It had a balcony that over looked the garden and the ocean. Patricia's breakfasts were very good. On the second day, she made us an "off-menu" omelette so that we would... More

Patricia greeted us as we approached the steps to accomodation remembering us from our previous visit. Our room was bigger than last time and there was a bath in the bathroom as well as the shower. Location was once again beautifully quite not a sound through the night. The town is only a few minutes drive away with a number... More

If you are looking for that quiet weekend away then this place is for you. Our room was a good size with lovely balcony and breath taking views. Enjoyed sitting under the gazebo with a bottle of red watching the sunset. Breakfast was cooked for us daily which won me over much better than a buffet as it nice and... More

Stayed overnight at this B and B. Our host Patricia was welcoming and very attentive. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. It is located about 10 mins from Busselton. The house is situated in a good rural spot with excellent views. Patricia is in the process of modernising this substantial property. The kitchen and dining area had been completed... More

Arrived at 7pm as the sun was setting over the sea a few metres away. Greeted by the lovely Patricia the host and owner of the retreat. Got to take some great pics (below) before the sun went down and had a lovely and informative chat with Patricia on the best vineyards and places to visit on my whistle stop... More

The people who run this place are so nice. I upped it a star for them. The property however is very run down. It is nowhere near the acceptable standard of a guest house. It looks and feels like a family home from the 1970s. We stayed in a room outside the property. There was damp and mildew, it was... More

We stayed here for 3 nights b/b and enjoyed every minute. This place is situated on a beautiful spot and is a bird watchers paradise, with a lovely beach a few minutes walk away. The lady that owned the place was lovely and went out of her way to make us welcome. A very nicely cooked breakfast was on offer.... More
