Independent double story units with everything in them. Excellent for a short stay. Reception is in Ship Inn which is strange though. I liked the kitchen and balcony part (especially facing pool) in them. Unit was tidy but carpet had few stains in them and wooden floor was bit cranky as you walk on it. Wardrobe is spacious but toilet... More

The place is part of the Ship Inn situated in the heart of Busselton. It is more a hotel /motel set up with very cheaply built single bedroom units. Our balcony opened up to the 15m pool but on the other side of it was the wall of a Dan Murphys liquor store! Called the Royal Palms because of two... More

Hi This was the perfect location, mainly for a couple, arrived to be handed a breakfast pack, awesome it was situated right behind the Ship Inn, where we got Happy Hour between 5-6 and the dinner was great, very well presented pub, no angry people, good vibes. The hotel itself must say I loved the bed, it was a larger... More

We had a two days stay at this newly refurbished hotel. Huge bed and bedroom... Good kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Pool outside is tiny but who cares when you have the most beautiful beaches just 2 minutes away from the hotel. Staff was helpful and nice. It's close to the road so it can... More

Built in about 2013 - 2014, there are 14 two storey units located behind Dan Murphy's bottle shop and the Ship Inn. Units were reletavily clean, but kitchen table hadn't been wiped down and an ash tray full of old cigarette butts was still on verandah outside bedroom. Locating the reception can be a challenge. We weren't advised when booking,... More

The resort is centrally located and attached to the Ship Hotel and Dan Murphy's. The rooms are comfortable and spacious bu the bathroom is small although the shower is a good size. The reception was hard to find and it is in the hotel at the bar. These are holiday apartments so don't expect all teh ammenties you usually have... More

Carpets were completely stained, and dirty. The aircon in the down stairs living area wouldn't work which was horrible, being so hot. Thankfully the one up stairs in the bedroom worked or it would have been unbearable. Bed was comfortable enough though so decent sleep and breakfast boxes were convenient. Check in area was hard to find, no signage.

Only stayed one night as we were passing through. Within minutes of entering the room, our toddler's bare feet were black. The floors were the worst I've ever seen. Absolute filth. We could not stay in the room, other then to sleep. We spent the whole day and evening out and about, returning only once our toddler was asleep.

Located in a central part of town, close to most shops etc. clean, tidy, and very presentable and comfortable 2 level accommodation. Room serviced as well, bed was really comfortable and both levels reasonbly spacious. We had an issue with our fridge freezing everything no matter what temp it was at. Informed the manager on departure he offered to replace... More
