We arrived after a long day of driving & touring. The lovely Agatha was there to greet us & was so welcoming. We were in the bottom unit - older furnishings etc but so roomy & comfy! Big screen tv, big, comfy lounge. Bedrooms were great, comfy beds & bunks. 3 bathrooms. And you can't beat the price. Our only... More

All the guys stayed here the night before a wedding to have a quiet night and a few drinks. Quite a few of us but there was ample room for everyone to stay and good rec spaces so we could all hang out together.

We stayed 2 nights here in unit 3, it comes with a sheltered car pouch with sensor lights which was really handy when you get back really late and trying to unload stuffs from your car. We had family with a couple of kids staying next to us and started making a lot of noise in the morning which was... More

I think that says it all. This was our fourth time there on our motor bike rides around Tassie. The accommodation is great, plenty of bathrooms and good view of the ocean. It is only a short walk into Bicheno.

stayed in unit 1 during poor'ish weather so lack of carport was a difficulty - however overall probably fair value some people may find lack of uniformity in place settings (and serving ware) annoying also a stocktake might be worthwhile to ensure there is enough crockery etc for the nominal 12 people capacity BBQ had been left dirty (as had... We only stayed one night but really enjoyed this large quiet country lodge with sea views. Most of all we enjoyed the friendliness and warmth of our host Agatha. We even shared a morning swim at Bicheno beach. A great stay on our trip down the east cost.

As my title suggests, there were some things that were very good and contributed to a lovely stay, but there were other aspects that were poor enough to warrant only an average review. For example: the rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and towels and linen of a good quality and the whole unit (number 3) on first glance looked... More

We stayed 2 nights at Harvey Farm Lodge over the new year period. It is located a few minutes out of Bichino (by car) and a good 30min drive from Frecynet NP. We stayed in unit 2 which was clean and comfortable. Pity about the odour outside coming from the septic tank. It meant we couldn't really have the door... More

Considering the other accommodation we have stayed in for a similar price, this was a little disappointing. Spa not working, hooks and knobs missing off cabinets / doors, half eaten cheese in fridge etc. Very clean and with a small makeover could be made lovely. Smell of the septic outside cabin 2 was a bit offputting.

This was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable. The lady who owns the place even gave us a lift and picked us up from a restaurant in town so we didn't have to walk. I would definitely recommend this place.
