Beds absolutely terrible like sleeping on the floor so hard. Bathrooms need maintenance and revamp. Poor layout/design of room no where to put suitcase. Only good point for the property is the location however would definitely not stay again.

Fantastic stay and the staff go out of their way to ensure that all of your needs are met. The location is right in the heart of Williamstown with lots of great cafes, restaurants and parks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 kids and there was plenty of space. All just a 15 minute drive from Melbourne....

Sitting at the bar looking across the bay to the Westgate with yatches and power boats moving past then up to our room for an even better view and great night sleep. Value for money room and lovely meal and drinks at the restaurant.

Our room was given to someone else, evven though it had been booked weeks before. Replacement room wasn't what we wanted. Staff eventually cleaned another room for us after much discussion. Staff were friendly under pressure

The cleaning ladies were all very congenial, helpful and efficient. The front desk ladies were also very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat - my room (#5) faced the park and marina and you can open the french doors to enjoy the breeze and view. I had everything I needed during my stay for two weeks - kitchen...

Can not fault the service - Michelle at reception bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Location and view was excellent. Watching the hot air balloons over the city skyline in the morning was amazing! Don't expect upmarket, fancy modern rooms - think quaint and homely. Furniture has been nicely updated but the rooms and kitchens themselves need updating too....

We enjoyed staying at the Williamstown Quest which was a pleasant quiet place to stay, but was close to many facilities and attractions. We came to Melbourne on the Spirit of Tasmania, so it was an ideal distance to travel on arrival.

Friendly staff and great bar/restaurant. Room had all we needed and it was nice and quiet. Plenty of soap, shampoo etc. Bathroom needs an extractor fan. Tidy and clean enough. We felt it was ok for the money we paid. A great area eg trains not far, ferry on doorstep, view nice and good restaurants across the street.

Awesome location (Williamstown is probably the nicest part of Melbourne, and only 10 minutes from the CBD). Beautiful views. Extremely well appointed apartments, great layout. Secure parking underneath for free. The food at the hotel restaurant, as well as their local affiliates (Santorio Greek) is incredible, service is quick too. The staff at the hotel (and restaurant) are extremely kind...

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment with an incredible view and equally wonderful shower. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and nothing was too much trouble to the staff. Ideally located for our business needs but highly recommended for a city stay with easy ferry access.
