Pros: the staff/management are lovely and helpful. The location is great! Very close to the centre (with supermarket etc) and waterfront. The pool looked nice and there are good parking lots and a bbq that... More

Thanks for your comments as we appreciate feedback. We obviously agree with the pros however we do not agree with the cons. Our property is not "VERY OLD " and is VERY well maintained. The furniture is due for an update and this is planed for next year however the linen is always being replaced on a regular basis. The... More

I like the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance to the vistor center, Woolsworth supermarket, restaurants and the beach. However the motel is not much. The bed is extremely soft and the bathroom small. The room is quite dark. TV channels are not great. But given the price in Mandurah this is the best value you can... More

Very old and tired. The front exterior of the motel which looks quite attractive belies the motel room which has dirty old carpet and tiles. Badly needs refurbishing. Easy parking outside the unit and the proprietor was friendly. Not cheap at $110 for what you get, but if you are just looking for somewhere to stay and safely park your... More

While we acknowledge your opinion we do not agree with your remarks. The carpet is not dirty as we have these shampooed on a very regular basis and our rooms are always very neat and clean. It is interesting to note that of the hundreds of guests we have visiting our Motel a huge majority constantly remark on the very acceptable quality... Great little Motel one minute walk from the Foreshore. Quick drive to larger shopping centre. Right opposite Woollies/bottleshop and next to many resturants for all your needs. Kids love to go for a mini-break a couple of times a year. King Carnival is open during warmer months. Not too far to drive from Metro and close playground and the Estuary.... More

Not Many Motels in Mandurah but this one is in the right location . It is very close to all shops eateries and pubs and the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet and priced well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Units are small and no meals available bet being so close to everything how could they compete.... More

The location of this motel is virtually on the foreshore next to cafes and restaurants. The motel comprises 17 (i think) units with a car bay in front of each one. There is a small pool, the units are more suited to business travellers or childless couples as I don't think there are any 2 bed units. I spent 4 nights... More

This motel is located by the waterfront and a stones throw from lots of restaurants. If you just need a bed for the night this motel is good. My husband was having an operation so we just needed somewhere cheap and clean. $110 was the cheapest we found in Mandurah.

Inexpensive good old plain with nothing extravagant. Located near to all the great little restaurants and coffee shops. Pub just down the road or a liquor outlet right across the street. Easy 1 hour drive from Perth (off peak hour traffic of course). Great place to stay for one or two nights. Clean and tidy but nothing flash good value... More
