We called happy campers at 5:30pm after travelling from Esperance and having no luck searching for a camp spot around Albany. Being a Saturday night we didn’t expect anyone to answer the phone but a very friendly lady answered and arranged a spot for us to park up with our trailer for the night. We were greeted by the kind lady who gave us our site key then her also very kind husband showed us to our site. The sites were impeccably clean and each had power, potable water and rubbish bins. The showers were exceptionally clean, as well as the toilets.

We stayed here for 4 days with our children. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The chalet was lovely and clean and well suited to our visit. We had a gorgeous lake in front of us too. We absolutely loved staying here! Upon our return to Perth we received a phone call to say our daughter had left her little diary and pen behind. Our 5 year old was devastated as she had only just received this as a bday gift. The beautiful staff (Hayley) had it sent back to us! We were so grateful! Thank you all for a wonderful visit and we can not wait to visit and stay again! From the Turnbull family.

I wasn't too sure about this park before we arrived but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had sent a late email a couple of days ago enquiring about a booking and surprisingly I had a call back that evening from a very friendly lady and I was instantly booked in. When we arrived the person greeting us was also very friendly and led us to our site and stopped and had a chat with us before we set up. We are happy to be on the banks of the river with our own family of ducks for company. The amenities are close by, they are very new and well maintained and we only discovered when we drove out that the camp kitchen is also quite close by. Altogether we are very happy with this booking.

Tried to book in a young working couple from NZ wanting to vistit Australia on a working holiday , the park owner refused to have these people stay at his park - not because of skin colour not because of religion but because of the industry they work in , the industry is crucial to agriculture and declared an essential service , pretty sure thats discrimination last time i checked

What a great friendly place to stay, extremely clean facilities and the managers couldn’t be more helpful, was very quiet by the river and loads of space for our motorhome. Dog friendly a plus for us and she loved it there too, thoroughly recommend it for a place on your trip through or a great holiday destination as isn’t far from Albany.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this extremely clean and tidy park. Loved the gazebo style camp kitchen with its tile fire and amenities. The laundry was immaculate and all machines worked. Add friendly staff and you really do have the perfect park.

Absolute gem! Such a wonderful caravan park! From the time we booked, arrived and throughout our 6 week stay over a very busy Dec-Jan period we were never disappointed. The staff are awesome! Friendly and very accommodating when we requested an extended stay. Facilities always spotless and the grounds immaculately maintained! Thank you in particular to Jackie, Adrian and family for a fabulous stay! Highly recommend this park! Fabulous from start to finish! We will be back.

Had such an awesome camping holiday here. From booking to leaving... a fantastic experience... such a gorgeous caravan park. Beautiful lawns & gardens and clean, tidy and well serviced Ablution Block. Friendly staff. Perfectly positioned on the king River, loved putting our Kayak in daily for a relaxing paddle in the river. We stayed here for 4 nights in our camper trailer. I’ve previously stayed in one of the self contained spa cabins also a great experience. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
