The hotel is at the back of Port Fairey High Street. The old historic shops are a main feature of the town that has a lot of history behind it. Hotel receptionist was very helpful and provided information on the surrounding area. Our room was clean, tidy and with very modern bathroom facilities very impressed, parking just outside our room.

Although accommodation at this hotel is around a pleasant courtyard I found the interior rather plain and dull. I was also surprised and disappointed to find that the restaurant which appeared to be attached to the hotel seems to be run separately and that it was fully booked for dinner. Finding nowhere else suitable for an evening meal I had...

Hi Colin We are sorry your stay with us wasn't as you would have liked. The restaurant "FEN" which is part of the old building is interdependently operated and therefore we have no role in its running at all. All our room are currently being update in appearance, as is room 32 at the moment, this is an ongoing process...

Came across the Seacombe House /Comfort Inn by accident, we had no particular plans. The lady at reception was extremely lovely and helpful. We stayed in a delightful cottage called "Casino". Immaculately clean, open fire, air-conditioning and heating, big spa bath, 4 poster bed, everything just perfect. Hopefully we can stay there again on our return to Hobart. We both...

We were travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road and Port Fairy was the ideal stop Over. Room was a bit larger than the norm, clean and well presented and had all the expected amenities. Would stay there again.

Port Fairy is a pretty, historical place and the Comfort Inn & Seacombe House can be described the same way. A friend and I had separate rooms in the main building. The rooms were quite different but both comfortable and well appointed. I had a good night's rest on a very comfortable bed. The hotel consists of buildings of different...

Stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was of high quality and with great facilities. Located in the town centre and v near lovely coast. The Comfort Inn is very centrally located, just off the main street, with onsite parking. The reception that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful in getting us a dinner reservation at short notice. We had a standard room on the ground floor which was fine. It was very spacious, the bed comfy, certainly for one night. The bathroom...

The hotel oozed care and attention to detail even within a chain setting. Set in a really historic building, the motel rooms are clean, functional but also go an extra bit. Stayed just one night in an Executive King room. This room was quite adequate and the hotel is close to all you want to see in Port Fairy.
